Claims (10)

1. A user power condition query method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a first query instruction sent by a client, wherein the first query instruction carries the current position of the client;
determining the distribution condition of the power condition statistical equipment in a preset range and the service condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range according to the position, and returning the distribution condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range and the service condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range to the client;
receiving a power condition statistics device reservation instruction sent by the client according to the power condition statistics device distribution condition in the preset range and the power condition statistics device use condition in the preset range;
reserving target power condition statistics equipment according to the reservation instruction;
receiving a code scanning request sent by the client, and sending a code scanning prompt to the client according to the code scanning request;
receiving a code scanning result generated after the client scans the two-dimensional code on the target power condition statistical equipment according to the code scanning prompt, and sending an opening instruction to the target power condition statistical equipment according to the code scanning result so as to open the target power condition statistical equipment;
receiving a second query instruction sent by the client, wherein the second query instruction carries a user identifier to be queried;
and sending a third query instruction to the target power condition statistic equipment according to the serial number of the client to be queried, and acquiring the user power condition corresponding to the user identifier to be queried, which is recorded by the target power condition statistic equipment.
2. The method for querying a power condition of a user according to claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an error reporting instruction sent by the target power condition statistical equipment;
and sending a locking instruction to the target power condition statistical equipment according to the error reporting instruction so that the power condition statistical equipment is locked according to the locking instruction and sends a maintenance request to a maintenance worker according to the error reporting instruction.
3. The method for querying a power condition of a user according to claim 1, further comprising:
detecting whether the user power condition comprises a user power consumption condition;
and if the user power consumption condition is detected not to comprise the user power consumption condition, sending a user power consumption query instruction to the target power consumption condition statistical equipment so that the target power consumption condition statistical equipment displays the user power consumption condition according to the user power consumption query instruction.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein after reserving the target power condition statistics device according to the reservation instruction, the method further comprises:
locating a real-time location of the client;
calculating the distance between the real-time position and the target power condition statistical equipment;
and if the calculated distance is smaller than the preset target distance, sending a ringing instruction to the target power condition statistics device so that the target power condition statistics device rings according to the ringing instruction.
5. The method for querying a power condition of a user according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring fault characteristics of the target power condition statistical equipment;
according to the fault characteristics and a prestored fault reason list, determining the matching degree of the fault characteristics and each fault reason in the fault reason list;
and sequencing the fault reason list according to the matching degree, and sending the sequenced fault reason list to the client.
6. A consumer power condition query device, comprising:
a first query instruction receiving module, configured to receive a first query instruction sent by a client, where the first query instruction carries a current location of the client;
the return client module is used for determining the distribution condition of the power condition statistical equipment in a preset range and the service condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range according to the position, and returning the distribution condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range and the service condition of the power condition statistical equipment in the preset range to the client;
the reservation instruction sending module is used for receiving a reservation instruction of the power condition statistical equipment sent by the client according to the power condition statistical equipment distribution condition in the preset range and the power condition statistical equipment use condition in the preset range;
the reservation target power condition statistics equipment module is used for reserving target power condition statistics equipment according to the reservation instruction;
the code scanning prompting sending module is used for receiving a code scanning request sent by the client and sending a code scanning prompt to the client according to the code scanning request;
the code scanning module is used for scanning a two-dimensional code on the target power condition statistical equipment according to the code scanning prompt and then generating a code scanning result;
a second query instruction receiving module, configured to receive a second query instruction sent by the client, where the second query instruction carries a user identifier to be queried;
and the user power condition obtaining module is used for sending a third query instruction to the target power condition statistic device according to the serial number of the client to be queried and obtaining the user power condition corresponding to the user identifier to be queried, which is recorded by the target power condition statistic device.

the receiving error reporting instruction module is used for receiving an error reporting instruction sent by the target power condition statistical equipment;
and the locking power condition statistical equipment module is used for sending a locking instruction to the target power condition statistical equipment according to the error reporting instruction so as to lock the power condition statistical equipment according to the locking instruction and send a maintenance request to a maintenance worker according to the error reporting instruction.

A consumer power condition inquiry terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in said memory and executable on said processor, characterized in that said processor implements the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 5 when executing said computer program.
