In another embodiment, the upper surface of the first contact piece 22 is coated with silicon rubber to prevent the leakage of electricity from the upper surface, and the insulating column 23 is made of polyvinyl chloride to support the terminal 21 and has high safety.
In another technical scheme, the width of the arc-shaped sheet is 2-3cm, the resistance is small, the arc-shaped sheet is light and convenient, and the propping and rotating of the bulge 42 and the bearing capacity of the spring 32 are met.

the first vehicle identification mechanism comprises a first radar detector, a camera, first sending equipment and a first controller, wherein the first radar detector is arranged in a detection area and used for detecting a bus approaching a traffic signal lamp to enter the detection area, the camera is used for photographing the bus approaching the traffic signal lamp to enter the detection area, the first controller controls the first sending equipment to bind bus information and information of a photo of the bus and then send the information to a central processing unit, and meanwhile, the first controller controls the first sending equipment to send a prompt signal to the bus approaching the detection area, wherein the detection area is the range of a lane where the bus is located and 200m away from the traffic signal lamp on an urban road;
the second vehicle identification mechanism comprises a second radar detector, second sending equipment and a second controller, wherein the second radar detector is arranged above the traffic signal lamp and used for detecting a bus running out of the detection area, and the second controller controls the second sending equipment to send a cancellation signal to the central processing unit;
the vehicle-mounted terminal is arranged in a bus and comprises a radar transmitter, a signal receiver, a third controller and a third sending device, wherein the radar transmitter transmits two radar signals for the first radar detector or the second radar detector to detect, the signal receiver is used for receiving the prompt signal, and after the signal receiver receives the prompt signal, the third controller controls the third sending device to send an identification signal to a central processing unit;
traffic signal lamp manager, it is close to the traffic signal lamp setting, the traffic signal lamp manager includes automatic control mechanism and emergency mechanism, automatic control mechanism only is used for switching into the green in order to ensure the lane noncongestion that the bus belongs to with the color of the traffic signal lamp in the lane that the bus belongs to, be equipped with in the automatic control mechanism and report the module of repairment, emergency mechanism only is used for manual control will the traffic signal lamp switches into the green in order to ensure that the lane noncongestion that the bus belongs to, emergency mechanism includes:
the shell is of a cubic structure;
the display screen is arranged on one side surface of the shell, is in communication connection with the central processing unit, and calculates the times of the identification signals in the detection area through a digital display signal counting mechanism;
the pair of wiring assemblies are arranged inside the shell, each wiring assembly comprises a vertically arranged wiring terminal, a first contact piece electrically connected with the wiring terminal and a vertically arranged insulating column, the upper end of the wiring terminal is respectively connected into a circuit where a traffic signal lamp is located, the first contact piece is obliquely arranged at the lower end of the wiring terminal, and the upper end and the lower end of the insulating column are fixedly connected to the top surface inside the shell and fixedly connected to the first contact piece;
the elastic piece comprises an elastic piece and a spring, the elastic piece is horizontally arranged, the spring is vertically arranged, the elastic piece is arranged inside the shell and is positioned under the pair of wiring assemblies, a pair of second contact pieces are arranged at two ends of the elastic piece, and the upper end and the lower end of the spring are fixedly connected to the elastic piece and are fixedly arranged on the top surface inside the shell;
the opening assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a fixing sleeve and a support piece, wherein the rotating shaft is horizontally arranged, the fixing sleeve is arranged on the oval protrusion on the rotating shaft, the support piece is connected with the rotating shaft in a rotating mode, the handle is arranged at one end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft penetrates through the side face of a shell where the display screen is located and the handle is fixedly connected, the protrusion is symmetrical about the center of the rotating shaft, the support piece comprises a bearing sleeve arranged on the rotating shaft and a support column vertically arranged between the bearing sleeve and the bottom face of the shell, the upper end of the support column is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the bearing sleeve, the lower end of the support column is fixedly connected with the bottom face of the shell, an indicating rod parallel to the long axis direction of the protrusion is arranged on the surface of the handle, a vertical stop block and a horizontal stop block are arranged on the side face of the shell where the handle is arranged, the handle, the indicating rod is contacted with the horizontal stop block;

2. A traffic signal control method facilitating priority passage of buses as recited in claim 1 in which said emergency agency further comprises:
the rotating shaft positioning piece comprises a positioning piece fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft and a propping column horizontally and fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the shell, the positioning piece is positioned between the protrusion and the handle, the positioning piece is of a strip-shaped structure, the length direction of the positioning piece is parallel to the long axis of the protrusion, the positioning piece is axially symmetrical relative to the rotating shaft, the propping column is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, one end of the propping column is provided with a pressure sensor, and the pressure sensor is extruded by the positioning piece when the positioning piece is vertical along the length direction;
the time-limited fixing component comprises a first magnet, a second magnet and fixing columns, the first magnet and the second magnet are rectangular opposite magnets, one end of the first magnet is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, the length direction of the first magnet is vertical to the long axis of the bulge, and the second magnet is horizontally and fixedly arranged below the first magnet through the vertically arranged fixing columns;

when the handle is manually rotated to enable the indicating rod to be vertically rotated from the horizontal direction, the locating plate is vertical, the upper end of the locating plate abuts against the abutting column, the protrusion is vertical along the length direction and abuts against the elastic piece to enable the pair of second contact pieces to be respectively contacted with the pair of first contact pieces, the color of the traffic signal lamp is switched to be green, when the green duration time reaches the time set by the timer, the timer feeds back to the emergency controller, the emergency controller controls the electric telescopic rod to extend to abut against the lower end of the locating plate, the rotating shaft is rotated to drive the protrusion to rotate to the position where the long shaft is horizontal, the second contact pieces are separated from the first contact pieces, the indicating rod of the handle is vertically rotated to the horizontal direction, and a circuit where the traffic signal lamp controlled by the emergency mechanism is located is disconnected.

The traffic signal control method facilitating the preferential passage of buses as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resilient plate further comprises an arc-shaped piece located in the middle and a pair of connecting pieces connecting the second contact piece and the arc-shaped piece respectively, the inner arc surface of the arc-shaped piece faces the bottom surface of the housing, and the lower end of the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected to the arc-shaped piece.
4. The traffic-signal control method facilitating priority passage of buses as claimed in claim 1, wherein the duration after the color of the traffic-signal lamp is switched to green is 150 s.
5. A traffic signal controlling method for facilitating the preferential passage of a bus as set forth in claim 2, wherein the upper surface of said first contact piece is coated with silicon rubber, and said insulating cylinder is made of polyvinyl chloride.
6. A traffic signal control method facilitating priority traffic passage by buses as claimed in claim 3 wherein the width of said arcuate panel is 2-3 cm.
7. The traffic signal control method facilitating priority passage of buses according to claim 2, characterized in that the timer is set to 150 s.
