Description

With the growing possession of private cars, self-driving travel has become a new travel mode. In order to meet the requirements of people on convenience of self-driving travel, development of products for self-driving travel attached to a vehicle is underway, and the vehicle tent is developed under the environment.

The tent frame of present automobile-used tent generally comprises base and the tent hack lever of setting on the base, and this tent hack lever can expand or fold up, and the expansion of present tent hack lever and fold up have multiple structural style, and some be complete artificial manual operation, some can adopt the semi-automatic operation of hand formula, and some can realize full automatic operation. But the support structure of whole tent is all comparatively complicated, and the cost is higher, causes the market price to remain high.

The transverse rod of the U-shaped supporting rod is matched with the width of the base, the two vertical rods of the U-shaped supporting rod are matched with the length of the base, and the other end of the driving mechanism is pivoted to the lower portion of the vertical rod of the U-shaped supporting rod on the outermost side of the base.
The driving mechanism of the telescopic structure is a gas spring or a gas, oil pressure cylinder or an elastic telescopic structure.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention discloses a semi-automatic roof tent, which comprises a base 1, a tent frame rod 2, a tarpaulin 3 fitted over the tent frame rod 2 and the base 1, and a driving mechanism 4. Wherein:
the base 1 is a frame structure, which can be placed on the ground or fixed on the top of a car.
The tent frame rod 2 comprises at least two U-shaped supporting rods 21, two free ends of the two U-shaped supporting rods 21 are respectively pivoted to two ends of one side of the base 1, namely, a cross rod 211 of the U-shaped supporting rod 21 is matched with the width of one side of the base 1, two vertical rods 212 of the U-shaped supporting rod 21 are matched with the width of the other side of the base 1, and three U-shaped supporting rods 21 are arranged in the embodiment and are fixed with the tent cloth 3.
Two frames of the base 1 opposite to two free ends of the U-shaped support rod 21 are respectively provided with a driving mechanism 4 which is a telescopic structure, one end of the driving mechanism is pivoted on the frame of the base 1, and the other end of the driving mechanism is pivoted on the lower part of the tent frame rod 2 opposite to the vertical rod 212 of the U-shaped support rod 21 on the outermost side of the base 1. The driving mechanism 4 of the telescopic structure can be a gas spring, a gas, oil pressure cylinder or an elastic telescopic structure, and any structure can be used as long as the driving mechanism can realize the telescopic in the length direction.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the tent is folded, the outermost U-shaped support rod 21 is forced toward the base 1 to overcome the supporting force of the driving mechanism 4, and if the braid 5 fixed on the outermost U-shaped support rod 21 is adopted, each U-shaped support rod 21 can be folded toward the base 1, and at the same time, the driving mechanism 4 is compressed, and is fixed after being completely folded, so that the folding of the tent is realized, and the driving mechanism 4 is in a compressed energy storage state. On the contrary, when the binding force on the outermost U-shaped pole 21 is released, the outermost U-shaped pole 21 is pushed by the driving mechanism 4 to expand upwards and outwards, and the other two U-shaped poles 21 are also driven by the tarpaulin 3 to expand while driving the tarpaulin 3 to expand, so as to realize the expanded state of the whole tent.
Fig. 5 shows an embodiment 2 of the semi-automatic roof tent of the present invention, which is different from embodiment 1 in that: the two vertical rods 212 of each U-shaped supporting rod 21 are pivoted with driving mechanisms 4, and one end of each driving mechanism 4 is pivoted on the frame of the base 1; the outer edge of the tent cloth 3 is fixed to the base 1 and the U-shaped pole 21 at the outermost side of the base 1, and the function of freely folding and unfolding the tent can be realized.
Fig. 6 shows an embodiment 3 of the semi-automatic roof tent of the present invention, which is different from embodiment 1 in that: taking three U-shaped poles 21 as an example, the second U-shaped pole 21 arranged from bottom to top of the base 1 is pivoted with the first driving mechanism 4 connected with the base 1, and the second driving mechanism 4' is pivoted between the second U-shaped pole 21 and the outermost U-shaped pole 21, and the tarpaulin 3 is fixed on the base 1, the first U-shaped pole 21 and the outermost U-shaped pole 21, so that the tent can be freely folded and unfolded.
In summary, the semi-automatic car roof tent of the present invention can realize the unfolding and folding functions of the whole tent by pivotally connecting at least two U-shaped supporting rods 21 at one end of the base 1 and matching with the driving mechanism 4 with a telescopic structure, thereby realizing special effects of simple structure, convenient operation and convenient unfolding and folding.

The semi-automatic roof tent of claim 1, characterized in that: the transverse rod of the U-shaped supporting rod is matched with the width of the base, the two vertical rods of the U-shaped supporting rod are matched with the length of the base, and the other end of the driving mechanism is pivoted to the lower portion of the vertical rod of the U-shaped supporting rod on the outermost side of the base.
