内燃机与插电式混合动力变速器的解耦装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱动机械耦合装置,这种耦合装置由现有技术已知,尤其是由DE102008043290A1已知。
背景技术
下面与轿车及其具有内燃机和驱动电机的混合驱动传动系相关地解释本发明,但是这不应理解为本发明限制于这种应用。
这种驱动传动系具有分离离合器,用于将内燃机与驱动传动系其余部分耦合/解耦。在此,能由内燃机提供的大的驱动功率导致,该分离离合器要被相应地构造或设计。由于较高的能传递的转矩,通常设置湿式运行的分离离合器和/或具有大量摩擦衬片的分离离合器。这种分离离合器通常不仅昂贵,而且也具有并非不显著的结构空间需求。
DE102008043290A1为混合系统建议一种耦合装置,其中,沿径向在驱动电机的转子内部设置行星齿轮传动装置齿轮组(齿圈、太阳轮、行星轮和行星架)。另外,内燃机能借助于具有多个摩擦衬片的摩擦锁合的离合器与该装置的从动轴连接,使得能由内燃机提供的所有功率能摩擦锁合地从耦合装置的输入轴传递到输出轴。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种驱动机械耦合装置,其允许紧凑的结构。
所建议的驱动机械耦合装置与已知的双离合器变速器类似地具有两个耦合装置,优选所述两个耦合装置彼此同心地设置。
如在已知的双离合器变速器中那样,该驱动机械耦合装置也具有一个第一和一个另外的耦合装置,它们直接与输入轴连接。但是,与驱动机械耦合装置不同,在双离合器变速器中,驱动功率由两个耦合装置传递到第一和第二输出轴上,而不是传递到一个共同的输出轴上,所述第一和第二输出轴在此构成为变速器轴。
在本发明的意义中,驱动机械耦合装置可理解为这样一种装置,通过该装置,驱动机械、尤其是按往复活塞结构方式的内燃机能与具有混合驱动装置的机动车中的驱动传动系的其他部件有选择地连接,用于传递功率、尤其是用于传递转速和转矩。
为此,驱动机械耦合装置优选具有输入轴和输出轴。在转矩传递方向上,在这两个轴之间设置第一耦合装置。该第一耦合装置尤其是构成用于将输入轴与输出轴有选择地连接。优选该耦合装置为此与输入轴和输出轴是可直接连接的或者是与之直接连接的。
在本发明的意义中,“可直接连接或直接连接”可理解为,耦合装置直接与相应的轴连接,尤其是没有驱动功率能通过齿轮、摩擦轮或牵引元件从输入轴传递到与输入轴连接的耦合装置或者从耦合装置传递到与耦合装置连接的输出轴。进一步优选,输入轴或输出轴分别无相对转动地与耦合装置连接。
按本发明,参考从输入轴到输出轴的转矩传递,在这些轴之间设置一个另外的耦合装置。也优选该另外的耦合装置能与输出轴和输入轴直接耦合。进一步优选,输入轴构成为第一耦合装置的部分区域,并且进一步优选能与该第一耦合装置一件式地连接。进一步优选,输入轴能形锁合地、优选力锁合地并且特别优选材料锁合地与第一耦合装置连接。
优选所述另外的耦合装置构成用于,有选择地中断在输入轴与输出轴之间的转矩传递,并且因此通过所述另外的耦合装置能有选择地将转矩从输入轴传递到输出轴,这尤其是与第一耦合装置无关。在此,参考从输入轴到输出轴的转矩传递,所述另外的耦合装置设置成与第一耦合装置并联。
在本发明的意义中,各耦合装置的这种并联设置意味着,分别与另一耦合装置无关,转矩能从输入轴既传递到第一耦合装置,也传递到所述另外的耦合装置,并且能从每一个耦合装置传递到输出轴。
尤其是每个耦合装置具有打开状态和闭合状态,在打开状态中,没有转矩能通过相应的耦合装置传递,在闭合状态中能传递转矩。尤其是通过两个耦合装置的并联设置,因此能够实现,只要仅其中一个耦合装置转换到其闭合状态,转矩就从输入轴传递到输出轴。另外,转矩传递容量即驱动解耦装置的最大能传递的转矩能以如下方式提高:另一耦合装置从打开状态转换到闭合状态,使得两个耦合装置处于其闭合状态。
在一种优选实施方式中,第一耦合装置构成为摩擦锁合的、尤其是干式的、单盘或多盘式的摩擦离合器,并且优选构成为干式的片式离合器,这种摩擦离合器优选具有至少一个第一和至少一个第二摩擦面,优选它们构成为摩擦片,并且进一步优选摩擦离合器具有多个摩擦面或者说摩擦片。
干式的摩擦离合器尤其是提供以下优点:与湿式的摩擦离合器相比,干式的摩擦离合器具有较小的拖曳力矩并且因此具有较高的效率。进一步优选,干式的摩擦离合器的操纵可以借助于中央分离器和分离轴承在没有其他的引起拖曳力矩的回转接头的情况下实现。
优选该片式离合器/摩擦离合器的摩擦片/摩擦面的数量小于10,优选小于5,并且特别优选小于等于3。优选该片式离合器/摩擦离合器构成为干式运行的片式离合器。传统的片式离合器在机动车中通常构成为湿式运行的片式离合器和/或具有大量摩擦片的片式离合器,与在传统的片式离合器中的情况不同,按本发明能够实现,第一耦合装置构成为具有少量摩擦片的干式运行的片式离合器,因为能传递的转矩的一部分能通过并联的另外的耦合装置传递。优选转矩的能通过所述另外的耦合装置传递的部分为整个转矩的50%或更多,优选66%或更多,尤其是75%或更多。
优选第一耦合装置至少基本上构造成用于在内燃机起动过程期间牵引内燃机(第一驱动机械)。为了起动内燃机,该内燃机尤其是需要从静止状态加速到起动转速,从该起动转速起,点火运行是可能的。对于这种起动过程,需要的转矩尤其是小于能由第一驱动机械发出的转矩,优选第一耦合装置按这种小的为起动内燃机而需要的转矩进行设计。即优选第一耦合装置构造成用于,建立从耦合装置输出侧到耦合装置输入侧的引导转矩的连接,并且因此能够实现内燃机的所谓的牵引起动。尤其是第一耦合装置不用于实现利用第一驱动机械的起动过程,并且因此能够实现,特别节省空间地设计第一耦合装置。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述另外的耦合装置构成为形锁合的耦合装置。对应于优选设计用于起动第一驱动机械的第一耦合装置,所述另外的耦合装置构成用于传递“剩余的”转矩。优选在本发明的意义中“形锁合的耦合装置”可以理解成包括牙嵌式离合器、具有滑动套筒的用于有选择地传递转矩的离合器或者一般性而言这样一种耦合装置,在该耦合装置中,转矩能有选择地通过形锁合连接而被传递。尤其是借助于形锁合的耦合装置能够实现,在小的结构空间上传递大的转矩。在此,所述另外的耦合装置设置成,使得通过所述另外的耦合装置借助于这种形锁合连接能将转矩有选择地从输入轴传递到输出轴。
在一种优选实施方式中,驱动机械耦合装置的从动轴能与一个另外的驱动机械耦合,或者是与该另外的驱动机械耦合的。优选所述另外的驱动机械构成为机电的能量转换器,优选构成为电动机/发电机,优选构成为电动机。进一步优选,所述另外的驱动机械为了将驱动功率传递到从动轴上而具有能与从动轴至少间接耦合的转子并且具有定子。在此,在本发明的意义中,“转子与从动轴间接耦合”尤其是可以如此理解,即在从转子到该从动轴的转矩传递方向上,在转子与从动轴之间设置传动装置。优选该传动装置构成为行星齿轮传动装置。尤其是通过这种构造能够实现,通过所述另外的驱动机械将特别大的转矩传递到从动轴上。
在一种优选实施方式中,构成用于将驱动功率从所述另外的驱动机械传递到从动轴上的传动装置具有大于1、优选大于1.25、特别优选大于1.5的传动比,进一步优选该传动比小于2.5、优选小于2、特别优选小于1.7。在一种进一步优选的实施方式中,该传动比至少基本上为1.6。尤其是通过这种传动比能够实现转子转速相对于从动轴转速的减速传动,并且因此能够实现在从动轴上的转矩的提高。
在一种优选实施方式中,在从所述另外的驱动机械到从动轴的转矩传递方向上设置在所述另外的驱动机械与从动轴之间的传动装置构成为行星齿轮传动装置。优选该行星齿轮传动装置具有能与从动轴耦合的行星架。优选在该行星架上可旋转地支承至少一个行星轮、优选至少2个、更优选至少3个、特别优选4个或更多个行星轮。优选所述一个行星轮或所述多个行星轮能被行星齿轮传动装置的齿圈或者能被行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮或者能被这两者接触,以便传递功率。进一步优选,行星齿轮传动装置的齿圈与所述另外的驱动机械的转子能连接或者与之无相对转动地连接,以便传递功率。尤其是通过行星齿轮传动装置的这种构造,能够实现驱动机械耦合装置的特别节省空间的结构。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述行星齿轮传动装置的齿圈沿径向至少局部地、优选完全地设置在所述另外的驱动机械的转子内部。优选至少齿圈的用于传递功率的齿部至少局部地或完全地沿轴向方向设置在该马达的内部。尤其是通过齿圈在所述另外的驱动机械的转子内部的结构设置,能够实现驱动机械耦合装置的特别节省空间的结构。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,第一耦合装置构成为片式离合器,尤其是干式运行的片式离合器。优选该片式离合器具有片式离合器弹簧,并且进一步优选该片式离合器弹簧设置成,使得片式离合器通过片式离合器弹簧朝打开位置预紧。这种离合器由现有技术已知并且通常称为“常开”离合器。
优选该片式离合器具有第一离合器操纵器。进一步优选,该第一离合器操纵器设置用于施加片式离合器作用力,以便操纵该片式离合器,所述片式离合器作用力与能通过片式离合器弹簧施加的预紧力相反地定向,尤其是该离合器操纵器构成用于,将片式离合器从打开位置转换到闭合位置。在此,在打开位置中,没有转矩能通过片式离合器传递,并且在闭合位置中,转矩能通过片式离合器传递。

在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,所述另外的耦合装置构成为牙嵌式离合器。优选该牙嵌式离合器具有牙嵌式离合器弹簧,所述牙嵌式离合器能通过该牙嵌式离合器弹簧朝打开位置预紧,即在所述打开位置中,能有选择地传递的转矩不能被传递。进一步优选,一个另外的离合器操纵器设置用于操纵所述另外的耦合装置。优选所述另外的离合器操纵器构成为液压操纵器,优选构成为电的或磁的操纵器,并且特别优选该操纵器构成为液压缸,并且极其优选构成为液压的环形缸。进一步优选,通过所述另外的离合器操纵器,作用力能施加到所述另外的耦合装置上,所述作用力与牙嵌式离合器弹簧的弹簧力相反地定向,并且所述牙嵌式离合器通过所述作用力能从其打开位置转换到其闭合位置,在该闭合位置中能传递转矩。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述耦合装置和所述另外的耦合装置设置成,使得牙嵌式离合器作用力和片式离合器作用力,即用于将耦合装置转换到其闭合位置的各作用力,相反地定向。尤其是通过各耦合装置的这种设置能够实现各耦合装置的特别节省空间的结构。
在一种优选实施方式中,驱动机械耦合装置的输入轴和输出轴彼此同心地定位,使得它们能围绕一条共同的旋转轴线旋转。在沿着旋转轴线的轴向方向上,所述耦合装置和所述另外的耦合装置优选彼此隔开距离地设置。在此,在该意义中,“轴向隔开距离”可以理解成,用于有选择地传递转矩的区域,即在片式离合器中尤其是摩擦片以及在牙嵌式离合器中尤其是相互嵌接的爪,沿轴向方向不重叠。进一步优选,各耦合装置设置成,使得各离合器操纵器在轴向方向上不重叠。尤其是通过驱动机械耦合装置的这种结构能够实现驱动机械耦合装置的工作特别可靠的结构。
优选所述另外的耦合装置构成为形锁合的耦合装置,优选所述另外的耦合装置在几何结构方面设置在转子的能被供给冷却润滑剂优选变速器油的区域中。尤其是借助于冷却润滑剂能改善所述另外的耦合装置的功能可靠性,并且另外该冷却润滑剂也能输送给传动装置、优选行星齿轮传动装置。另外能够实现,借助于冷却润滑剂排出废热、尤其是在借助于所述另外的驱动机械进行驱动时产生的废热。
按本发明的混合驱动传动系具有前述结构方式的驱动机械耦合装置。这种驱动传动系优选具有按往复活塞结构方式的内燃机,作为第一驱动机械。另外,该混合驱动传动系具有扭振减振系统。这种系统由现有技术以不同结构形式已知。由原理决定,内燃机将驱动转矩带有转矩不均匀性地发送到驱动机械耦合装置上,在此,扭振减振系统设置用于,至少降低该转矩不均匀性。优选该系统参考转矩传递设置在内燃机与驱动机械耦合装置之间。优选扭振减振系统一方面能与内燃机连接并且另一方面能与驱动机械耦合装置连接,并且优选持久地无相对转动地连接。优选扭振减振系统一方面能与内燃机的曲轴连接并且另一方面能与驱动机械耦合装置的输入轴连接。尤其是借助于这样的驱动构造能实现特别有效的驱动系统。
在一种优选实施方式中,所述扭振减振系统从以下集合中选出,所述集合至少包括以下装置:离心力摆、单质量飞轮、双质量或多质量飞轮、电的减振器、液压的减振器。
在此,在该意义中,电的减振器优选可以理解为能作为马达和作为发电机运行的装置。进一步优选电功率借助于电阻电路降低的装置。试验已表明,所述的扭振减振系统特别适合用于实现本发明的驱动传动系。
在一种优选实施方式中,第一耦合装置与第二耦合装置轴向固定地连接。优选第一耦合装置的输入侧构成为离合器壳,并且该离合器壳无相对转动地且轴向固定地与第二耦合装置的输入侧连接。进一步优选,扭振减振系统能借助于至少一个或多个径向轴承相对于输出轴或者说在输出轴上可旋转地支承。进一步优选,扭振减振系统的输出侧在扭振减振系统的输入侧上可支承或者相反。尤其是扭振减振系统的输入侧能与内燃机的曲轴耦合并且该系统的输出侧构成用于输出由内燃机吸收的功率。

具体实施方式
图1显示驱动机械耦合装置的纵剖视图。在此可见,驱动机械耦合装置设置成关于旋转轴线1基本上旋转对称的。内燃机(未描述)的曲轴2能将用于驱动机动车的驱动功率发出到输入轴4上。在从内燃机到驱动机械耦合装置的转矩传递方向上,在驱动机械耦合装置上游设置扭振减振系统3,该扭振减振系统具有离心力摆,通过该离心力摆,根据能由内燃机发出的转速,可以降低转矩不均匀性。在相同方向上在该扭振减振系统下游并且因此在输入轴4与输出轴5之间设置片式离合器6,通过该片式离合器能使得这两个轴有选择地相互连接。
片式离合器6能经由中央的片式离合器操纵器操纵,其构成为具有环形活塞的液压缸7或者构成为液压的中央分离器。片式离合器6能经由操纵臂8操纵,并且在没有通过片式离合器操纵器操纵的情况下处于打开状态,所述操纵臂构成为开槽的盘形弹簧,在所述打开状态中没有转矩能通过片式离合器6从输入轴4传递到输出轴5。
输入轴局部地构成为空心轴,并且因此直接与所述另外的耦合装置连接,所述另外的耦合装置构成为牙嵌式离合器9。借助于牙嵌式离合器9,与片式离合器6无关,输入轴4能与输出轴5有选择地连接,用于传递转矩。两个离合器6、9参考转矩传递是并联的,使得较大的转矩能在输入轴4与输出轴5之间传递,如果两个离合器6、9闭合的话。牙嵌式离合器9的支座39借助于径向轴承38可旋转地支承在输出轴5上,另外,该支座39经由轴毂连接结构与片式离合器6无相对转动地连接。
牙嵌式离合器9能通过牙嵌式离合器操纵器操纵,其构成为一个另外的液压缸10。另外,牙嵌式离合器9借助于牙嵌式离合器弹簧11朝打开位置预紧并且因此构成为所谓的“常开”离合器,也与片式离合器6一样。
另外,耦合装置具有机电的能量转换器,即不仅能作为马达而且能作为发电机运行的电动机,其包括与壳体固定地装配的定子12和相对于该定子12可旋转地支承的转子13。转子13此外与行星齿轮传动装置14的齿圈15连接。行星齿轮传动装置14具有多个行星轮16,它们支承在行星架17上。行星架17无相对转动地与从动轴连接,并且行星齿轮传动装置14构造成,使得其具有从转子13到输出轴5的减速传动比1.6。
行星轮16为了传递功率不仅与齿圈15而且与太阳轮18啮合。太阳轮18与壳体固定地支承,即其持久地具有零转速。驱动机械耦合装置的输出轴5能无相对转动地与在可切换的传动装置(未描述)中的传动装置输入轴19连接。
另外设置径向轴密封环36、37。这些径向轴密封环36、37防止,变速器油朝干式的片式离合器6突破并且将其污染,通过所述变速器油,电动机12、13能被冷却并且牙嵌式离合器9以及行星齿轮传动装置14被润滑。因此,借助于径向轴密封环36、37,传动装置的油室相对于设有片式离合器6的空间是流密地封闭的。
图2显示具有如图1所示的驱动机械耦合装置的示意性的驱动传动系。驱动机械耦合装置20能一方面以其输入轴4与内燃机21连接并且另一方面能以其输出轴5与在可切换的传动装置22中的传动装置输入轴连接。
由内燃机21和/或机电的能量转换器(未描述)提供的驱动功率从可切换的传动装置22借助于万向轴24和主减速器25朝驱动轮23的方向传递。
在此,在该驱动方案中尤其能够实现特别紧凑的结构。
图3显示另一实施方式,其包括第一耦合装置即片式离合器6的支承装置的一种优选实施方式。下面主要涉及在图1与图3的实施方式之间的区别。
输入轴4构成为片式离合器6的离合器壳。该离合器壳借助于轴毂连接结构无相对转动地与牙嵌式离合器9的支座39连接。另外,该轴毂连接结构具有轴向保险35,该轴向保险例如可以构成为轴螺母或锁定环。借助于轴向保险35,片式离合器6与牙嵌式离合器9的支座39轴向固定地连接。
扭振减振系统3借助于轴承31和32相对于输出轴5可旋转地支承,其中,对于扭振减振系统3的输入侧设置径向轴承31并且对于扭振减振系统的输出侧设置径向轴承32。
另外,扭振减振系统3借助于轴向柔性的板即所谓的柔性板34无相对转动地与曲轴2连接。柔性板34构造成轴向柔软的,但是扭转刚性的。
借助于本发明的这样的实施方式能够实现,没有作用力从离合器操纵部传递到内燃机的曲轴2。
不同于在图1和图3中描述的本发明实施方式,能够实现,传动装置输入轴19以及输出轴5构造成彼此一体的。在这种情况下,行星架17借助于轴毂连接结构与输出轴5连接,使得驱动机械耦合装置是可装配的。

Claims (12)

1.驱动机械耦合装置,其用于具有混合驱动装置的机动车,
所述驱动机械耦合装置具有输入轴(4)和输出轴(5),所述输入轴构成用于接收能由第一驱动机械提供的驱动功率,所述输出轴构成用于输出该驱动功率;并且
所述驱动机械耦合装置具有第一耦合装置(6),所述第一耦合装置在从输入轴(4)到输出轴(5)的转矩传递方向上设置在输入轴与输出轴之间,通过该第一耦合装置能有选择地将转矩从输入轴(4)传递到输出轴(5),该第一耦合装置(6)能直接与输出轴(5)耦合;
其特征在于,
参考从输入轴(4)到输出轴(5)的转矩传递,在输入轴与输出轴之间设置一个另外的耦合装置(9),所述另外的耦合装置能与输出轴(5)直接耦合,通过所述另外的耦合装置(9)能有选择地将转矩从输入轴(4)传递到输出轴(5),并且参考转矩传递,所述另外的耦合装置(9)设置成与第一耦合装置(6)并联;
第一耦合装置(6)构成为片式离合器,该片式离合器能通过操纵臂(8)操纵并且构成为“常开”离合器,设有第一离合器操纵器(7),通过该第一离合器操纵器能施加用于将片式离合器转换到闭合位置的片式离合器作用力;
所述另外的耦合装置(9)构成为牙嵌式离合器,该牙嵌式离合器通过牙嵌式离合器弹簧(11)朝打开位置预紧,设有另外的离合器操纵器(10),通过所述另外的离合器操纵器能施加克服牙嵌式离合器弹簧(11)的牙嵌式离合器作用力以用于将牙嵌式离合器转换到闭合位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第一耦合装置(6)构成为摩擦锁合的能有选择地切换的片式离合器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述另外的耦合装置(9)构成为形锁合的能有选择地切换的耦合装置,使得通过所述另外的耦合装置能有选择地借助于形锁合连接将转矩从输入轴(4)传递到输出轴(5)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,输出轴(5)能与一个另外的驱动机械耦合,所述另外的驱动机械构成为具有转子(13)和定子(12)的驱动电机。
5.根据权利要求4所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,在从所述另外的驱动机械到输出轴(5)的转矩传递方向上设置行星齿轮传动装置(14),所述行星齿轮传动装置(14)具有能与从动轴耦合的行星架(17),在该行星架(17)上可旋转地支承至少一个行星轮(16),所述行星轮能被行星齿轮传动装置(14)的齿圈(15)接触或者能被行星齿轮传动装置的太阳轮(18)接触或者能被这两者接触,以便传递功率,并且所述齿圈(15)能与所述转子(13)连接,以便传递功率。
6.根据权利要求5所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述齿圈(15)沿径向设置在转子(13)内部,并且至少齿圈(15)的用于传递功率的齿部至少局部地或完全地沿轴向方向设置在该转子(13)的内部。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述另外的耦合装置(9)构成为“常开”离合器。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述牙嵌式离合器作用力和片式离合器作用力彼此相反地定向。
9.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的驱动机械耦合装置,其特征在于,所述输入轴(4)和输出轴(5)彼此同心地定位,并且因此能围绕一条共同的旋转轴线(1)旋转,所述第一耦合装置(6)和所述另外的耦合装置(9)在旋转轴线(1)的轴向方向上彼此隔开轴向距离地设置。
10.用于机动车的混合驱动传动系,其包括根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的驱动耦合装置(20)、作为第一驱动机械的内燃机(21)以及扭振减振系统(3),所述扭振减振系统参考转矩传递设置在内燃机(21)与输入轴(4)之间。
11.根据权利要求10所述的混合驱动传动系,其特征在于,所述扭振减振系统(3)具有从以下装置集合中选出的至少一个或多个装置:离心力摆、单质量飞轮、双质量或多质量飞轮、电的减振器、液压的减振器。
12.机动车,其包括根据权利要求10或11所述的混合驱动传动系。
