Abstract

背景技术
作为具有难以通过射出成形等而一体地成形的弯曲部的树脂制的管状体,以往公知有由径向上被分割的半管状部彼此接合而成的管状体。
例如,在下述专利文献1中公开有使沿着半管体的周向的两端延伸的凸缘彼此接合而形成的管状体。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
然而,多存在在这样的管状体的轴向(长度方向)的端部设置有连接凸缘部的情况,所述连接凸缘部设置有用于与连接对象连接的螺栓孔。在上述那样的半管体的周向的两端设置构成接合部的凸缘的管状体中,考虑到若该凸缘位于连接凸缘部的螺栓孔的轴上,则变得难以紧固螺栓,希望进行进一步改善。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而提出的,目的在于提供一种管状体,即便设置将径向上被分割的半管状部彼此接合、并在轴向上延伸的接合突部,也能够提高被插通至连接凸缘部的螺栓孔的螺栓的紧固性。
用于解决上述技术问题的方案
为了达成所述目的,本发明的管状体由径向上被分割的2个半管状部彼此接合而成,并且至少在一端部具有设置有螺栓孔的连接凸缘部,在所述2个半管状部的周向两缘部设置有向径向突出并在轴向上延伸的接合突部,这些半管状部的周向两侧之中的至少一侧的各自的接合突部以从通过中心轴的对开假想面偏离的方式弯曲,使得这些接合突部对合形成的接合部在所述连接凸缘部的螺栓孔附近的规定范围内、不与对插通至该螺栓孔的螺栓进行紧固的工具产生干涉。
根据本发明,因为径向上被分割的2个半管状部的周向两缘部所设置的接合突部彼此对合而形成有接合部,所以与未设置这样的接合突部的管状体相比,能够提高接合强度。此外,这些半管状部的周向两侧之中的至少一侧的各自的接合突部如上所述地弯曲。因此,即便在根据管状体本身的弯曲而需要在以各半管状部易于成形的方式设定的模具的分割面(分型面)、即大致对应于半管状部彼此的对开假想面的位置或其附近部位设置连接凸缘部的螺栓孔的情况下,在对将连接凸缘部连接于连接对象的螺栓进行紧固时,接合突部也难以干涉工具,从而能够提高紧固性。换而言之,为了使接合部不位于由与连接对象的关系而确定的连接凸缘部的螺栓孔的轴上,从各半管状部的成形性的观点等来看,即便接合部难以在整个轴向上沿周向偏离的情况下,也能够通过使连接凸缘部的螺栓孔附近的规定范围的接合部从其他部位弯曲而偏离,从而进行应对。
此外,在本发明中,也可以构成为使所述接合突部的弯曲的部位形成为使所述2个半管状部之中的一个半管状部的周向缘部比其他部位更向切线方向延伸,并且使另一个半管状部的周向缘部比其他部位更向周向凹入。此外,也可以是构成为在所述另一个半管状部凹入的周向缘部的内周侧设置突片部,所述突片部配置为沿着所述一个半管状部的在切线方向上延伸的部位的内周面,并且构成与这些半管状部的其他部位的内周面相连的内周面。
根据本发明,通过设置于另一个半管状部的突片部埋入将在一个半管状部中的切线方向延伸并成为与其他部位相比的扩径部的内周侧部位,从而能够抑制在管状体内产生的压力损失。
此外,也可以是,在本发明中将所述连接凸缘部构成为与所述2个半管状部中的任一个半管状部一体地设置。
根据本发明,因为2个半管状部的接合部不位于连接凸缘部,所以能够抑制连接凸缘部的朝向连接对象侧的面中产生的高低差等。
发明效果
通过上述那样的构成,本发明的管状体即便设置将径向上被分割的半管状部彼此接合、并在轴向上延伸的接合突部,也能够提高被插通至连接凸缘部的螺栓孔的螺栓的紧固性。

具体实施方式
以下,一边参照附图一边对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
如图1以及图2所示,本实施方式的管状体1构成为:径向上被分割的2个半管状部10、20彼此接合,至少在管状体1的一端部具有设置有螺栓孔17b的连接凸缘部17。在本实施方式中,管状体1构成为在轴向一端部设置第1连接凸缘部17,在轴向另一端部设置第2连接凸缘部19。即,管状体1构成为在轴向(长度方向)两端部分别设置连接凸缘部17、19。
也可以是,该管状体1配置作为使气体或液体等各种流体流通的管路。例如,也可以将该管状体1作为发动机冷却水管或进气歧管等而用于汽车等的车辆。此外,作为管状体1并不限于用于这样的车辆,例如,也可以用于气体等的设备机器或用水设备机器的管道等。
此外,如图1所示,管状体1并非为直管(straight管),而是在轴向中途部位弯曲(屈曲)而具有至少1个拐角部(弯曲部)的弯曲管状。这样地弯曲并至少在轴向一端部具有连接凸缘部17的管状体1,构成上难以一体地成形。在图例中,示出了该管状体1为具有2个拐角部的180度弯头管状的例子,所述2个拐角部构成为使轴向两端侧的各连接凸缘部17、19朝向相同方向。即,这些连接凸缘部17、19的朝向连接对象侧的面为相互平行状。此外,将与管状体1的轴向两端侧的各连接凸缘部17、19相连的附近部位作为直管状部。此外,管状体1构成为经由拐角部设置直管状部,以将这些轴向两端侧的直管状部彼此连接。
此外,如图3b以及图4a所示,管状体1示出大致正圆状的圆筒状的例子。此外,管状体1构成为在整个轴向上使得中心轴(圆心)5位于大致同一平面上(参照图3a)。即,以将管状体1在径向上假想地二等分的方式形成的对开假想面6构成为在整个轴向上成为大致平坦面状。换而言之,示出使管状体1为在大致同一平面内弯曲的弯曲管状的例子。另外,作为管状体1,并不限于上述那样的构成,也可以仅具有1个拐角部或者具有3个以上的拐角部,或者对开假想面6构成为在轴向的中途部位成为弯曲状。此外,也可以使管状体1为椭圆筒状或多边筒状。
此外,该管状体1由合成树脂制成。作为合成树脂,可以是例如酚醛树脂或环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂等的热固性树脂,也可以是例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯、ABS、丙烯酸、聚碳酸酯、聚酰胺、聚甲醛、聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮等的热塑性树脂。此外,作为合成树脂,也可以添加各种添加剂,例如也可以是包含碳纤维或玻璃纤维等的强化纤维的纤维强化树脂。另外,管状体1也可以通过嵌入成形等而在一部分具有金属制的部位。
此外,在本实施方式中,如图2所示,将连接凸缘部17、19之中的至少任一个构成为与作为2个半管状部10、20之中的任一个半管状部的第1半管状部10一体地设置。具体而言,将轴向两端侧的连接凸缘部17、19构成为与第1半管状部10一体地设置。另外,作为这样的方案的代替,也可以是以下这样的构成等:使轴向一端侧的第1连接凸缘部17与第1半管状部10一体地设置,使轴向另一端侧的第2连接凸缘部19与作为另一个半管状部的第2半管状部20一体地设置。
这些连接凸缘部17、19以从第1半管状部10的轴向的各端部的周缘部向径向突出的方式进行设置。此外,这些连接凸缘部17、19可以设置在第1半管状部10的轴向的各端部的周缘部的整周,也可以设置在周缘部的一部分。在本实施方式中,如图3a所示,从这些连接凸缘部17、19的厚度方向(第1半管状部10的各端部中的轴向(开口方向))观察,这些连接凸缘部17、19的外廓形状为大致方形状。
此外,构成为在第1连接凸缘部17上设置了3个螺栓孔17a、17a、17b。此外,使这些螺栓孔17a、17a、17b之中的至少一个螺栓孔17b构成为设置在与对开假想面6大致对应的位置或者其附近部位(参照图4a)。在图例中,构成为在与第1连接凸缘部17的对开假想面6正交的方向的两侧的角部分别设置螺栓孔17a、17a,在相对的第2连接凸缘部侧的角部,以位于与对开假想面6相同的平面的附近部位的方式设置螺栓孔17b。在使后述那样地弯曲的第2接合部3不弯曲地设置并从轴向观察第1连接凸缘部17侧的情况下,该螺栓孔17b会被设置为接近第2接合部3的位置或者一部分与第2接合部3重合的位置。即,在第2接合部3的第1连接凸缘部17侧部位不设置如后述那样弯曲的部位的情况下,该螺栓孔17b会被设置在使得对插通至该螺栓孔17b的螺栓7进行紧固的工具与第2接合部3干涉的位置。此外,设置有这些螺栓孔17a、17a、17b的第1连接凸缘部17的角部设置为比剩余的角部突出。
此外,第2连接凸缘部19构成为设置2个螺栓孔19a、19a。在图例中,构成为在与第2连接凸缘部19的对开假想面6正交的方向的两侧的角部分别设置螺栓孔19a、19a。此外,与上述相同,设置有这些螺栓孔19a、19a的第2连接凸缘部19的角部设置为比剩余的角部突出。
另外,这些连接凸缘部17、19的螺栓孔17a、17a、17b、19a、19a可以由通过嵌入成形等设置为埋入状的金属制筒部件构成。
此外,在2个半管状部10、20的周向两缘部设置有向径向突出并在轴向上延伸的接合突部12、13、22、23。如图3b所示,这些半管状部10、20构成为在作为半筒状(半圆筒状)的半管主体部11、21的周向两缘部以朝向径向外侧突出的方式设置接合突部12、13、22、23。此外,这些半管状部10、20的周向两侧的接合突部12、13、22、23以对合并在管状体1的周向两侧沿着轴向延伸的方式形成接合部2、3。
此外,这些半管状部10、20的周向两侧之中的至少一侧各自的接合突部13、23以从通过中心轴5的对开假想面6偏离的方式弯曲,使由其对合而形成的接合部3在连接凸缘部17的螺栓孔17b附近的规定范围内不与对插通至螺栓孔17b的螺栓7进行紧固的工具产生干涉。
管状体1的周向两侧的接合部2、3除了上述那样地以从对开假想面6偏离的方式弯曲的部位以外,在大致整个轴向上设置在与对开假想面6对应的位置。
在本实施方式中,将在轴向中央部位的直管状部以沿着连接对象侧的方式设置的第1接合部2,构成为在整个轴向上设置在与对开假想面6对应的位置。即,构成该第1接合部2的各半管状部10、20的第1接合突部12、22相互对合的面以在整个轴向上与对开假想面6大致一致的方式设置。
此外,在轴向中央部位的直管状部以沿着相对连接对象侧的方式设置的第2接合部3构成为,在第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位以从对开假想面6偏离的方式弯曲。即,在本实施方式中,使第2接合部3构成为在第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位以从对开假想面6偏离的方式弯曲,使其不干涉对插通至设置于第1连接凸缘部17的相对第2连接凸缘部侧的角部的螺栓孔17b的螺栓7进行紧固的工具。
该第2接合部3的在第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位处弯曲的部位,设置为从轴向中央部位的直管状部的第1连接凸缘部17侧端部朝向第1连接凸缘部17侧从对开假想面6逐渐地偏离。只要第2接合部3不干涉对插通至螺栓孔17b的螺栓进行紧固的工具,就可以根据管状体1的弯曲形状或螺栓孔17b的位置等,使该第2接合部3中的在第1连接凸缘部17附近弯曲的规定范围为适当的范围。在图例中,示出在第2接合部3的在第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位弯曲的部位不位于螺栓孔17b的轴上(插通至螺栓孔17b的螺栓7的轴上)的方式设置的例子。此外,该第2接合部3的除了第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位以外的部位,以在整个轴向上而成为与对开假想面6的对应的位置的方式进行设置。即,成为构成该第2接合部3的各半管状部10、20的第2接合突部13、23的弯曲部位(第1连接凸缘部17的附近部位)的凸缘侧部位14、24,设置在相互的对合面从对开假想面6大致沿着周向的方向偏离的位置。此外,各半管状部10、20的第2接合突部13、23的除了凸缘侧部位14、24以外的部位,与上述相同,相互对合的面在整个轴向上与对开假想面6大致一致地设置。
如图4所示,这些第2接合突部13、23的凸缘侧部位14、24,形成为使作为2个半管状部10、20中的一个半管状部的第1半管状部10的周向缘部比其他部位更向切线方向延伸,并且使作为另一个半管状部的第2半管状部20的周向缘部比其他部位更向周向凹入。即,第1半管状部10的凸缘侧部位14被设置于延伸部位15,所述延伸部位15使半管主体部11的第2接合突部13侧的缘部在成为与对开假想面6正交的方向的切线方向上延伸。该延伸部位15形成为:切线方向的延伸尺寸为从构成轴向中央部位的直管状部的部位的第1连接凸缘部17侧端部朝向第1连接凸缘部17侧逐渐变大。此外,因为该延伸部位15在切线方向上延伸,所以其内周面并非是与其他部位的内周面相同的圆筒内周面状的凹弯曲面,而是在轴向上观察为平坦面状。此外,第2半管状部20的凸缘侧部位24被设置于使半管主体部21的第2接合突部23侧的缘部与上述那样地延伸的第1半管状部10的延伸部位15相对应并向周向凹入的部位。此外,使这些各半管状部10、20的凸缘侧部位14、24构成为以相互的对合面成为与对开假想面6平行的平行状的方式设置。
此外,在本实施方式中,构成为第2半管状部20的凹入的周向缘部的内周侧设置突片部25,所述突片部25以沿着第1半管状部10的延伸部位15的内周面的方式进行配置,并且构成与这些半管状部10、20的其他部位的内周面相连的内周面。该突片部25设置为从第2半管状部20的半管主体部21凹入的缘部大致向周向突出。该突出片25的外周面在半管状部10、20彼此接合的状态下,如上所述地以抵接于或者接近平坦面状的延伸部位15的内周面的方式在轴向观察时为平坦面状。此外,该突片部25的内周面为与第2半管状部20的半管主体部21的其他部位的内周面相同的圆筒内周面状的凹弯曲面。此外,该突出片25被设置为突出方向前端部大致位于对开假想面6。此外,该突出片25形成为,从缘部突出的突出尺寸为从构成轴向中央部位的直管状部的部位的第1连接凸缘部17侧端部朝向第1连接凸缘部17侧逐渐地变大。
此外,在本实施方式中,各半管状部10、20的接合突部12、13、22、23的对合面,构成为使朝向相互地相对的方向开口的接合树脂填充槽12a、13a、22a、23a设置为在轴向上延伸。在本实施方式中,使这些半管状部10、20构成为经由填充至这些接合树脂填充槽12a、13a、22a、23a的接合树脂4(二次树脂)接合。另外,该接合树脂4也可以是与上述同样的各种树脂,也可以是与构成半管状部10、20的树脂组合物相同的构成,也可以是与构成半管状部10、20的树脂组合物不同的构成。此外,也可以构成为在各接合突部12、13、22、23的对合面的接合树脂填充槽12a、13a、22a、23a的内周侧,设置相互地卡合而抑制位置偏离或者接合树脂4向内周侧的泄漏的卡止突条以及卡止槽。
如图2所示,第1半管状部10的轴向两端部以与两端侧的各连接凸缘部17、19相连的方式设置有短筒部(短圆筒部)11a、11a。即,在本实施方式中,使第1半管状部10的半管主体部11构成为在整个轴向上不是半筒状(半圆筒状),而是在轴向两端部设置短筒部(短圆筒部)11a、11a。在成为这些轴向两侧的短筒部11a、11a与半筒状(半圆筒状)部位的边界部的短筒部11a、11a露出的周缘部,以在周向上延伸的方式设置朝向径向外侧突出的边缘状部16、18。
第1连接凸缘部17侧的边缘状部16的周向一端部设置为与第1接合突部12相连,周向另一端部设置为与第2接合突部13的凸缘侧部位14相连。第2连接凸缘部19侧的边缘状部18的周向一端部设置为与第1接合突部12相连,周向另一端部设置为与第2接合突部13相连。
第2半管状部20的半管主体部21与第1半管状部10不同,在整个轴向上为半筒状(半圆筒状)。在该第2半管状部20的轴向两端部以沿着周向延伸的方式设置朝向径向外侧突出的边缘状部26、28。第1连接凸缘部17侧的边缘状部26的周向一端部设置为与第1接合突部22相连,周向另一端部设置为与第2接合突部23的凸缘侧部位24相连。该第2半管状部20的第1连接凸缘部17侧的边缘状部26与第1半管状部10的第1连接凸缘部17侧的边缘状部16对合并构成轴向一端侧的接合部。第2连接凸缘部19侧的边缘状部28的周向一端部设置为与第1接合突部22相连,周向另一端部设置为与第2接合突部23相连。该第2半管状部20的第2连接凸缘部19侧的边缘状部28与第1半管状部10的第2连接凸缘部19侧的边缘状部18对合并构成轴向另一端侧的接合部。
另外,也可以是构成为,在这些半管状部10、20的各边缘状部16、26、18、28的对合面,设置填充有上述那样的接合树脂4的接合树脂填充槽。此外,也可以是构成为,在这些半管状部10、20的各边缘状部16、26、18、28的对合面之间,形成有填充接合树脂4的间隙。
此外,作为上述那样的构成的管状体1,将半管状部10、20作为一次成形品分别成形后,使一个半管状部相对于另一个半管状部滑动,以沿着轴向两端部的接合部以及周向两侧的接合部2、3的方式填充接合树脂(二次树脂)4并成形、即通过所谓的DSI(模具滑动注射成形)成形等进行成形。此外,构成管状体1的半管状部10、20彼此并不限于经由作为二次树脂的接合树脂4被接合,也可以通过粘结剂或热板熔接、振动熔接、超声波熔接、激光熔接等各种的接合方案进行接合。
本实施方式的管状体1通过具有上述那样的构成,即便设置对径向上被分割的半管状部10、20彼此进行接合、并在轴向上延伸的接合突部12、13、22、23,也能够提高插通至连接凸缘部17的螺栓孔17b的螺栓7的紧固性。
即,被设置在径向上被分割的2个半管状部10、20的周向两缘部的接合突部12、13、22、23彼此对合,并形成接合部2、3,所以与不设置这样的接合突部12、13、22、23的情况相比,能够提高接合强度。
此外,将这些半管状部10、20的第2接合突部13、23的第1连接凸缘部17侧的部位,作为上述那样地弯曲的凸缘侧部位14、24。因此,即便在从各半管状部10、20的成形性的观点等而设定的模具的分割面(分型面)、即与半管状部10、20彼此的对开假想面6大致对应的位置或其附近部位设置第1连接凸缘部17的螺栓孔17b的情况下,在对将第1连接凸缘部17连接于连接对象的螺栓7进行紧固时,工具难以干涉凸缘侧部位14、24,并能够提高紧固性。换言之,第2接合部3不位于由与连接对象的关系所确定的第1连接凸缘部17的螺栓孔17b的轴上,即便从各半管状部10、20的成形性的观点等来看,在使第2接合部3在整个轴向上难以在周向上偏离的情况下,也能够通过使第1连接凸缘部17的螺栓孔17b附近的规定范围的第2接合部3从其他部位弯曲并偏离,从而进行对应。
此外,在本实施方式中,以如下的方式形成第2接合突部13、23的凸缘侧部位14、24,使2个半管状部10、20之中的第1半管状部10的周向缘部比其他部位更向切线方向延伸,并且使第2半管状部20的周向缘部比其他部位更向周向凹入。因此,即便使第2接合突部13、23如上述那样弯曲地构成,也能够提高大于一半管状体的第1半管状部10的成形性。
此外,构成为在第2半管状部20凹入的周向缘部的内周侧设置突片部25,以沿着第1半管状部10的切线方向延伸的延伸部位15的内周面的方式进行配置,并且构成与这些半管状部10、20的其他部位的内周面相连的内周面。因此,能够通过设置于第2半管状部20的突片部25埋入在第1半管状部10中的切线方向上延伸并与其他部位相比成为扩径部的延伸部位15的内周侧部位,从而能够抑制在管状体1内产生的压力损失。
此外,在本实施方式中,将轴向两端侧的连接凸缘部17、19构成为与第1半管状部10一体地设置。因此,因为半管状部10、20彼此的接合部2、3不位于连接凸缘部17、19,所以能够抑制连接凸缘部17、19的朝向连接对象侧的面中产生的高低差等。
另外,在本实施方式中,虽然构成为使半管状部10、20的第2接合突部13、23的第1连接凸缘部17侧的部位弯曲,但是也可以构成为根据设置于连接凸缘部17、19的螺栓孔的位置等而使其他部位弯曲。
此外,作为构成本实施方式的管状体1的各半管状部10、20以及接合有这些半管状部10、20而形成的接合部2、3,并不限于上述那样的构成,也能够存在其他各种的变形。例如,也可以构成为不设置上述那样的突片部25。此外,也可以是2个半管状部10、20在轴向两端侧的连接凸缘部17、19处被分割。在这种情况下,也可以是构成为例如不将上述那样的短筒部11a、11a设置在第1半管状部10的轴向两端部,而使轴向两端侧的边缘状部16、18与连接凸缘部17、19一体地设置。此外,也可以构成为使轴向两端侧的边缘状部16、18由连接凸缘部17、19的一部分构成。即,也可以使第1半管状部10以及第2半管状部20在连接凸缘部17、19处沿轴向(连接凸缘部的厚度方向)被分割。此外,也可以将第1半管状部10以及第2半管状部20作为在连接凸缘部17、19处沿径向分割,也能够进行其他各种的变形。

Claims (3)

1.一种管状体,由径向上被分割的2个半管状部彼此接合而成,并且至少在一端部具有设置有螺栓孔的连接凸缘部,且将与该连接凸缘部相连的附近部位作为直管状部,
在所述2个半管状部的周向两缘部设置有向径向突出并在轴向上延伸的接合突部,使该接合突部到达所述直管状部,
这些半管状部的周向两侧中的至少一侧的各自的接合突部以从通过中心轴的对开假想面偏离的方式弯曲,使得这些接合突部对合形成的接合部在所述连接凸缘部的螺栓孔附近的规定范围内、不与对插通至该螺栓孔的螺栓进行紧固的工具产生干涉。
2.如权利要求1所述的管状体,其特征在于,所述接合突部的弯曲的部位形成为使所述2个半管状部中的一个半管状部的周向缘部比其他部位更向切线方向延伸,并且使另一个半管状部的周向缘部比其他部位更向周向凹入,
在所述另一个半管状部凹入的周向缘部的内周侧设置有突片部,所述突片部配置为沿着所述一个半管状部的在切线方向上延伸的部位的内周面,并且构成与这些半管状部的其他部位的内周面相连的内周面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的管状体,其特征在于,所述连接凸缘部与所述2个半管状部中的任一个半管状部一体地设置。
