本发明公开了一种基于超声波的水果清洗装置,包括本体,所述本体设有清洗室,所述清洗室设有盖门,所述清洗室的底部中间设有竖直向上的立柱,所述立柱表面设有均匀分布的若干超声波发生器,所述超声波发生器发出的超声波频率为30MHz。该装置利用位于立柱表面的超声波发生器发出30MHz的超声波,该超声波能让清洗室内的水发生共振,该共振作用到水果的表皮上,将水果表皮上的污渍清洗干净,从而在实现对水果表皮清洁的同时,不对水果表皮造成损坏。该装置可广泛应用于人们的日常生活。

[0001]本发明创造涉及厨房用具技术领域,特别涉及一种水果清洗装置。
背景技术
[0002]水果是指多汁且主要味觉为甜味和酸味可食用的植物果实,不但含有丰富的营养 且能够帮助消化,还带有正能量,广受人们的喜爱。但是在水果的表面往往会残留很多的污 渍以及农药,在水果实用之前需要将表面的污渍清洗干净。现有的水果清洗装置一般采用 圆筒内部设有毛刷的设计,将水果放入圆筒内,摇动摇柄,利用水果和水在圆筒内的运动, 使毛刷将水果上的残留污渍清洗干净。由于是利用毛刷将水果上的残留污渍清洗干净,在 对污渍清洗干净的同时,毛刷很容易对水果的表皮造成破坏,使得水果表皮受损。

[0003]本发明解决的技术问题是:现有的水果清洗装置容易对水果的表皮造成破坏。 [0004]本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种基于超声波的水果清洗装置,包括本 体,所述本体设有清洗室,所述清洗室设有盖门,所述清洗室的底部中间设有竖直向上的立 柱,所述立柱表面设有均匀分布的若千超声波发生器,所述超声波发生器发出的超声波频 率为30MHz。

[0016] 作为优化,所述清洗室1的内壁设有波浪状的隆起部11。该隆起部降低了水果与清 洗室内壁的接触面积,使得水果在清洗过程中,降低了因为磕碰、摩擦到清洗室1的内壁而 造成损伤的概率。
[0017] 作为优化,所述隆起部11的表面设有硅胶层。由于硅胶层质地较软,因此,可以进 一步保护水果,防止水果的表皮磕碰受损。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于超声波的水果清洗装置,其特征在于:所述立柱(3) 下端设有转动盘(32),所述转动盘(32)用于带动所述立柱(3)转动。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于超声波的水果清洗装置,其特征在于:所述清洗室 ⑴的内壁设有波浪状的隆起部(^)。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种基于超声波的水果清洗装置,其特征在于:所述隆起部 (11)的表面设有硅胶层。
