本发明的工作原理是:驱动电机4通电工作带动主动轴6转动进而驱动螺旋叶片7跟随转动,螺旋叶片7使得清洗箱2内的水液横向翻滚,转动的主动轴6带动蜗杆8同步转动进而驱动蜗轮9跟随转动,蜗轮9带动搅动板15翻转纵向搅动清洗箱2内的茶叶和水液,通过螺旋叶片7和搅动板15实现清洗箱2下部横向搅动和清洗箱2上部的纵向翻转搅动,大大提升了茶叶的清洗效率,当清洗结束时,打开旋阀13将清洗箱2内残余的少量茶叶和水液经放液管12排出,进水管11不断从左侧向清洗箱2内注入净水使得清洗后的茶叶和水液经导流管16流入分离室17内,在滤板18作用下使得茶叶和水液分离,其中水液通过滤板18表面的滤孔进入分离室17下部进而由排水管20排出,茶叶经斜的滤板18流向接料斗19内,由于导流管16右端流出的为水液和茶叶的混合体,水液会倾斜冲刷滤板18,故茶叶不会附着在滤板18上造成堵塞,转动的主动轴6带动第一锥齿轮21转动进而驱动第二锥齿轮22跟随转动,第二锥齿轮22带动螺旋送料辊23转动,经接料斗19排下的茶叶被转动螺旋送料辊23输送至右端从物料出口31排出,从接料斗19排下的茶叶带有大量水液落入风干箱3内,水液经海绵集水板25吸收储存在收集槽26内,加热丝28将加热腔27内的空气加热经抽气泵29抽入风干箱3左端,由于螺旋送料辊23由左至右运输茶叶,而热空气也是从左至右吹向风干箱3内,故热空气一方面可减小螺旋送料辊23运输物料的负载,一方面可对茶叶进行烘干干燥。The working principle of the present invention is: the driving motor 4 is energized to drive the driving shaft 6 to rotate and then drive the helical blade 7 to follow the rotation.
