Abstract
The double-buffer suspension type empty rail train stopper effectively improves the braking force of the stopper, improves the capability of buffering and absorbing impact energy of the empty rail train, ensures that the vehicle can stop at a safe position stably, and shortens the occupied line length of the stopper. The movable support is suspended on a running surface through a connecting plate and positioned below a track beam, a first buffer consisting of a first hydraulic cylinder and a first piston rod is fixedly arranged in the movable support, and a buffer head is fixedly arranged at the front end of the first piston rod; the connecting plate and the running surface form a friction pair, and a second buffer acting on the connecting plate is fixedly arranged in the track beam.

Background

The suspended track traffic has the advantages of small investment, small occupied area, full utilization of urban space resources, capability of meeting the requirements of medium and small traffic and the like, receives more and more attention, and gradually opens part of test lines to study related systems.
The car stopper is a track traffic safety device which is arranged at the end of a line, prevents the car from slipping and protects the safety of a train. There are many different types of car stops in conventional railway, subway and the like tracks, including friction, slip, hydraulic and the like. However, there are relatively few car stops in suspended rail transit. Therefore, it is very necessary to design and invent a car stop suitable for suspended rail transit.

the second buffer consists of a second hydraulic cylinder and a second piston rod, and the second hydraulic cylinder is fixedly arranged on the running surface or the side wall of the track beam through a second support; a stop block is arranged on the connecting plate, and the front end of the second piston rod is fixedly connected with the stop block;
the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder adopt double-cylinder type hydraulic cylinders.
The invention has the advantages that besides the first buffer which is directly impacted by the empty rail train, a friction pair is arranged between the connecting plate and the running surface of the track beam, and the second buffer which acts on the connecting plate is arranged in the track beam, so that triple buffer vibration reduction is formed, the braking force of the car stopper and the capacity of buffering and absorbing the impact energy of the empty rail train can be effectively improved, the stroke of the car stopper is reduced, and the car can be ensured to be stably parked at a safe position; the structure is more compact, the arrangement mode is flexible, the type and the installation direction of two buffers can be respectively arranged according to the requirements, and the device is suitable for various suspended type air rail train track beam structures.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the double-buffer suspension type empty rail train stopper of the present invention comprises a movable bracket 20 suspended on a running surface 11 through a connecting plate 21 and positioned below a rail beam 10, wherein a first buffer 30 composed of a first hydraulic cylinder 31 and a first piston rod 32 is fixedly arranged in the movable bracket 20, and a buffer head 50 is fixedly arranged at the front end of the first piston rod 32; the connecting plate 21 and the running surface 11 form a friction pair, and a second buffer acting on the connecting plate 21 is fixedly arranged in the track beam 10. Referring to fig. 3, the friction pair between the first hydraulic cylinder 31, the second buffer, the connecting plate 21 and the running surface 11 forms triple buffer vibration reduction, so that the braking force of the car stopper and the capability of buffering and absorbing impact energy of the air rail train can be effectively improved, the stroke of the car stopper is reduced, and the car can be ensured to be stably parked at a safe position. Referring to fig. 4, the second damper is composed of a second hydraulic cylinder 41 and a second piston rod 42, and the second hydraulic cylinder 41 is fixedly disposed on the running surface 11 or the side wall 12 of the track beam 10 through a second bracket 43. The connection plate 21 is provided with a stop block 22, and the front end of the second piston rod 42 is fixedly connected with the stop block 22. The first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 41 preferably adopt double-cylinder type hydraulic cylinders, so that the braking force can be effectively increased, the working stroke is shortened, the double-cylinder type hydraulic cylinders can play a role in automatic guiding, and a guide connecting rod is not required to be independently arranged, so that the car stopper structure is more compact.
Referring to embodiment 3 shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the second damper may also be composed of a friction rail 44, a holding rail 45 and a baffle 13, wherein the friction rail 44 is fixedly disposed on the side walls 12 of the two sides of the track beam 10 through a connecting member, the holding rail 45 is fixedly disposed on the two lateral sides of the connecting plate 21 through a connecting member, and the holding rail 45 and the corresponding friction rail 44 above the holding rail are enmeshed to form a second friction pair. The baffle 13 is fixedly connected to the rail beam 10 at the end of the friction rail 44.
Referring to fig. 1, an elastic damping block 51 is fixedly disposed on the front end surface of the buffer head 50, and absorbs the direct impact energy between the train stop and the buffer head 50. The buffer head 50 corresponds to the coupler of the air rail train, and the elastic damping block 51 is made into a concave arc-shaped structure.

the second buffer consists of a second hydraulic cylinder (41) and a second piston rod (42), and the second hydraulic cylinder (41) is fixedly arranged on the running surface (11) or the side wall (12) of the track beam (10) through a second support (43); a stop block (22) is arranged on the connecting plate (21), and the front end of the second piston rod (42) is fixedly connected with the stop block (22);
