建筑业是专门从事土木工程、房屋建设和设备安装以及工程勘察设计工作的生产部门。其产品是各种工厂、矿井、铁路、桥梁、港口、道路、管线、住宅以及公共设施的建筑物、构筑物和设施,建筑业生产是由劳动者利用机械设备与工具,按设计要求对劳动对象进行加工制作,从而生产出一定的产品,这使它具有工业生产的特征,但是,它又有许多不同于一般工业生产的技术经济特点,因而是一个独立的物质,生产部门建筑业的产品转给使用者之后,就形成了各种生产性和非生产性的固定资产,它是国民经济各物质生产部门和交通运输部门进行生产的手段,是人民生活的重要物质基础,建筑艺术是通过建筑群体组织、建筑物的形体、平面布置、立体形式、结构造型、内外空间组合、装修和装饰、色彩、质感等方面的审美处理所形成的一种综合性实用造型艺术。建筑是人类重要的物质文化形式之一。
人造漆的一种,用硝酸纤维素、树脂、颜料、溶剂等制成。通常用喷枪均匀地喷在物体表面,耐水、耐机油,干得快,用于漆汽车、飞机、木器、皮革等。该物质有毒性,对身体有一定影响,不同品牌的喷漆由于成分含量不同毒性也不同。使用时应特别注意安全,避免吸入和皮肤接触,通过喷枪借助于空气压力,分散成均匀而微细的雾滴,涂施于被涂物的表面的一种方法,人造漆的一种,用硝酸铅维素、树脂、颜料、溶剂等制成,通常用喷枪均匀地喷在物体表面,耐水、耐机油,干得快,用于漆汽车、飞机、木器、皮革等,该物质有毒性,对身体有一定影响。
不同品牌的喷漆由于成分含量不同毒性也不同,使用时应特别注意安全,避免吸入和皮肤接触,用压缩空气将涂料喷成雾状涂在被涂物件上,自动喷漆,就是将油漆与气体密封灌注在罐子里,方便运输和保存,使用非常便利,建筑墙面经常需要进行喷漆起到保护的作用,但传统的方法需要人工进行喷漆,大大降低了喷漆的效率,浪费了大量的工作时间,影响了工程的进度,增加了工人的工作量,增加了成本,减少了企业效益。

针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,解决了传统的方法需要人工进行喷漆的问题。

为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,包括底座所述底座的顶部固定连接有液压杆,并且液压杆的顶端固定连接有移动块,所述移动块的一侧固定连接有固定板,并且固定板的一侧固定连接有机壳,并且机壳的内壁活动连接有固定环,并且固定环的表面卡接有卡块,所述卡块的表面贯穿机壳且延伸机壳的外部,并且固定环的内壁开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内壁滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块表面转动连接有联动杆,并且联动杆的内部开设有限位槽,所述联动杆的表面通过轴块固定连接有支撑杆,所述支撑杆的一端贯穿机壳且延伸至机壳的外部,所述支撑杆延伸至机壳外部的一端固定连接有喷头。
优选的,所述机壳的内壁固定连接有隔板,并且隔板的内部转动连接有转动杆,所述转动杆的一端与机壳内壁的一侧固定连接,并且机壳内壁的底部固定连接有第一电机,所述第一电机的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有第一锥齿轮,并且第一锥齿轮的表面啮合有第二锥齿轮,所述第二锥齿轮的内部与转动杆的表面固定连接。

(1)、该基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,通过第二电机带动短杆转动,在长杆、挡块和机壳的作用下使移动杆带动卡块与移动环进行往复移动,提高了工作效率,实现了机械代替人工的目的,第一电机带动第一锥齿轮转动,带动第二锥齿轮通过转动杆、隔板、轴杆和联动杆,使支撑杆带动喷头进行转动,增加了喷漆的面积,对墙面的喷漆更均匀,改变了传统的方法需要人工进行喷漆的问题,提高了了喷漆的效率,节约了大量的工作时间,保证了工程的进度,减少了工人的工作量,减少了成本,增加了企业效益。
(2)、该基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,通过载重块改变设备的重心,使其在使用过程中更稳定,再通过操作板对第一电机和第二电机的控制,可以调节喷漆的速度和角度,提高喷漆的质量,再通过固定杆、稳定杆和保护套,改变了市场上喷漆设备的单一结构,大大增加了其功能性,整个操作过程简单方便。

Claims (4)
1.一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有液压杆(2),并且液压杆(2)的顶端固定连接有移动块(3),所述移动块(3)的一侧固定连接有固定板(4),并且固定板(4)的一侧固定连接有机壳(5),并且机壳(5)的内壁活动连接有固定环(6),并且固定环(6)的表面卡接有卡块(7),所述卡块(7)的表面贯穿机壳(5)且延伸机壳(5)的外部,并且固定环(6)的内壁开设有滑槽(8),所述滑槽(8)的内壁滑动连接有滑块(34),所述滑块(34)表面转动连接有联动杆(9),并且联动杆(9)的内部开设有限位槽(10),所述联动杆(9)的表面通过轴块(11)固定连接有支撑杆(12),所述支撑杆(12)的一端贯穿机壳(5)且延伸至机壳(5)的外部,所述支撑杆(12)延伸至机壳(5)外部的一端固定连接有喷头(13);
所述底座(1)的顶部固定连接有限位杆(27),并且限位杆(27)的表面与移动块(3)的内部滑动连接,所述底座(1)底部的两侧均固定连接有滚轮(28);
所述底座(1)的顶部的一侧固定连接有载重块(29),并且载重块(29)的正面固定连接有操作板(30);
所述底座(1)的顶部连接有固定杆(31),并且两个固定杆(31)相对的一侧均固定连接有稳定杆(32),所述稳定杆(32)的表面套接有保护套(33)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述机壳(5)的内壁固定连接有隔板(14),并且隔板(14)的内部转动连接有转动杆(15),所述转动杆(15)的一端与机壳(5)内壁的一侧固定连接,并且机壳(5)内壁的底部固定连接有第一电机(16),所述第一电机(16)的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有第一锥齿轮(17),并且第一锥齿轮(17)的表面啮合有第二锥齿轮(18),所述第二锥齿轮(18)的内部与转动杆(15)的表面固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述转动杆(15)的底部固定连接有轴杆(19),并且轴杆(19)的表面与限位槽(10)的内壁滑动连接,所述轴杆(19)的一端固定连接有限位块(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于建筑墙面的高效喷漆设备,其特征在于:所述固定板(4)的一侧固定连接有连接板(21),并且连接板(21)的顶部固定连接有第二电机(22),所述第二电机(22)的输出轴通过联轴器固定连接有短杆(23),并且短杆(23)的一端转动连接有长杆(24),所述长杆(24)的一端转动连接有移动杆(25),并且移动杆(25)表面滑动连接有挡块(26),所述挡块(26)的顶部与机壳(5)的表面固定连接,并且移动杆(25)的表面固定连接有移动环(35),并且移动环(35)的内壁与卡块(7)延伸至机壳(5)外部的一侧固定连接。
