本发明公开一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,该高弹性高柔软PE膜采用吹膜成形方式来解决制膜時的加工问题,主要原料为热塑性弹性体和聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物,热塑性弹性体通过在吹膜成形装置成形时有着出色的性能,吹膜成形性出色;还具有耐热性、耐气候性、拉伸特性,柔软性及反回弹性等非常出色的性能,且流动性良好,因此具有良好的外观。

一种高弹性高柔软PE膜
技术领域
本发明涉及吹膜成形用熱可塑性弾性体組成物的技术领域,特别涉及一种利用热塑性弹性体和聚烯烃系共聚物树脂吹膜成形得到的高弹性高柔软PE膜。
背景技术
现有技术中,采用热塑性弹性体制成热塑性弹性体薄膜状的成型加工方法之一,就是采用辊压成形法。但是采用这个方法,与其他的成型方法比较,辊压成形中的热塑性弹性体容易缠绕在旋转辊上,或附着在旋转辊上,得到的产品容易造成表面外观不良等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,该高弹性高柔软PE膜采用吹膜成形方式来解决制膜時的加工问题,主要原料为热塑性弹性体和聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物,热塑性弹性体通过在吹膜成形装置成形时有着出色的性能,吹膜成形性出色;还具有耐热性、耐气候性、拉伸特性,柔软性及反回弹性等非常出色的性能,且流动性良好,因此具有良好的外观。
实现本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,按质量百分比包括如下组分:40%-95%的热塑性弹性体、5%-60%的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物;所述的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物包括聚乙烯系树脂及矿物油系软化剂。矿物油系软化剂具有很强柔软功能和确保流动性的提高,以及加工性能的改良和机械特性的改良,同时满足聚烯烃系共聚物树脂和热塑性弹性体的要求。能够得到断裂强度、断裂延伸、压缩永久变形等特性大大提高的物性的高弹性高柔软PE膜。
进一步的,所述的热塑性弹性体的MFR是0.1~100,更好是0.5~50,最好是5~40。MFR太低会造成成形的表面恶化,而MFR过高则会存在相互粘着表面不能加工的情况。
进一步的,所述的矿物油系软化剂为润滑剂,润滑剂的重量为高弹性高柔软PE膜总重量的0.05%~2%,最好是0.05%~1%。润滑剂在本发明的高弹性高柔软PE膜成形时溶解了各组分并使它们具有一定的相容性,使高弹性高柔软PE膜表面的摩擦减少和降低了高弹性高柔软PE膜表面的粘着性,加工容易。润滑剂使用量少时效果难以出现,而润滑剂使用量过多时,会从表面上渗出,令高弹性高柔软PE膜的雾化等物性降低。
进一步的,所述的润滑剂为高级碳氢化合物的石蜡系或高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸金属盐或高级脂肪酸酰胺;石蜡系包括石蜡、褐煤蜡的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸包括硬化蓖麻油、硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸、油酸的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸金属盐包括硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸锌的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸酰胺包括硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、月桂酸酰胺的任一种以上。
进一步的,所述的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物还包括有无机填料,所述的无机填料包括碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、二氧化硅、矽藻土、云母粉的任一种以上。
综上所述,本发明的高弹性高柔软PE膜采用吹膜成形方式来解决制膜時的加工问题,主要原料为热塑性弹性体和聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物,热塑性弹性体通过在吹膜成形装置成形时有着出色的性能,吹膜成形性出色;还具有耐热性、耐气候性、拉伸特性,柔软性及反回弹性等非常出色的性能,且流动性良好,因此具有良好的外观。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例1所描述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,包括如下组分:100克的热塑性弹性体、40克的聚乙烯系树脂和0.8克的矿物油系软化剂;热塑性弹性体的MFR=15克/10分钟。
实施例2
本实施例2所描述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,包括如下组分:90克的热塑性弹性体、40克的聚乙烯系树脂和0.8克的矿物油系软化剂;热塑性弹性体的MFR=5克/10分钟。
对比例1
本对比例1所描述的普通热塑性弹性体薄膜,包括如下组分:30克的热塑性弹性体、40克的聚乙烯系树脂和0.8克的矿物油系软化剂;热塑性弹性体的MFR=1克/10分钟。
对比例2
本对比例2所描述的普通热塑性弹性体薄膜,包括如下组分:10克的热塑性弹性体、40克的聚乙烯系树脂和0.8克的矿物油系软化剂;热塑性弹性体的MFR=1克/10分钟。
实施例1-2与对比例1-2的各项性能对比如以下表1:

从表1可以得出,本实施例1-2的高弹性高柔软PE膜的吹膜成形性出色,提升了良好的品质和产品外观。

Claims (5)

1.一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,其特征在于,按质量百分比包括如下组分:40%-95%的热塑性弹性体、5%-60%的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物;所述的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物包括聚乙烯系树脂及矿物油系软化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,其特征在于,所述的热塑性弹性体的MFR是0.1~100。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,其特征在于,所述的矿物油系软化剂为润滑剂,润滑剂的重量为高弹性高柔软PE膜总重量的0.05%~2%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂为高级碳氢化合物的石蜡系或高级脂肪酸或高级脂肪酸金属盐或高级脂肪酸酰胺;石蜡系包括石蜡、褐煤蜡的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸包括硬化蓖麻油、硬脂酸、棕榈酸、月桂酸、油酸的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸金属盐包括硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸铝、硬脂酸锌的任一种以上;高级脂肪酸酰胺包括硬脂酸酰胺、油酸酰胺、月桂酸酰胺的任一种以上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种高弹性高柔软PE膜,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃系共聚物树脂组合物还包括有无机填料,无机填料包括碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石粉、二氧化硅、矽藻土、云母粉的任一种以上。
