Abstract

本发明涉及一种LED筒灯,包括圆形的灯筒,灯筒后端内设有灯座,灯筒前端罩设有透光板,灯座的前端面上设有圆盘形的印制板,印制板前面均匀分布有点光源,印制板前面还固定有分光座,分光座上设有与各个点光源一一对应分布的聚光凹部,聚光凹部为自前向后逐渐缩小的锥形,聚光凹部的最后端设有至少供点光源的发光端深入的通孔,聚光凹部的前端开口并朝向透光板,聚光凹部的内壁面为反光面。在印制板上通过分光座对点光源的照射方向和范围进行设定,从而免去了在印制板上重新设计点光源的工序,也就避免了重新排布点光源所引起的电路排序的问题,同时也使得罩设而出的光线更为均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED筒灯。
背景技术
LED筒灯中LED是英文light emitting diode(发光二极管)的简写,它的基本结构是一块电致发光的半导体材料芯片固化到支架上,然后连接芯片和电路板,并用环氧树脂密封四周,起到保护芯片的作用,最后安装外壳。LED筒灯有使用低压电源、耗能少、适用性强、稳定性高、响应时间短、对环境无污染、多色发光等优点而得到广泛应用。但同时,由于LED光源发光特性的影响,其照射度偏低、光照均匀度不够等,在具体应用成LED筒灯时,必须对光源分布结构进行二次设计,但现有市场上,对光源分布位置二次设计后的LED筒灯多数结构复杂,并且仍然存在光源照射度偏低及光照均匀度不足的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种光照均匀的LED筒灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明中LED筒灯的技术方案如下:
LED筒灯,包括圆形的灯筒,灯筒后端内设有灯座,灯筒前端罩设有透光板,灯座的前端面上设有圆盘形的印制板,印制板前面均匀分布有点光源,印制板前面还固定有分光座,分光座上设有与各个点光源一一对应分布的聚光凹部,聚光凹部为自前向后逐渐缩小的锥形,聚光凹部的最后端设有至少供点光源的发光端深入的通孔,聚光凹部的前端开口并朝向透光板,聚光凹部的内壁面为反光面。
分光座为多个聚光罩一体组合而成,聚光罩与点光源一一对应设置,聚光凹部为聚光罩的凹部,并且各个聚光罩的过渡位置为圆弧形的相贯线,相贯线自中点向两端逐渐向前翘起。
各个点光源在印制板上沿同心圆周方向呈圈状分布,各个聚光罩中最边缘的一圈的外边沿为与灯筒的内壁吻合的斜切面,并且灯筒的内壁上设有反光涂层。
灯座上设有位于印制板后方的散热板,灯筒的后端罩设有罩在散热板后方的散热罩,散热罩为铝制材料。
本发明的有益效果是:
在印制板上通过分光座对点光源的照射方向和范围进行设定,从而免去了在印制板上重新设计点光源的工序,也就避免了重新排布点光源所引起的电路排序的问题,同时也使得罩设而出的光线更为均匀。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明中LED筒灯的实施例:如图1和图2所示,该LED筒灯包括圆形的灯筒1,灯筒1后端内设有灯座2,灯筒1前端罩设有透光板3,灯座2的前端面上设有圆盘形的印制板4,印制板4前面均匀分布有点光源5,印制板4前面还固定有分光座6,分光座6上设有与各个点光源5一一对应分布的聚光凹部,聚光凹部为自前向后逐渐缩小的锥形,聚光凹部的最后端设有至少供点光源5的发光端深入的通孔,聚光凹部的前端开口并朝向透光板3,聚光凹部的内壁面为反光面。
分光座6为多个聚光罩一体组合而成,聚光罩与点光源5一一对应设置,聚光凹部为聚光罩的凹部,并且各个聚光罩的过渡位置为圆弧形的相贯线,相贯线自中点向两端逐渐向前翘起。各个点光源5在印制板4上沿同心圆周方向呈圈状分布,各个聚光罩中最边缘的一圈的外边沿为与灯筒1的内壁吻合的斜切面,并且灯筒1的内壁上设有反光涂层。
灯座2上设有位于印制板4后方的散热板7,灯筒1的后端罩设有罩在散热板7后方的散热罩,散热罩为铝制材料。

1.LED筒灯,包括圆形的灯筒,灯筒后端内设有灯座,灯筒前端罩设有透光板,其特征在于,灯座的前端面上设有圆盘形的印制板,印制板前面均匀分布有点光源,印制板前面还固定有分光座,分光座上设有与各个点光源一一对应分布的聚光凹部,聚光凹部为自前向后逐渐缩小的锥形,聚光凹部的最后端设有至少供点光源的发光端深入的通孔,聚光凹部的前端开口并朝向透光板,聚光凹部的内壁面为反光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于,分光座为多个聚光罩一体组合而成,聚光罩与点光源一一对应设置,聚光凹部为聚光罩的凹部,并且各个聚光罩的过渡位置为圆弧形的相贯线,相贯线自中点向两端逐渐向前翘起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于,各个点光源在印制板上沿同心圆周方向呈圈状分布,各个聚光罩中最边缘的一圈的外边沿为与灯筒的内壁吻合的斜切面,并且灯筒的内壁上设有反光涂层。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的LED筒灯,其特征在于,灯座上设有位于印制板后方的散热板,灯筒的后端罩设有罩在散热板后方的散热罩,散热罩为铝制材料。
