Abstract
本发明公开了一种内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,包括选煤机壳体,所述选煤机壳体设有振动筛面,所述振动筛面一侧设有振动电机,所述振动电机与所述振动筛面连接,所述选煤机壳体一侧上方设有入料口,所述选煤机壳体前端和所述底板下端设有出料口,所述顶板的下端面连接有热风管道,所述热风管道前端设有热风出口,所述热风管道尾端设有废气回收口,所述热风管道内设有风机和空气换热器,所述空气换热器内部设有多层换热夹板,所述换热夹板中间设有蒸汽管道,所述蒸汽管道连接到工厂锅炉,所述热风管道上端连接进风口,所述进风口从所述选煤机壳体上端导出。通过上述方式,本发明能够在选煤过程中将潮湿的煤炭物料干燥除湿。

[0002] 本发明涉及选煤机领域,特别是涉及一种内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机。
背景技术
[0003] 我国煤炭资源丰富,随着现代经济的飞速发展,为了更科学合理地使用为数不多 的煤炭资源,大量原煤洗选加工己经是不可或缺的选择,以煤矿石、煤泥为主的燃料通常存 在粘、湿、脏、杂等特点,尤其是随着采煤机械化程度的不断提高,井下喷水降尘,导致了原 煤中水分含量增加,粘结和泥化现象严重,煤炭在选煤机内部筛选受潮汐影响导致筛选后 的煤炭质量低下,所以对煤炭的洗选过程中有必要加入干燥工序,大量减少煤炭中的水分, 以此提高选煤的质量。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,能够 在选煤过程中将潮湿的煤炭物料干燥除湿,提高煤炭的燃烧效率。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种内置物料干燥设 备的振动筛选煤机,包括选煤机壳体,所述选煤机壳体包括底板、侧板和顶板,所述底板上 端设有机架,所述机架上架设有振动筛面,所述机架一侧设有振动电机,所述振动电机与所 述振动筛面连接,所述选煤机壳体一侧上方设有入料口,所述选煤机壳体前端和所述底板 下端设有出料口,所述顶板的下端面连接有热风管道,所述热风管道前端设有热风出口,所 述热风管道尾端设有废气回收口,所述废气回收口内设有空气过滤器,所述废气回收口与 所述热风管道连接,所述热风管道内设有风机和空气换热器,所述空气换热器内部设有多 层换热夹板,所述换热夹板中间设有蒸汽管道,所述蒸汽管道连接到工厂锅炉,所述热风管 道上端连接进风口,所述进风口从所述选煤机壳体上端导出。
[0006] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述侧板上设有排风口,所述排风口处设有抽湿器。
[0007] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述空气换热器为翅片式换热器。
[0008] 在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述风机紧贴在所述空气换热器的后端,所述风机 和所述空气换热器设有不止一个。
[0009] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明在选煤机内部增设了热风干燥设备,在选煤机内一 边选煤的同时一边对煤炭进行干燥处理,减少煤炭的水分,降低煤炭之间的粘黏和泥化现 象,热风的来源采用风机和换热器,换热器连接锅炉的蒸汽管道,利用了工厂锅炉的余温, 大幅度减少了电能消耗。

[0016] 本发明的工作原理为选煤机壳体1包括底板2、侧板3和顶板4,底板2上端设有机架 5,机架5上架设有振动筛面6,机架5—侧设有振动电机7,振动电机7与振动筛面6连接,选煤 机壳体1 一侧上方设有入料口 8,选煤机壳体1前端和底板2下端设有出料口,煤炭物料被筛 分成两类,颗粒较大的从前端排料口导出,较小的从下方排料口导出。
[0017] 顶板的下端面连接有热风管道9,热风管道9前端设有热风出口 10,热风管道9尾端 设有废气回收口 11,废气回收口 11内设有空气过滤器12,废气回收口 11与热风管道9连接, 经过一次干燥的热风被二次回收。
[0018] 热风管道9内设有风机13和空气换热器14,风机13紧贴在空气换热器14的后端,空 气换热器14内部设有多层换热夹板15,换热夹板15中间设有蒸汽管道16,蒸汽管道I6连接 到工厂锅炉,从而可以利用工厂锅炉的蒸汽余热来加热空气达到干燥物料的目的,很大程 度上节省了能源。
[0019] 热风管道9上端连接进风口 17,进风口 17从选煤机壳体上端导出,侧板上设有排风 口 18,排风口 18处设有抽湿器,用来排除机器内部的潮湿气体,有利于内部物料的加速干 燥。

1. 一种内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,包括选煤机壳体,其特征在于,所述选煤机 壳体包括底板、侧板和顶板,所述底板上端设有机架,所述机架上架设有振动筛面,所述机 架一侧设有振动电机,所述振动电机与所述振动筛面连接,所述选煤机壳体一侧上方设有 入料口,所述选煤机壳体前端和所述底板下端设有出料口,所述顶板的下端面连接有热风 管道,所述热风管道前端设有热风出口,所述热风管道尾端设有废气回收口,所述废气回收 口内设有空气过滤器,所述废气回收口与所述热风管道连接,所述热风管道内设有风机和 空气换热器,所述空气换热器内部设有多层换热夹板,所述换热夹板中间设有蒸汽管道,所 述蒸汽管道连接到工厂锅炉,所述热风管道上端连接进风口,所述进风口从所述选煤机壳 体上端导出。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,其特征在于,所述侧板上 设有排风口,所述排风口处设有抽湿器。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,其特征在于,所述空气换 热器为翅片式换热器。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的内置物料干燥设备的振动筛选煤机,其特征在于,所述风机紧 贴在所述空气换热器的后端,所述风机和所述空气换热器设有不止一个。
