[0018]如图1所示,自吸式发光系统,包括安装板12、PCB板11、第一磁吸10、第二磁吸和自 吸式灯13;所述PCB板11安装于所述安装板12上,所述第一磁吸10配置于安装板12上,所述 自吸式灯13的灯盘2上设置有第二磁吸8,所述自吸式灯13通过第一磁吸10、第二磁吸8吸附 在所述安装板I2上,所述PCB板11的输出端与所述自吸式灯13的输入端相连。在实际的使用 过程中,只需要将所述安装板12的一侧安装于天花板或者房间内灯具的灯座安装的位置 上,所述PCB板11的电源输入端与220V市电相连,所述PCB板11将220V市电进行变压供给所 述自吸式灯13让其正常发光。所述安装板12包括舌形板或者符合实际需要的固定结构均 可,当自吸式灯13中的灯珠损坏或者对其进行清洁需要进行更换时,只需将所述自吸式灯 13进行取下完成灯珠的更换或者清洁之后再贴到所述安装板12上即可,十分方便实用,避 免了传统灯具在更换时需要对其进行拧动的操作,让站在梯子或者支撑平台上对灯具更换 的人员的注意力不需要那么集中在更换这一动作上,能够更加注意到脚下的梯子降低了其 从高处摔下的几率。

[0020] 本实施例中,所述降压1C芯片为0B2269型芯片具有如下优点:1、所述0B2269型芯 片低待机功耗,芯片0B2269是通过特别的低功率间歇工作模式来设计,不仅可以让整个系 统在空载状态下轻易达到国际能源机构最新的推荐标准,而且允许系统在较轻负载(1/30 满载以下)的情况下同样具有超低耗的性能。2、无噪声工作,基于芯片OB2269设计的电源在 空载、轻载和满载的情况下都不会产生音频噪声。优化的系统设计可以使系统在任何工作 状态下都能安静的工作;3、更低启动电流,芯片OB2269VIN/VDD启动电流低至4A。这可有效 减小系统启动电流的损耗,缩短系统的启动时间。4、更低工作电流,0B2269的工作电流约为 2.3mA。这可有效降低系统损耗,提高系统效率。5、内置频率消抖电路,这可有效抑制电路振 荡。
[0021]本实施例中,所述安装板12上设置有安装槽,所述PCB板11安装于所述安装槽中。 首先,通过将所述PCB板11置于安装槽中能够有效得保护所述PCB板11,防止其裸露在空气 中被氧化延长其使用寿命;其次,所述PCB板11在所述安装槽中能够防止空气中的灰尘进入 其中,灰尘是由悬浮在空气中的微粒所组成的不均匀分散体系,它主要来自于工业排放物、 燃烧烟尘、土壤扬尘等。这些会随着空气漂浮,当漂浮到PCB板11上方时,由于PCB板11工作 时会产生一定电场,这些电场会吸引灰尘使其洒落到PCB板11上。如果时间长了未能技师将 灰尘清除,就会对PCB板11中的印制线、电子元器件的金属引脚等产生腐蚀作用,严重的会 使印制线发生霉断、通常印制线霉断的部位会发生在极细的信号线、多层PCB板11的过孔, 霉断后对PCB板11造成的影响是控制失效或不起作用,会使电子元器件的金属引脚产生锈 蚀,甚至导致金属引脚诱断。元件锈断的情况如果发生在电源部分则会造成整个PCB板11不 能工作的情况,如果发生在控制部分则会造成控制失灵的情况。灰尘对PCB板11工作情况造 成的另外一种影响是:PCB板11时好时坏。通常表现在天气晴朗、气候干燥时PCB板11运行正 常,遇到潮湿天气时,设备就会发生这样那样稀奇古怪的故障。这种情况主要是由灰尘积累 过厚时,干燥天气时不会对PCB板11造成什么影响,当处于潮湿天气时,灰尘与湿气结合会 形成无形的电阻网络,这个电阻网络就会影响到PCB板11中电路的电气参数,如果无形的电 阻加在电源部分就会使电源部分短路烧保险丝,或者致使电源部分的电流增大、输出电压 被拉低的情况,如果无型电阻发生在控制电路,则会造成控制失灵的情况。
[0022] 本实施例中,所述第一磁吸10为带孔磁吸,所述带孔磁吸通过M4沉头螺丝3固定在 所述安装板12上。通过所述M4沉头螺丝3能够有效稳固地将所述带孔磁吸固定在安装板12 上防止所述带孔磁吸从安装板12上脱落进而导致所述自吸式灯13从高处滑落造成等下人 员的意外砸伤。所述第二磁吸8为实心磁吸,其优点在与吸附能力强通过所述第一磁吸1〇和 第二磁吸8能够将自吸式灯13十分牢固地吸附在所述安装板12上。
[0023] 本实施例中,所述自吸式灯13包括基板6、灯珠、透镜4和灯盘2;所述灯珠焊接在所 述基板6上,所述透镜4通过透镜支架5固定在基板6上,所述基板6固定在所述灯盘2上,所述 灯盘2上设置有通孔,所述透镜支架5穿过所述通孔与所述灯盘2相连。所述基板6上设置有 导电针3,所述导电针3的一端与PCB板的电源输出端相连,所述导电针3的另一端与灯珠的 电源输入端相连。所述灯盘2上设置有磁吸孔,所述第二磁吸8置于灯盘2上的磁吸孔中。在 实际的使用过程中所述自吸式灯13通过第一磁吸10和第二磁吸8吸附在安装板12上,其优 点与使用过程和自吸式发光系统中自吸式灯13的相类似在此不再累述;此外PCB板11上设 置有裸露的导体,通过所述裸露的导体与所述导电针3相连,所述导电针3与所述灯珠相连 保证了对所述灯珠的电源供给保证其正常发光。所述基板6为铝基板所述铝基板能够进一 步减轻所述自吸式灯13的重量保证其吸附的时候不易掉落。
[0024]本实施例中,所述灯盘2远离基板6—侧设置有扩散板1。通过所述扩散板1能够使 所述灯珠发出的光线更加均匀得扩散到屋内空间,既使人觉得室内尽可能不存在阴暗区 域,又让人觉得光线柔和不刺眼,保证处于室内中的居住者的视力不受到其光线的影响。 [0025] 本实施例中,所述灯珠为LED灯珠。所述LED灯珠相较于其他光源具有以下特点:1、 发光效率高,2、耗电量少,3、使用寿命长,4、安全可靠性强,5、有利于环保;其次,所述LED光 源在长时间工作后难免会产生一定的热量,为了保证其正常工作以及进一步延长其使用寿 命,通过涂抹导热硅脂的方式使其快速散热。
[0026]如图3所示,所述自吸式灯13包括基板6、灯珠、透镜4和灯盘2;所述灯珠焊接在所 述基板6上,所述透镜4通过透镜支架5固定在基板6上,所述基板6固定在所述灯盘2上,所述 灯盘2上设置有通孔,所述透镜支架5穿过所述通孔与所述灯盘2相连。所述基板6上设置有 导电针3,所述导电针3的一端与PCB板11的电源输出端相连,所述导电针3的另一端与灯珠 的电源输入端相连。所述灯盘2上设置有磁吸孔,所述第二磁吸8置于灯盘2上的磁吸孔中。 所述第二磁吸8为实心磁吸,其优点在与吸附能力强通过所述第一磁吸10和第二磁吸8能够 将自吸式灯13十分牢固地吸附在所述安装板12上。在实际的使用过程中所述自吸式灯13通 过第一磁吸10和第二磁吸8吸附在安装板12上,其优点与使用过程和自吸式发光系统中自 吸式灯13的相类似在此不再累述;此夕卜PCB板11上设置有裸露的导体,通过所述裸露的导体 与所述导电针3相连,所述导电针3与所述灯珠相连保证了对所述灯珠的电源供给保证其正 常发光。所述基板6为铝基板所述铝基板能够进一步减轻所述自吸式灯13的重量保证其吸 附的时候不易掉落。

Claims (10)
1. 自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:包括安装板、PCB板、第一磁吸、第二磁吸和自吸式灯; 所述PCB板安装于所述安装板上,所述第一磁吸配置于安装板上,所述自吸式灯的灯盘上设 置有第二磁吸,所述自吸式灯通过第一磁吸、第二磁吸吸附在所述安装板上,所述PCB板的 输出端与所述自吸式灯的输入端相连。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述安装板上设置有安装槽, 所述PCB板安装于所述安装槽中。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述第一磁吸为带孔磁吸, 所述带孔磁吸通过M4沉头螺丝固定在所述安装板上。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述自吸式灯包括基板、灯珠、 透镜和灯盘;所述灯珠焊接在所述基板上,所述透镜通过透镜支架固定在基板上,所述基板 固定在所述灯盘上,所述灯盘上设置有通孔,所述透镜支架穿过所述通孔与所述灯盘相连, 所述灯盘上设置有磁吸孔,所述第二磁吸置于灯盘上的磁吸孔中。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述基板上设置有导电针,所 述导电针的一端与PCB板的电源输出端相连,所述导电针的另一端与灯珠的电源输入端相 连。
6. 根据权利要求4所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述灯盘远离基板一侧设置有 扩散板。
7. 根据权利要求4所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述灯珠为LED灯珠。
8. 自吸式灯,所述自吸式灯适用于权利要求1-7任意一项所述的自吸式发光系统,其特 征在于:所述自吸式灯包括基板、灯珠、透镜和灯盘;所述灯珠焊接在所述基板上,所述透镜 通过透镜支架固定在基板上,所述基板固定在所述灯盘上,所述灯盘上设置有通孔,所述透 镜支架穿过所述通孔与所述灯盘相连,所述灯盘上设置有磁吸孔,所述第二磁吸置于灯盘 上的磁吸孔中。
9. 根据权利要求8所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述基板上设置有导电针,所 述导电针的一端与PCB板的电源输出端相连,所述导电针的另一端与灯珠的电源输入端相 连。
10. 根据权利要求8所述的自吸式发光系统,其特征在于:所述灯盘远离基板一侧设置 有扩散板。
