Abstract
本发明公开了一种稳定辊表面纳米涂层,将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层;进一步改进在于:采用等离子喷涂工艺将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层。本发明能显著提高稳定辊工作表面的硬度、耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属表面层,具体涉及一种稳定辊表面层。
背景技术
稳定辊浸没在装有锌铝合金熔液的热镀锌铝锅中,并在450-550℃温度范围内工作,需要其工作表面具有较高的较高的硬度、耐磨性能,现有稳定辊工作表面的硬度、耐磨性能较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著提高稳定辊工作表面的硬度、耐磨性能的稳定辊表面纳米涂层。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
稳定辊表面纳米涂层,其改进之处在于:将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层。
进一步改进在于:采用等离子喷涂工艺将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层,能显著提高稳定辊工作表面的硬度、耐磨性能。
2、采用等离子喷涂工艺将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,可以形成较为均匀的纳米涂层。

2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定辊表面纳米涂层,其特征在于:采用等离子喷涂工艺将纳米材料喷涂到稳定辊辊筒外壁上,形成纳米涂层。
