背景技术
饲料，是所有人饲养的动物的食物的总称，比较狭义地一般饲料主要指的是农业或牧业饲养的动物的食物；饲料包括大豆、豆粕、玉米、鱼粉、氨基酸、杂粕、添加剂、乳清粉、油脂、肉骨粉、谷物、甜高梁等十余个品种的饲料原料；随着饲料行业竞争的不断加剧，大型饲料企业间并购整合与资本运作日趋频繁，国内优秀的饲料生产企业愈来愈重视对行业市场的研究，特别是对企业发展环境和客户需求趋势变化的深入研究。
通过检索，中国专利申请号为CN201310444610.6的专利公开了一种公开了一种鸡禽养殖饲料混配机，包括底座、搅拌桶、搅拌电机和旋转轴，其中，底座上设置有所述搅拌桶，底座上部设置有电机台，电机台上固定有搅拌电机，搅拌电机上设置有旋转轴，旋转轴探入到搅拌桶内部，旋转轴上设置有搅拌叶片，搅拌叶片呈V字形，搅拌叶片与旋转轴之间固定连接，底座内设置有液压箱，液压箱上部设置有左液压缸和右液压缸，左液压缸的端部设置有左旋叶，右液压缸上设置有右旋叶，左旋叶与搅拌桶左侧的下部轴连接，右旋叶与搅拌桶右侧的下部轴连接，左液压缸、右液压缸与液压箱之间通过油管连接。底座上设置有滑槽，搅拌桶位于滑槽内，左液压缸、右液压缸拉动搅拌桶左右往复运动，运动幅度为正负15度。
饲料搅拌机已经成为农村饲养户、小型饲养场、中小型配合饲料厂常用的小型饲料加工设备，现有的饲料搅拌机多为开放式皮搅拌机，用户使用时按照饲料配比，将不同的饲料或微量元素一同倾倒在搅拌桶内，然后启动搅拌装置对其进行搅拌，从而使其混合，但在实际操作过程中，因直接将饲料倾倒在搅拌桶中，下落的饲料会产生一定的重力，对搅拌装置有冲击力，长期使用会损坏搅拌装置；一方面，就是有些粗饲料搅拌的不均，在搅拌时候会发生饲料打团现象，导致搅拌不均匀；开放式搅拌机，往往会导致没有安全意识的用户在搅拌机工作时频繁的向搅拌机内添加饲料，容易导致意外的发生。如何使饲料的混合更均匀，效率更高，是当前需要考虑的重要问题；搅拌过程中饲料板结不利于饲料混合均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：为了解决现有饲料混合搅拌装置混合效率低，通过主轴旋转对饲料进行搅拌由于旋转轴上搅拌装备位置固定使搅拌过程中存在搅拌死点并且在搅拌的过程中饲料板结不利于混合均匀的问题，本发明提供一种防止饲料板结的搅拌装置。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案：
一种防止饲料板结的搅拌装置，包括搅拌箱，所述搅拌箱上端设置有进料口，所述搅拌箱下端设置有出料口，其特征在于，所述搅拌箱设置有旋转主轴，所述旋转主轴连接有驱动电机，所述旋转主轴外套设有第一螺旋叶片，所述旋转主轴外还套设有搅拌轴，所述旋转主轴上段还套设有旋转托架，所述旋转托架下端设置固定杆，所述固定杆设置有辊轴，所述辊轴另一端与旋转主轴连接，所述辊轴外套设有第二螺旋叶片；所述搅拌箱外壁设置有加热装置，所述搅拌箱下段设置有震动电机，所述震动电机与搅拌箱之间依次设置有震动缓冲层和振动板。
优选的，所述旋转托架下端设置有多个固定杆，每一个固定杆设置有多个辊轴，每一个辊轴另一端与旋转主轴相连接，通过设置多个辊轴，每一个辊轴上第二螺旋叶片对物料进行搅拌，提高物料的混合效率，同时使物料混合更均匀。
优选的，所述旋转主轴套设有第一斜齿轮，所述辊轴套设有第二斜齿轮，所述第一斜齿轮与第二斜齿轮相互啮合，通过斜齿轮啮合，辊轴在绕旋转主轴转动的同时，辊轴绕自身轴线转动，带动辊轴外套设的第二螺旋叶片转动达到搅拌的效果。
优选的，所述搅拌箱下端设置有减震装置，震动装置对搅拌箱壁进行震动，放置饲料粘在搅拌箱内壁上。

本发明的工作原理及工作过程为：
通过进料口向搅拌装置内添加需要进行混合的物料，驱动电机带动旋转主轴旋转轴，旋转主轴上的第一螺旋叶片对物料进行搅拌，但是螺旋主轴位置固定不动，对物料的搅拌通过套设在螺旋主轴上的第一螺旋叶片进行搅拌，第一螺旋叶片在旋转过程中不能达到搅拌箱内的每一个位置，使搅拌过程中存在搅拌死角；在旋转轴主轴带动第一螺旋叶片旋转的过程中，套设在旋转主轴上段的旋转托架跟随转动，旋转托架下端设置的辊轴跟随旋转托架一起转动，对物料起到搅拌的作用，辊轴与旋转主轴通过第一斜齿轮与第二斜齿轮相互啮合连接，在辊轴绕旋转主轴旋转的过程中，辊轴同时绕辊轴轴心做自转运动，套设在辊轴上的第二螺旋叶片跟随辊轴自转，起到搅拌作用；固定杆上不同高度可以设置多个辊轴，使第一螺旋叶片达不到的搅拌死角，通过辊轴补偿。
第一螺旋叶片与第二螺旋叶片通过一个驱动电机的带动下同时对物料起到搅拌的作用，提高物料的搅拌效率，同时第一螺旋叶片与第二螺旋叶片相互补偿，消除搅拌过程中的搅拌死角。
在搅拌箱下端设置有控制阀，在搅拌完成后，通过控制阀调节出料量的大小，满足不同需求时出料速度。
搅拌箱下端外形呈圆锥形与出料口相连接，使物料出料时出料更方便，物料在重力作用下通过出料口出料，不用单独增加对物料进行推动的装置。
搅拌箱外设置有加热装置，对搅拌箱侧壁进行加热，防止饲料粘在搅拌箱内壁，对饲料进行加热，在搅拌箱内饲料混合过程中防止饲料在搅拌混合过程中饲料板结。
在搅拌箱下段设置有震动装置，震动装置包括震动电机、震动缓冲层和振动板，通过震动装置对搅拌箱下段进行震动，搅拌箱下段饲料堆积，在搅拌过程中靠近搅拌箱壁的物料搅拌力度较小，饲料容易板结在侧壁上，通过震动装置对搅拌箱的震动，使内壁上的饲料不易粘在内壁上，进一步防止饲料板结，使饲料混合均匀。
本发明的有益效果如下：
一个驱动电机同时带动旋转主轴与旋转托架的转动，实现了在旋转主轴转动时，辊轴绕旋转主轴转动，同时辊轴与旋转主轴通过第一斜齿轮与第二斜齿轮相互啮合连接，在辊轴绕旋转主轴转动的同时，辊轴绕自身周旋自转，第一螺旋叶片与第二螺旋叶片同时对物料进行搅拌，提高工作效率。
旋转主轴位置固定不变，第一螺旋叶片能达到的搅拌范围有限，通过辊轴的搅拌作用，使第一螺旋叶片不能达到的搅拌位置通过第二螺旋叶片进行搅拌，使搅拌过程中不存在搅拌死角，使物料的搅拌更均匀。
在搅拌箱下端设置有控制阀，在搅拌完成后，通过控制阀调节出料量的大小，满足不同需求时出料速度。
