背景技术
艾灸,中医针灸疗法中的灸法。点燃用艾叶制成的艾炷、艾条为主,熏烤人体的穴位以艾灸达到保健治病的一种自然疗法。艾灸疗法能健身、防病、治病,在我国已有数千年历史。早在春秋战国时期,人们已经开始广泛使用艾灸法,如《庄子》中有“越人熏之以艾”,《孟子》中也有“七年之病求三年之艾”的记载。历代医学著作中更比比皆是。艾灸能激发、提高机体的免疫功能,增强机体的抗病能力。
传统的艾灸治疗方法主要集中于艾灸火疗,该方法主要的缺点是采用火烤烟熏的方式进行艾灸,该方法使得艾灸过程中病人容易受到烟气的影响,导致治疗环境差,艾灸的效果也随之下降。并且,现有技术中艾灸过程中,仅采用艾灸进行熏烤治疗,其作用单一,不能通过一次的治疗解决身体中存在的相应的问题。如何提高艾灸的疗效和多重功效性,以及如何提高艾灸的效率也是目前的亟待解决的问题。
远红外技术是目前保健领域中常用的保健方法,通过采用能够发射远红外线的粒子,对人体中的部位进行红外线辐射,不仅能够促进微循环,提高免疫力,改善人体的新陈代谢等功能,而且还能改善人体中易受损伤部位,例如,通过对膝盖等损伤关节的远红外线的照射,能够对风湿性膝盖产生一定的缓解作用,有助于对其治疗时,药物在膝盖中的渗透。
发明内容
针对现有技术中传统艾灸的疗效单一,治疗环境差,容易受烟熏的影响,且目前艾灸理疗效率低下的缺点,本发明提供一种能够提高艾灸效率,使艾灸理疗具备多重功效的装置,提高了艾灸的应用范围,使其能够对多种身体的损伤、免疫力底下、新陈代谢失调、身体中微循环差导致的手脚容易受凉和容易麻痹等多种亚健康状态都产生良好的理疗作用。本发明的技术方案是:一种远红外艾灸装置,其特征在于,所述远红外艾灸理疗装置包括多层结构,其依次包括,真皮包覆层、远红外艾灸层、中药层、生物磁层;所述真皮包覆层由真皮材料组成,表面为均匀分布3-5mm的按摩凸起;所述远红外艾灸层由艾绒、远红外陶瓷粉、棉纤维、树脂所组成;所述远红外艾灸层的制备方法是:将陶瓷粉装入到纳米球磨机中进行球磨,所述陶瓷粉由氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、电气石粉组成;球磨时间为4-6小时,球磨时先将陶瓷粉分散入含有5%分散剂的溶液中进行分散形成质量百分含量为20-25%的陶瓷粉分散液,然后加入纳米球磨机中进行湿法球磨形成纳米陶瓷粉溶液;将纳米陶瓷粉溶液中加入4-6%质量百分含量的丙三醇缩水甘油醚形成整理剂溶液,然后将棉纤维浸渍入整理剂溶液中在90-100℃下进行整理;整理后将棉纤维取出进行烘干得到纳米陶瓷粉纤维;将艾绒进行研磨,形成艾绒粉末;将纳米陶瓷粉纤维表面涂刷一层热固性树脂,而后将研磨好的艾绒粉末均匀喷洒在涂刷热固性树脂的纳米陶瓷纤维表面固化后形成远红外艾灸纤维,将所述的远红外艾灸纤维进行纺织形成厚度为1-2cm的远红外艾灸层;所述远红外艾灸层下部设置中药层,中药包括蕲艾、风藤、血藤、申筋草,独活,川牛膝,虎骨;所述中药层采用将所述中药进行混合研磨,研磨后得到的粉末加乙醇进行煎煮,得到活性中药液,将所述活性中药液中加入竹炭纤维,按照质量比中药液:竹炭纤维为4-6:1的比例进行混合得到中药竹炭纤维混合液,混合后升温至70-90℃进行竹炭的中药处理1-2小时,之后采用旋蒸的方法除去乙醇获得中药处理的竹炭纤维;将中药处理的竹炭纤维与棉纤维按质量比1:1的比例进行混纺,形成中药层,所述中药层的厚度为1-2cm;所述中药层下部设置生物磁石形成生物磁层;所述生物磁层的下部设置无纺布层作为衬底层。作为优选,在生物磁层和衬底层之间还含有电加热层,其加热后能够有效的配合中药的释放、艾灸的理疗效果,使得在远红外和电加热的促进下,艾绒和中药活性成分能够深入渗透到人体内部。
有益效果
本发明采用中草药、磁疗、远红外、艾灸等多种方式进行了有效的集合,通过对陶瓷粉进行纳米球磨提高远红外线的辐射率,使得辐射率提高到90%以上,甚至达到93%以上,陶瓷粉中的电气石粉还具有释放负离子的作用,在释放远红外线的同时,释放负离子。将具有高发射率的远红外纤维进行艾绒粉末的负载,该负载方法简单易于操作,且能够实现远红外陶瓷粉和艾绒的牢固结合,有效的提高了远红外纤维艾灸性能。另外,将中草药进行研磨后添加乙醇进行了活性成分的有效提取,通过加入竹炭纤维进行中药处理,使得竹炭纤维中吸附有大量的活性中药成分,使得活性成分能够持久的释放,使得中药成分的有效释放时间长达一年。本发明中远红外和艾灸以及中草药和生物磁能够相互配合,达到多种功效的保健效果。通过采用真皮的包覆使得该装置表面舒适,且实用,并且通过采用打孔真皮,在表面形成均匀分布的小孔有利于活性成分的释放。

一种远红外艾灸装置,其特征在于,所述远红外艾灸理疗装置包括多层结构,其依次包括,真皮包覆层、远红外艾灸层、中药层、生物磁层;所述真皮包覆层由真皮材料组成,表面为均匀分布3-5mm的按摩凸起;所述远红外艾灸层由艾绒、远红外陶瓷粉、棉纤维、树脂所组成;所述远红外艾灸层的制备方法是:将陶瓷粉装入到纳米球磨机中进行球磨,所述陶瓷粉由氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、电气石粉组成;球磨时间为4-6小时,球磨时先将陶瓷粉分散入含有5%分散剂的溶液中进行分散形成质量百分含量为15-20%的陶瓷粉分散液,然后加入纳米球磨机中进行湿法球磨形成纳米陶瓷粉溶液;将纳米陶瓷粉溶液中加入4-6%质量百分含量的丙三醇缩水甘油醚形成整理剂溶液,然后将棉纤维浸渍入整理剂溶液中在90-100℃下进行整理;整理后将织物层取出进行烘干得到纳米陶瓷粉纤维;将艾绒进行研磨,形成艾绒粉末;将纳米陶瓷粉纤维表面涂刷一层热固性树脂,而后将研磨好的艾绒粉末均匀喷洒在涂刷热固性树脂的纳米陶瓷纤维表面形成远红外艾灸纤维,将所述的远红外艾灸纤维进行纺织形成厚度为1-2cm的远红外艾灸层;所述远红外艾灸层下部设置中药层,中药包括蕲艾、风藤、血藤、申筋草,独活,川牛膝,虎骨;所述中药层采用将所述中药进行混合研磨,研磨后得到的粉末加乙醇进行煎煮,得到活性中药液,将所述活性中药液中加入竹炭纤维,按照质量比中药液:竹炭纤维为4-6:1的比例进行混合得到中药竹炭纤维混合液,混合后升温至70-90℃进行竹炭的中药处理1-2小时,之后采用旋蒸的方法除去乙醇获得中药处理的竹炭纤维;将中药处理的竹炭纤维与棉纤维按质量比1:1的比例进行混纺,形成中药层,所述中药层的厚度为1-2cm;所述中药层下部设置生物磁石形成生物磁层;所述生物磁层的下部设置无纺布层作为衬底层;另外,在衬底层和生物磁层中间还设置了一层具有加热功能的电加热层。
Claims (3)
1.一种远红外艾灸装置,其特征在于,所述远红外艾灸装置包括多层结构,其依次包括,真皮包覆层、远红外艾灸层、中药层、生物磁层;所述真皮包覆层由真皮材料组成,表面为均匀分布3-5mm的按摩凸起;所述远红外艾灸层由艾绒、远红外陶瓷粉、棉纤维、树脂所制成;所述远红外艾灸层的制备方法是:将陶瓷粉装入到纳米球磨机中进行球磨,所述陶瓷粉由氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化锆、电气石粉组成;球磨时间为3-8小时,球磨时先将陶瓷粉分散入含有5%分散剂的溶液中进行分散形成质量百分含量为20-25%的陶瓷粉分散液,然后加入纳米球磨机中进行湿法球磨形成纳米陶瓷粉溶液;将纳米陶瓷粉溶液中加入4-6%质量百分含量的丙三醇缩水甘油醚形成整理剂溶液,然后将棉纤维浸渍入整理剂溶液中在90-100℃下进行整理;整理后将棉纤维取出进行烘干得到纳米陶瓷粉纤维;将艾绒进行研磨,形成艾绒粉末;将纳米陶瓷粉纤维表面涂刷一层热固性树脂,而后将研磨好的艾绒粉末均匀喷洒在涂刷热固性树脂的纳米陶瓷纤维表面固化后形成远红外艾灸纤维,将所述的远红外艾灸纤维进行纺织形成厚度为1-2cm的远红外艾灸层;所述远红外艾灸层下部设置中药层,中药包括蕲艾、风藤、血藤、申筋草,独活,川牛膝,虎骨;所述中药层采用将所述中药进行混合研磨,研磨后得到的粉末加乙醇进行煎煮,得到活性中药液,将所述活性中药液中加入竹炭纤维,按照质量比中药液:竹炭纤维为4-6:1的比例进行混合得到中药竹炭纤维混合液,混合后升温至70-90℃进行竹炭的中药处理1-2小时,之后采用旋蒸的方法除去乙醇获得中药处理的竹炭纤维;将中药处理的竹炭纤维与棉纤维按质量比1:1的比例进行混纺,形成中药层,所述中药层的厚度为1-2cm;所述中药层下部设置生物磁石形成生物磁层;所述生物磁层的下部设置无纺布层作为衬底层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外艾灸装置,其特征在于,在无纺布衬底层和生物磁层之间还设置有电加热层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外艾灸装置,所述真皮包覆层中真皮为打孔真皮,所述打孔真皮的孔径为0.5-1mm。
