Abstract

本发明涉及环卫车领域,特指纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统,所述动力驱动系统主要是指行驶动力系统,包括:动力电池、驱动电机、中央电机驱动桥,其中动力电池包布置在纵梁中间,驱动电机安装在中央电机驱动桥上,布置在车架后端,所述中央电机驱动桥是行驶动力系统的关键部件,也是区别于传统变速驱动系统的关键部件。纯电动压缩式垃圾车在作业和转场时,均由驱动电机来驱动。这种平行轴式直接驱动方案使得底盘布置更加简单整洁,传动效率高,且重量均有减轻,能实现良好的动力性和经济性。垃圾车车多在凌晨工作夜间充电,可对电网系统起到很好的“削峰填谷”作用,有利于维持电网系统的稳定,降低使用成本。

纯电动压缩式垃圾车动力驱动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及环卫车领域,特指一种纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始关注生活垃圾的运输、处理等问题。压缩式垃圾车是一种高效收集、转运垃圾的城市环卫专用车辆,在垃圾收集、转运过程中可避免沿途撒漏而造成的二次污染,是城市环卫工作的理想设备。而目前我国使用的压缩式垃圾车主要是传统的燃油车,工作噪声大,发动机工作效率低,且易产生尾气污染。环卫系统对压缩式垃圾车的期望也越来越大,对压缩式垃圾车的环保、美观、无泄漏、使用寿命等性能特点都有更高的期望。因此,研发工作噪声小且环保的纯电动压缩式垃圾车显得尤为重要。
传统燃油式压缩式垃圾车通常是在二类汽车底盘上加装压缩组件以满足作业要求,由发动机驱动垃圾车行驶和进行垃圾压缩工作,但是发动机工作效率低,经济性差。随着环卫污染和能源危机的影响,纯电动压缩式垃圾车也应运而生。但是现有的纯电动压缩式垃圾车动力驱动系统基本上沿用传统燃油车的动力传动系统形式,即动力电池布置在车架两侧,驱动电机后面接变速箱,再由传动轴将动力传递给主减速器,经过差速器传递给两侧车轮,从而驱动垃圾车行驶,其布置形式如图1所示。但在垃圾车转场过程中,车辆的行驶速度多在40km/h左右,行驶速度较低,且速度变化范围小,驱动电机负荷小,效率低,且变速箱的利用率不高,导致经济性较差,且故障率高。因此,为纯电动压缩式垃圾车专门设置一种动力驱动系统,显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于:为避免现有的纯电动压缩式垃圾车底盘设计的不足,设计了一种动力驱动系统方案,电池布置在纵梁中间,整车底盘整体性提高,底盘线束简单整洁;与底盘共用横梁,单包设计减轻电池系统重量;采用中央电机驱动桥,省去了变速箱和传动轴,提高了传动效率;体积小,整车布置空间增大。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种平行轴式直接驱动系统,只考虑底盘的行驶系统,不考虑上装的压缩系统,行驶系统主要包括:动力电池、驱动电机、中央电机驱动桥,布置方案如附图2所示。在上述行驶动力驱动系统中,由附图2可知,动力电池采用单包设计,布置在纵梁中间;驱动电机安装在中央电机驱动桥上,二者的轴呈平行关系,布置在车架后端,驱动电机输出的动力直接传递给中央电机驱动桥,再由中央电机驱动桥经过三级减速传递给驱动轮。
与现有的技术方案相比,本发明所具有的有益效果为:
1)动力电池采用单包设计,布置在纵梁中间,整车底盘整体性提高,底盘线束简单整洁。2)电池包与底盘共用横梁,单包设计较双包设计来说可以减轻电池系统重量;
3)采用中央电机驱动桥,省去了传统的变速箱和传动轴,提高了传动效率,且减轻了传动系统的重量;
4)驱动电机安装在中央电机驱动桥上,体积小,整车布置空间增大;
5)垃圾车的工作时段多为凌晨,其充电时间一般在夜间,对电网系统而言,可以起到非常好的“ 削峰填谷” 作用,有利于维持电网系统的稳定,避免电力浪费,同时降低使用成本;

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图3为本发明公开的纯电动压缩式垃圾车的底盘结构示意图,包括有:动力电池包、驱动电机、中央电机驱动桥、转向泵、空调压缩机、风扇及水箱、蓄电池、PCU、打气泵、储气罐,其特征在于:动力电池包布置在纵梁中间,驱动电机安装在中烟电机驱动桥上,布置在纵梁后侧。
相较于传统的动力电池双包设计方案,一方面,本发明动力电池采用的是单包设计,这样不仅可以提高整车底盘的整体性,使得底盘线束简单整洁,还可以减轻电池系统重量;另一方面,采用中央电机驱动桥,省去了传统的变速箱和传动轴,直接将驱动电机安装在驱动桥上,不仅提高了传动效率,还减轻了重量,由于体积小,还使得整车布置空间增大。

1.纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统,主要是指行驶动力驱动系统,不包括上装压缩垃圾动力驱动系统,其特征在于:所述行驶动力驱动系统用以驱动车辆行驶,其包括有:动力电池、驱动电机、中央电机驱动桥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统,其特征在于:动力电池包采用单包设计,布置在纵梁中间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统,其特征在于:省去了传统的变速箱和传动轴,提高了传动效率。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纯电动压缩式垃圾车的动力驱动系统,其特征在于:驱动电机直接安装在中央电机驱动桥上,二者的轴呈平行关系。
