内胎气门嘴打孔装置,涉及橡胶轮胎的内胎加工设备。包括传动轴、刀头、刀头座、发热圈、发热圈电极、隔热片和胶屑收集仓;所述传动轴1横穿胶屑收集仓,传动轴设有中心孔,所述刀头与刀头座所设中心孔连接,刀头座后部位于胶屑收集仓内腔,发热圈套在刀头座外围,发热圈外壁设有外露的电极,胶屑收集仓内腔设有滤网,隔热片设于刀头座后端,隔热片设有中心孔,所述刀头座、发热圈、隔热片和胶屑收集仓通过紧固件穿连为整体,而且刀头座所设中心孔、发热圈所设中心孔、隔热片所设和胶屑收集仓内腔与所述传动轴所设中心孔连通,传动轴所设中心孔与外界吸风机连通。

内胎气门嘴打孔装置
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶轮胎的内胎加工设备,主要是涉及所有内胎打孔装置。
背景技术
传统橡胶内胎气门嘴打孔工艺需要使用吸风及吹风才能导出胶屑,这样在吹风的时候会使得刀头温度下降,就必须把刀头温度调高才能把气门嘴处的胶屑挖起来,但会出现胶屑因温度过高粘在刀头上而必须人工用刷子去刷,从而造成工效低,刀头使用寿命短。此外,存在所需电气件多、电耗大、成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在气门嘴处的胶屑导出时只需要吸风,能够避免刀头温度过高保持刀头温度稳定,减少电气部件,成本明显降低,工效显著提高的内胎气门嘴打孔装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
内胎气门嘴打孔装置,包括传动轴、刀头、刀头座、发热圈、发热圈电极、隔热片和胶屑收集仓;
所述传动轴1横穿胶屑收集仓,传动轴设有中心孔,所述刀头与刀头座所设中心孔连接,刀头座后部位于胶屑收集仓内腔,发热圈套在刀头座外围,发热圈外壁设有外露的电极,胶屑收集仓内腔设有滤网,隔热片设于刀头座后端,隔热片设有中心孔,所述刀头座、发热圈、隔热片和胶屑收集仓通过紧固件穿连为整体,而且刀头座所设中心孔、发热圈所设中心孔、隔热片所设和胶屑收集仓内腔与所述传动轴所设中心孔连通,传动轴所设中心孔与外界吸风机连通。

所述胶屑收集仓的横截面呈倒U字形。
所述刀头与刀头座所设中心孔连接为螺接。
所述紧固件为螺栓,数量为2个。
所述隔热片后端设有隔热片连接板,隔热片连接板设有中心孔,也通过所述紧固件连接。
与现有技术比较,本发明具有如下有益效果:
使用时,将本装置的传动轴安装在自动打孔设备上的左右2个轴承座上,将传动轴一端通过接头与吸风机连通。
由于传统工艺使用吸风及吹风吹出胶屑,这样在吹风的时候使得刀温会下降,就必须把刀温调高才能把胶屑挖起来,但会出现胶屑因温度过高粘在刀头上使得必须人工用刷子去刷破坏刀头寿命。现在只需一直吸风而且设有隔热片就能控制刀头温度稳定,不用再因为刀温过高影响胶屑粘刀。胶屑收集到胶屑收集仓里需在3-5小时清理胶屑舱里的胶屑。刀头寿命提高约10倍;胶屑只需要吸即可,不要再吹;节省了至少1个电磁阀、1个切断阀和1个真空发生器(因减少吹风动作),成本显著降低,故障率明显下降;同时工效明显提高,劳动强度大大降低。

参见图1,内胎气门嘴打孔装置,包括传动轴1、刀头2、刀头座3、发热圈4、发热圈电极5、隔热片6和胶屑收集仓7。
所述传动轴1横穿胶屑收集仓7,传动轴1设有中心孔11,所述刀头2与刀头座3所设中心孔31螺接,刀头座3后部位于胶屑收集仓7内腔,发热圈4套在刀头座3外围,发热圈4外壁设有外露的电极5,胶屑收集仓7内腔设有滤网71,隔热片6设于刀头座3后端,隔热片6设有中心孔。所述刀头座3、发热圈4、隔热片6和胶屑收集仓7通过2个紧固螺栓9穿连为整体,刀头座3所设中心孔、发热圈4所设中心孔、隔热片6所设和胶屑收集仓7内腔与所述传动轴1所设中心孔11连通。传动轴1所设中心孔11通过外设接头P3与外界吸风机连通。所述电极5与外设于传动轴1一端的导电环电极P2电连接。
所述胶屑收集仓7的横截面呈倒U字形。标记P1为安装用的轴承座。所述隔热片6后端设有隔热片连接板8,隔热片连接板8设有中心孔,也通过所述紧固螺栓9连接。

1.内胎气门嘴打孔装置,其特征在于,包括传动轴、刀头、刀头座、发热圈、发热圈电极、隔热片和胶屑收集仓;
所述传动轴横穿胶屑收集仓,传动轴设有中心孔,所述刀头与刀头座所设中心孔连接,刀头座后部位于胶屑收集仓内腔,发热圈套在刀头座外围,发热圈外壁设有外露的电极,胶屑收集仓内腔设有滤网,隔热片设于刀头座后端,隔热片设有中心孔,所述刀头座、发热圈、隔热片和胶屑收集仓通过紧固件穿连为整体,而且刀头座所设中心孔、发热圈所设中心孔、隔热片所设中心孔和胶屑收集仓内腔与所述传动轴所设中心孔连通,传动轴所设中心孔与外界吸风机连通;所述隔热片后端设有隔热片连接板,隔热片连接板设有中心孔,也通过所述紧固件连接。
