本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种具有降温功能的新型彩钢压型板。
背景技术
彩色压型板是采用彩色涂层钢板,经辊压冷弯成各种波型的压型板,广泛应用于工业与民用建筑,例如仓库、特种建筑、大跨度钢结构房屋的屋面、墙面以及内外墙装饰等地方。薄钢板经冷压或冷轧成型的钢材。钢板采用有机涂层薄钢板(或称彩色钢板)、镀锌薄钢板、防腐薄钢板(含石棉沥青层)或其他薄钢板等。压型板具有单位重量轻、强度高、抗震性能好、施工快速、外形美观等优点,是良好的建筑材料和构件,主要用于围护结构、楼板,也可用于其他构筑物。根据不同使用功能要求,压型板可压成波形、双曲波形、肋形、V形、加筋型等。
参考专利文献CN104060772A公开了了一种金属压型板,包括防锈涂层、金属板层、保温层、梯形件和连接件;所述保温层的底部为金属板层,所述金属板层的表面涂敷有防锈涂层,所述保温层的顶部安装有梯形件,所述梯形件在所述保温层的外延处设置有连接件,所述连接件与所述梯形件压合连接。参考专利文献CN103233554A公开了一种带保温层的压型板,属于一种复合板材,其结构包括压型板本体,所述的压型板本体包括前压型板本体和后压型板本体,所述的前压型板本体和后压型板本体之间设置有保温层,所述的前压板本体和后压型板本体的上表面上分别设置有突起,所述的保温层的上表面和下表面分别设置有与前压板本体和后压型板本体上的突起相配合的突起和凹陷。
上述参考专利文献公开的压型板均具有保温作用,在寒冷的冬天,使用上述具有保温作用的压型板建造临时房屋,起到有效的抗寒作用。但是在炎热的夏季,使用上述压型板建造的房屋,由于压型板隔热效果不明显,压型板房屋通风不好,造成房屋内温度较高,室内温度甚至高于室外温度。夏季住在压型板建造的房屋内的人们,比较容易中暑。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种具有一定降温功能的新型彩钢压型板,该新型彩钢压型板除了内压型板本体和外压型板本体外,内压型板本体和外压型板本体之间设有填充层,该填充层不是将内压型板本体和外压型板本体之间的缝隙完全填充满。该填充层具有孔,使得内压型板本体和外压型板本体可以通过孔进行热量传递。
为实现上述目的,本发明如下技术方案:
新型彩钢压型板,它包括内压型板本体和外压型板本体,所述内压型板本体和外压型板本体之间设置有填充层,所述内压型板本体的下表面上设置有第二凸起,所述外压型板本体的上表面上设置有第一凸起,所述填充层上表面和下表面分别设置有与内压型板本体和外压型板本体上的凸起相配合的突起,所述填充层内设置有圆锥孔,所述圆锥孔的大端直径孔与外压型板本体连接。

内压型板本体3的第二凸起31与外压型板本体1的第一凸起11相对应,通过圆锥孔21连接,第一凸起11使得圆锥孔21与室外空气接触面积加大,第二凸起31使得圆锥孔21室内空气接触面积加大。该种结构使得热量通过圆锥孔21传导过程中受到积压后,再释放,实现降低室内温度的目的。
需要说明的是,该实施例所述填充层2采用聚苯乙烯泡沫材料。其中,所述聚苯乙烯泡沫由下列重量份的原料制成:聚苯乙烯98、硅藻土粉20-23、氧化锌2、氢氧化铝3、偶氮二甲酰胺4、偏苯三酸三辛酯2.5-3.0、羧甲基纤维素3、2,4,6-三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚2-3、碳酸氢钠2、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷1。
