[0002]在大楼地下室建卫生间是在过程设计中常会遇见的情况。通常的做法有两种:一 种方法是在地下室地面下设一个集水坑,将卫生洁具的污水收集到一起后,用潜污泵提升 排至室外地下式污水杲井;另一种方法是将卫生间的污水都自流排入室外地下式污水泵 井,用潜污栗提升排入泵井附近的污水检查井。第一种方法存在的弊病有三处:一是污水中 有粪便等固体物质,长期不清理,易引起堵塞;二是由于集水坑较浅,根据水位启、停的潜、污 泵运行不太可靠;三是集水坑的密闭性不好,有气味,卫生状况不好。
[0003]目前的污水提升装置污水坑中容易沉积固定物质,长期不清理的话,会造成潜污 泵堵塞,影响泵的使用寿命。而且坑壁和坑壁的聚集物如果长期不清理的话会造成坑内堵 塞,影响使用。而潜污泵自身无法有效排除坑壁和坑底的固定沉积物。

[0023] 本发明在使用时,首先,打开潜污杲19将坑中的污水抽出,坑底和坑壁会残留固体 沉积物,如果放任沉积物继续堆集,时间久了之后会造成潜污泵19堵塞,所以讲整个装置利 用车轮10移动到坑的上方,按动第三控制按钮4,使第一液压缸13伸缩带动刮板16和毛刷17 下降,然后按动第四控制按钮5,使第二液压缸15伸缩带动刮板16和毛刷17贴紧坑壁,然后 按压第二控制按钮3,使电动机11旋转,带动刮板16和毛刷17转动,清理坑壁的沉积物,坑壁 清理之后,按压第三控制按钮4,使第一液压缸13带动刮板16和毛刷17继续下降接触坑底, 然后按压第二控制按钮3和第四控制按钮5,打开电动机11和第二液压缸15,旋转来回清理 坑底的沉积物。然后按压第一控制按钮2,使高压水泵7工作,抽取清水通过第一水管6和第 ^水管8到达多孔喷头1S,对坑壁、坑底以及潜污泵19进行旋转高压水冲洗。最后,再打开潜 污泵19,将清理出的沉积物和污水一同抽出,污水坑即清理完毕。

1. 一种厕所污水提升一体化装置,包括固定板(1),其特征在于:所述固定板(1)的侧壁 上设有第一控制按钮(2)、第二控制按钮⑶、第三控制按钮⑷及第四控制按钮(5),所述固 定板⑴的内部设有流通腔(1B);所述固定板⑴的顶面设有连通至所述连通腔(1B)的进水 口(1A);所述固定板⑴的底面设有连通至所述连通腔(1B)的出水口(1C);所述进水口(1A) 处连接有第一水管(6);所述第一水管(6)上设有高压水泵(7),且所述高压水泵(7)与所述 第一控制按钮(2)之间电性连接;所述出水口(1C)处连接有第二水管(8)的一端;所述第二 水管(8)的另一端连接于所述多孔喷头(18);所述固定板(1)的底面连接于支撑柱(9)的顶 端;所述支撑柱(9)的底端安装有车轮(10);所述固定板(1)的底面连接有电动机(11)的一 端,且所述电动机(11)与所述第二控制按钮⑶之间电性连接;所述电动机(U)的另一端连 接于第一连接板(12)的顶面;所述第一连接板(12)的底面连接于第一液压缸(13)的一端, 且所述第一液压缸(13)与所述第三控制按钮(4)之间电性连接;所述第一液压缸(13)的另 一端连接于第二连接板(14)的顶面;所述第二连接板(14)的两个相对侧壁连接有第二液压 缸(15)的一端,且所述第二液压缸(15)连接于所述第四控制按钮⑸之间电性连接;所述第 二液压缸(15)的另一端连接于刮板(16)的一侧壁;所述刮板(16)的另一侧壁上安装有毛刷 (17) ;所述多孔喷头(18)的底部设有潜污栗(19);所述潜污栗(19)的侧壁连接有第三水管 (20) 〇
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厕所污水提升一体化装置,其特征在于:所述连通腔(1B) 呈环形设于所述固定板⑴的内部,所述出水口(1C)至少设有两个,且两个所述出水口(1C) 对称连通至所述连通腔(1B)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厕所污水提升一体化装置,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(9) 设有三个,且三个所述支撑柱(9)呈正三角形连接于所述固定板(1),所述车轮(1〇)与所述 支撑柱⑼之间转动连接。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厕所污水提升一体化装置,其特征在于:所述刮板(16)的 底部背离所述毛刷(17)的一面呈弧形结构,所述毛刷(17)呈半圆柱形结构。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厕污水提升一体化装置,其特征在于:所述多孔喷头 (18) 与所述刮板(16)的底面的垂直距离大于所述潜污栗(19)的高度,所述第一液压缸(13) 的最大伸缩距离大于所述多孔喷头(18)与所述潜污泵(19)之间的距离。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种厕所污水提升一体化装置,其特征在于:所述第一液压缸 (13)在没有伸长的情况下,所述刮板(化)的底面与所述支撑柱(9)的底面处于同一水平面 上。
