Abstract
一种医用胶片切割工具,包括原材料,原材料固定在固定架上,固定架连接在控制箱上,控制箱连接操作台,操作台内部设有压缩机,压缩机连接气动伸缩电机,变速器通过皮带连接旋转轮,操作台内设有主动电机,主动电机连接传动轮,传动轮连接主动轮,从动轮上方设有压紧轮,压紧轮固定在稳固板上,操作台一侧设有收集箱,通过机器代替人工,节省了人力物力,并节省了大量时间,上下对应的旋转轮够使得上切刀对待切割胶片施加的外应力与下切刀对待切割胶片施加的外应力相互抵消,从而消除了外应力压迫导致待切割胶片在切割时变形的可能性,通过压紧轮以往技术中刀片切割的方向控制问题,这就是使得切割所得医用胶片边缘整齐且整个胶片形状规则。

本发明专利涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种医用胶片切割工具。
背景技术:
现有技术中手动切割医用胶片一般都通过刀片切割或者剪刀裁剪的方式,不仅费时费力,而且切割所得的胶片形状不规则、边缘不平整。这是因为刀片切割时刀片的走向完全靠人工感知,而人工操作的精确度是有限的,所以导致切割所得胶片形状不规则。而利用剪刀裁剪时,刀刃在胶片上下两侧挤压,使得胶片裁剪边缘受力变形,因此造成边缘不平整的现象。医用胶片的切割效果不好不仅影响产品品质,而且不便于使用和存放。
发明专利内容:
本发明专利的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种医用胶片切割工具,能够解决传统产品的缺陷,它使用方便、操作简单、安全性高、易于大规模推广应用。
本发明专利采用的技术方案为:一种医用胶片切割工具,包括原材料,所述的原材料固定在固定架上,所述的固定架连接在控制箱上,所述的控制箱上设有支架,所述的控制箱连接操作台,所述的操作台内部设有压缩机,所述的压缩机连接气动伸缩电机,所述的气动伸缩电机连接变速器,所述的变速器通过皮带连接旋转轮,所述的旋转轮上设有切刀,所述的操作台内设有主动电机,所述的主动电机连接传动轮,所述的传动轮连接主动轮,所述的主动轮通过传送带连接到从动轮,所述的从动轮上方设有压紧轮,所述的压紧轮固定在稳固板上,所述的操作台一侧设有收集箱。
所述的主动电机设置为两个,且安装在操作台内部两侧。
所述的气动伸缩电机设置为两个,一个安装在操作台内部,一个安装在支架上,且相对应安装。
所述的从动轮设置为多个。
所述的压紧轮设置为多个。
本发明专利的有益效果是:通过机器代替人工,节省了人力物力,并节省了大量时间,上下对应的旋转轮够使得上切刀对待切割胶片施加的外应力与下切刀对待切割胶片施加的外应力相互抵消,从而消除了外应力压迫导致待切割胶片在切割时变形的可能性,通过压紧轮以往技术中刀片切割的方向控制问题,这就是使得切割所得医用胶片边缘整齐且整个胶片形状规则。

参照附图,一种医用胶片切割工具,包括原材料16,所述的原材料16固定在固定架15上,所述的固定架15连接在控制箱14上,所述的控制箱14上设有支架1,所述的控制箱14连接操作台7,所述的操作台7内部设有压缩机13,所述的压缩机13连接气动伸缩电机5,所述的气动伸缩电机5连接变速器4,所述的变速器4通过皮带连接旋转轮6,所述的旋转轮6上设有切刀3,所述的操作台7内设有主动电机12,所述的主动电机12连接传动轮10,所述的传动轮10连接主动轮9,所述的主动轮9通过传送带连接到从动轮8,所述的从动轮8上方设有压紧轮2,所述的压紧轮2固定在稳固板17上,所述的操作台7一侧设有收集箱11。
所述的主动电机12设置为两个,且安装在操作台7内部两侧。
所述的气动伸缩电机5设置为两个,一个安装在操作台7内部,一个安装在支架1上,且相对应安装。
所述的从动轮8设置为多个。
所述的压紧轮2设置为多个。
具体实施过程如下:安装调试完成后,将原材料16安装在固定架15上,将原材料16与操作台7上的传送带相连,打开控制箱14上的电源开关,主动电机12会带动传动轮10工作,传动轮10带动主动轮9工作,主动轮9带动传送带旋转,从而带动原材料16在传送带上移动,当移动到上下切刀3的位置时,通过气动伸缩电机5给变速器4的转数旋转,两切刀3互相作用将原材料16切开,成品胶片会通过传送带送到收集箱11中,成品胶片的大小可通过调节气动伸缩电机5和变速器4旋转的旋转快慢来调节。

1.一种医用胶片切割工具,包括原材料,其特征在于:所述的原材料固定在固定架上,所述的固定架连接在控制箱上,所述的控制箱上设有支架,所述的控制箱连接操作台,所述的操作台内部设有压缩机,所述的压缩机连接气动伸缩电机,所述的气动伸缩电机连接变速器,所述的变速器通过皮带连接旋转轮,所述的旋转轮上设有切刀,所述的操作台内设有主动电机,所述的主动电机连接传动轮,所述的传动轮连接主动轮,所述的主动轮通过传送带连接到从动轮,所述的从动轮上方设有压紧轮,所述的压紧轮固定在稳固板上,所述的操作台一侧设有收集箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶片切割工具,其特征在于:所述的主动电机设置为两个,且安装在操作台内部两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用胶片切割工具,其特征在于:所述的气动伸缩电机设置为两个,一个安装在操作台内部,一个安装在支架上,且相对应安装。
