煤炭助燃剂,包括以下质量份比的原料:烧碱:5‑10份,次氯酸钾:2‑3份,碳酸氢铵:2‑3份,氯化钾:2‑3份,氧化钙:6‑8份,硫酸铁:1‑2份,硝酸钾:0.5‑1.5份,高锰酸钾:1‑3份,硝酸钠:0.5‑1份,氯化钠:1‑5份,三氧化二铝:1‑2份。本发明的膨松剂采用碳酸氢铵和烧碱等,可使每层煤均变得疏松膨胀,易于氧气进入到煤层中,使煤充分与氧气接触,促进煤的燃烧。并且它们化学反应后生成的二氧化碳或者氧气均不会对环境造成污染,还具有除硫除硝的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于助燃剂领域,特别是涉及一种煤炭助燃剂。
背景技术
合理利用煤炭资源,提高煤炭的燃烧效率,不仅具有较高的经济效益, 同时也具有重大的社会意义。而目前使用燃煤助燃剂是提高煤炭燃烧效率 的主要途径。煤炭助燃剂有较多种已在生产中使用,一般均适用于常规煤。 然而,由于煤的质量差距较大,所以这些已有的煤炭助燃剂的助燃效果是 不均衡的,使用中发现,对无烟煤和褐煤的效果欠佳,由于无烟煤具有密 度高、高着火点、低挥发分和低氢含量等特点,煤炭助燃剂中的成份不足以促使无烟煤更好的燃烧,使用已有的助燃剂对燃煤锅炉无节煤效果,并 较难降低烟气中的林格曼黑度,并易结焦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种催化助燃效率高、安全环保的燃煤助燃剂。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本 发明提出的煤炭助燃剂,包括以下质量份比的原料:
烧碱:5-10份,
次氯酸钾:2-3份,
碳酸氢铵:2-3份,
氯化钾:2-3份,
氧化钙:6-8份,
硫酸铁:1-2份,
硝酸钾:0.5-1.5份,
高锰酸钾:1-3份,
硝酸钠:0.5-1份,
氯化钠:1-5份,
三氧化二铝:1-2份。
较佳的,所述的煤炭助燃剂包括以下质量份比的原料:
烧碱:5-10份,
次氯酸钾:2-3份,
碳酸氢铵:2-3份,
氯化钾:2-3份,
氧化钙:6-8份,
硫酸铁:1-2份,
硝酸钾:0.5-1.5份,
