Description

Key for a cylinder of a key lock system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a key for a lock cylinder of a key lock system, comprising a key head and a key bit, wherein the key bit comprises a plurality of control recesses for receiving sections of an associated locking pin of the lock cylinder.
Background
A key for a rotary cylinder lock is known from DE1093253B, wherein such a key has a longitudinal channel into which three longitudinally movable tooth-level plates are arranged transversely via a tongue-shaped channel. When the key is pushed in, the tooth stages engage locking pins arranged opposite the tooth stage plate into a starting position, in particular a so-called zero position.
In the closing system according to US2013/0091910a1, a key is used, wherein a core pin can be attached to the key, which core pin enables additional encryption (kodierun, encryption).
US2013/0298621a1 shows a key for a closing system, wherein the key has a movable element which cooperates with a profiled pin of a lock cylinder. In the key for a rotary cylinder lock according to WO2015/004192a1, the key has at least one movably arranged control element having a control surface cooperating with a locking portion of the rotary cylinder lock.
US 7,958,760B2, in contrast, shows a key lock system with protrusions and groove portions in the key constructed by milling, which have the purpose of increasing the possibility of encryption. The milling technique for obtaining a multi-dimensional structure in the key contour is very costly on the one hand and not copy-proof on the other hand.
Disclosure of Invention
Starting from the above, the object of the invention is therefore to specify a further improved key for a lock cylinder of a key lock system, which key has a key head and key bits, which key allows the encryption possibilities to be expanded, and in which the possibility of predetermining or setting the service life of the key is specified. The key to be realized should be inexpensive and simple to produce, wherein the key can be extended by simple measures to the encryption possibilities mentioned on the basis of the basic system.
To this end, the invention proposes a key for a lock cylinder of a key lock system, having a key head and a key bit, wherein the key bit has a plurality of control recesses for receiving sections of an associated locking pin of the lock cylinder, characterized in that an additional recess is formed in the interior of at least one of the control recesses for receiving a concealed and reduced profiled pin inserted therein in a secure and immovable manner, wherein the profiled pin has a profiled pin tip of a predetermined contour and furthermore at least the profiled pin tip has a different hardness and/or wear behavior with respect to the material of the key bit, wherein furthermore the respective profiled pin tip comes into contact with a side of the respective associated locking pin when the key has been inserted into the lock cylinder, wherein the profiled pin tip is formed as a cone, A truncated cone, a pyramid, a truncated pyramid or configured in the form of a wedge-shaped edge, and the profiled pin comprises a profiled pin foot which is inserted completely in a recess in the key bit.
According to the invention, additional recesses, in particular bores, are formed in at least one of the conventional control recesses in the key bit for receiving a forming pin to be inserted therein. The forming pin has a forming pin tip with a predetermined profile. Different shaping pins with different shaping pin tips can now be completely inserted into the corresponding cutouts, so that various other encryption possibilities are created in a simple manner on the basis of the circular contour.
By the way in which the forming pin, however at least the tip of the forming pin, can be made of a material which is completely different from the actual key material, there is the possibility according to the invention of selecting, for example, a material for the forming pin which has a lower hardness and therefore greater wear. This makes it possible to automatically render the key useless to some extent after a certain period of use.
The machining of the holes for receiving the forming pins can be carried out in a simple technical manner. Costly milling, in particular for the construction of two-dimensional or three-dimensional structures, is avoided. Finally, the forming pin is hidden to some extent and can be constructed to be small, so that the user cannot unquestionably ascertain the importance of the forming pin, which in turn serves to increase the security against illegal copying. The shaped pin can be securely fixed in the recess in a form-fitting, force-fitting and/or material-fitting manner.
In a preferred embodiment, the respective shaped pin tip comes into contact with a side face of the respective associated locking pin when the key has been inserted into the lock cylinder. In particular, the tip of the respective profiled pin rests on the side of the respective associated locking pin. The release position with the possibility of rotating the lock cylinder is not reached until then.
The profiled pin tip can be configured, for example, as a cone, a truncated cone, a pyramid, a truncated pyramid or as a wedge-shaped edge in the form of a chisel-like edge structure.
The profiled pin comprises a profiled pin foot which is partially or completely inserted in a recess in the key bit.
In one embodiment of the invention, the profiled shank part can have a structure, in particular a profiled contour, an embossing or a circumferential thread edge, at least in some regions on the outer circumferential side.
The structure or the profile may preferably extend on the outer circumferential side in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the forming pin, but may also be configured as a helical edge in order to reliably hold the forming pin in the recess.
In a preferred embodiment, the profiled pin foot has a cylindrical design. However, it is also possible for the profiled pin foot to be of convex, barrel-shaped or spherical design in order to fix the profiled pin foot in the key in a force-fitting manner by pressing in.
As already explained, the service life and the service life of the respective key can be predetermined by selecting the wear properties of the material of the forming pin, in particular of the tip of the forming pin.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1a to 1c, the invention is based on a conventional key 1 which interacts with a lock cylinder 2 of a key lock system. A plurality of, in particular milled, control recesses for receiving sections of the associated locking pin 4 of the lock cylinder 2 are machined into the key bit 3 of the key 1.
In the interior of at least one of the control recesses (see fig. 1b in particular), a recess is formed for receiving a forming pin 5 inserted therein, wherein the forming pin has a forming pin tip 6 with a predetermined contour.
At least the profiled pin tip 6 is provided with different hardness and/or wear properties with respect to the material of the key bit 3 and/or the locking pin 4.
The respective profiled pin tip 6 comes into contact with the side of the respective locking pin when the correct key has been inserted into the lock cylinder, as can be seen in particular from fig. 1b and 1 c.
Fig. 2a and 2b show exemplary forming pins.
The forming pin has the structure of a truncated cone in fig. 2a and 2 b. The forming pin foot 7 has a cylindrical shape in the basic structure, wherein the embossings, which are directed in the longitudinal direction of the forming pin and are in the form of teeth 8, which are intended to be reliably and firmly seated as a result of the positive fit produced when the forming pin 5 is pressed into the associated recess in the key bit, are located on a section of the circumferential side of the forming pin foot 7.
The embodiment according to fig. 3a to 3c shows a forming pin 5 having a cylindrical forming pin foot 7 and a forming pin tip 6 as a truncated cone.
The illustrations according to fig. 5a to 5c and 6a to 6c show a design of a forming pin with a forming pin tip which acts as a blunt wedge on the one hand (fig. 5a to 5c) and as a pointed wedge on the other hand (fig. 6a to 6 c). The truncated-pyramid-like shape of the forming pin tip can be seen in fig. 7a to 7c, wherein the sharp pyramids of the forming pins with the corresponding forming pin tips are shown in fig. 8a to 8 c.
In a further development of the invention, the profiled dowel foot 7 may have a convex shape or a barrel-shaped structure 71, as shown in fig. 9.
The convex structure 71 may additionally be provided with a circumferential cutting edge 72 according to fig. 10a and 10 b.
The cutting edge 72 can be realized substantially perpendicular to the drawn longitudinal axis according to fig. 10a, but can also run obliquely on the circumferential side, as is shown in fig. 11.
