Abstract

本发明公开了一种无机实心碳电阻及其制造方法,该无机实心碳电阻由下述质量比例的原材料配制而成,其中高岭土30~75%、石英砂10~50%、长石10~30%、碳1~10%、铝粉0.1%~10%、粘合剂1~10%。本发明无机实心碳电阻的原材料容易获得,制成的电阻具有无感、大热容的特点,能够很好的耐高压、耐大电流冲击,电阻阻值精准且稳定,不会因为使用时间的长短而影响阻值的变化。本发明的无机实心碳电阻的制造方法,工艺流程简单,设备成本低,制成电阻的精准度高,适于广泛应用于世纪工业生产过程中。

无机实心碳电阻及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于电力电子的技术领域,具体涉及一种无机实心碳电阻及其制造方法。
背景技术
石墨陶瓷线性电阻是发展超高压输变电设备的关键电气保护部件之一,用以限制高压断路器在操作过程中产生的过电压,目前国内使用的石墨陶瓷线性电阻主要源自进口。石墨陶瓷线性电阻生产过程中存在电阻率分散性大,产品的热稳定性和机械强度较差等问题,导致技术难度大,成品合格率很低,生产成本高,难以满足电力行业发展的需求。
于是,在中国发明专利申请号为“CN 102426891 A”,专利名称为“一种石墨陶瓷线性电阻及其生产方法”的专利文件中公开了一种石墨陶瓷线性电阻及其生产方法,是由Al2O3、高岭土、滑石粉、石墨、硅酸钠、粘合剂和分散剂6种原料,并经过粉碎、制浆、造粒、烧结制成。该线性电阻能可靠性高,不存在如膜类、线绕类电阻的失效现象,而且体电阻、大热容,耐高压、无感,能耐更大电流冲击和吸收更高的峰值电能,完全能满足750kV或1000kV断路器合闸电阻的性能要求。同时,还具有配方原料品种少,工艺容易控制,设备和工艺过程简单,便于工业化生产等优点。
发明内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种耐高压、耐大电流以及稳定性强的无机实心碳电阻及其制造方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种无机实心碳电阻,由下述质量比例的原材料配制而成:
高岭土 30~75%;
石英砂 10~50%;
长石 10~30%;
碳 1~10%;
铝粉 0.1%~10%;
粘合剂 1~10%。
其中,原材料铝粉为粉末状粒子,单个铝粉粒子呈鳞片状,所述单个铝粉粒子的片径与厚度比例为40:1~100:1。
其中,原材料长石为化学成份为SiO2、Al2O3、Fe2O3、K2O和Na2O的正长石,所述长石为粉末状态。
其中,原材料粘合剂为硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、或者三者的混合物。
其中,原材料石英砂为石英石经破碎加工而成的高纯石英砂颗粒。
本发明还公开了一种无机实心碳电阻的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、混合,将各原材料按照高岭土30~75%、石英砂10~50%、长石10~30%、碳1~10%、铝粉0.1%~10%以及粘合剂1~10%的质量比进行称重并混合;
S2、球磨,将混合好的原材料加入到陶瓷球磨机内进行粉磨,粉磨时间为48~96h;
S3、造粒压制,球磨好的原材料进入造粒机中进行造粒,并使用液压机将造粒后的粉料压制成预设定形状的生胚;
S4、烧结磨平,压制好的生胚在1100~1500℃的保护气氛炉中烧结成型,自然冷却到室温后,对两个电极端面用磨床进行磨制;
S5、电极金属化,使用火焰喷枪在光滑平整的电极端面上喷涂铝粉,形成正负电极,并在电极以外部位喷涂绝缘材料,从而成型实心碳电阻;
S6、脉冲测试,将成型的实心碳电阻采用电容充放电的方式进行充放电测试,测试合格的产品涂覆标志并包装成成品,测试不合格的产品淘汰不予使用。
其中,S3中出现的所述造粒机包括送风机、抽风机以及雾化器,所述送风机调节设置为34Hz,进风温度设置为215℃,所述抽风机调节设置为38Hz,出风温度设置为100℃,所述雾化器调节设置为26Hz,所造粉粒直径小于3毫米。
其中,S3中出现的所述液压机为40吨液压机,用40吨液压机进行压制成型,制成生胚为圆柱型胚体。
其中,S1中使用的原材料铝粉为粉末状粒子,单个铝粉粒子呈鳞片状,所述单个铝粉粒子的片径与厚度比例为40:1~100:1。
其中,S1中使用的原材料粘合剂为硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、或者三者的混合物。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明无机实心碳电阻的原材料容易获得,制成的电阻具有无感、大热容的特点,能够很好的耐高压、耐大电流冲击,电阻阻值精准且稳定,不会因为使用时间的长短而影响阻值的变化。本发明采用了不同的原材料,使生成的产品的脉冲能量密度达到375焦耳/立方厘米。
本发明的无机实心碳电阻的制造方法,工艺流程简单,设备成本低,制成电阻的精准度高,适于广泛应用于世纪工业生产过程中。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)原材料配方为:高领土32Kg.;
石英砂 28kg.;
长石 12kg.;
碳 6.4kg;.
铝粉 1.6kg;
粘和剂 4.0kg。
2)制作工艺为:
将上述称好的原料高岭土,石英砂,长石,碳粉,铝粉,粘和剂放入球磨机内球磨24小时。然后用离心造粒机进行造粒,粒径小于3毫米。将造粒的粉料装入模具内,用40吨液压机进行压制成型,制成直径73毫米,高度35毫米的圆柱型胚体。将压制好的胚体放入1350℃的气氛炉内进行烧结。自然冷却到室温后,对两个电极端面进行磨制,达到光滑平整。用火焰喷枪喷上铝粉形成电极。将电阻的侧面进行绝缘涂覆后就制成0.8Ω的实芯碳电阻10A。
实施例2
原材料配方为:
高岭土 42kg.;
石英砂 6kg.;
长石 6kg.;
碳 1.2kg.;
铝粉 1.8kg;.
粘和剂 3kg.。
制作工艺为:
将上述称好的原料高岭土,石英砂,长石,碳粉,铝粉,粘和剂放入球磨机内球磨36小时。然后用离心造粒机进行造粒,粒径小于4毫米。将造粒的粉料装入模具内,用10吨液压机进行压制成型,制成直径35毫米,高度60毫米的圆柱型胚体。将压制好的胚体放入1300℃的气氛炉内进行烧结。自然冷却到室温后,对两个电极端面进行磨制,达到光滑平整。用火焰喷枪喷上铝粉形成电极。在电阻两端压上铜制金属帽盖11B作为电气连接段,将电阻的侧面进行绝缘涂覆后就制成20Ω的实芯碳电阻10B。

Claims (3)

1.一种无机实心碳电阻,其特征在于,由下述质量比例的原材料配制而成:
高岭土 30~75%;
石英砂 10~50%;
长石 10~30%;
碳 1~10%;
铝粉 0.1%~10%;
粘合剂 1~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无机实心碳电阻,其特征在于,原材料铝粉为粉末状粒子,单个铝粉粒子呈鳞片状,所述单个铝粉粒子的片径与厚度比例为40:1~100:1。
3.一种无机实心碳电阻的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、混合,将各原材料按照高岭土30~75%、石英砂10~50%、长石10~30%、碳1~10%、铝粉0.1%~10%以及粘合剂1~10%的质量比进行称重并混合;
S2、球磨,将混合好的原材料加入到陶瓷球磨机内进行粉磨,粉磨时间为24~96h;
S3、造粒压制,球磨好的原材料进入造粒机中进行造粒,并使用液压机将造粒后的粉料压制成预设定形状的生胚;
S4、烧结磨平,压制好的生胚在1100~1500℃的保护气氛炉中烧结成型,自然冷却到室温后,对两个电极端面用磨床进行磨制;
S5、电极金属化,使用火焰喷枪在光滑平整的电极端面上喷涂铝粉,形成正负电极,并在电极以外部位喷涂绝缘材料,从而成型实心碳电阻;
S6、脉冲测试,将成型的实心碳电阻采用电容充放电的方式进行充放电测试,测试合格的产品涂覆标志并包装成成品,测试不合格的产品淘汰不予使用。
