The display device 103 is used for presenting a display interface of the application run by the set-top box 102 and an audio effect, and can be freely deployed and adjusted in position, such as indoors or outdoors, according to the needs of a merchant or the needs of an application provider, and the display device 103 may be a television, a large-screen display, or the like.
The user terminal 104 is used for accessing the set top box 102 to present an interactive page corresponding to an application running in the set top box 102, so as to realize entertainment interaction between the user terminal 104 accessing the set top box 102 and the set top box 102, the user terminal 104 has a right of autonomous interaction, and the user terminal 104 may be a touch device such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer. Further, the user terminal 104 may obtain the right to switch the applications of the accessed set-top box 102 from the merchant, so that the applications of the set-top box 102 can be switched autonomously, and variable entertainment interaction is realized.
The control terminal 105 is used for presenting a management interface for managing the set top box 102 and a control interface for switching applications, the control terminal 105 may also be a touch device such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, and is a representation of a management platform of an offline service business, and the offline service business can realize unified management on all set top boxes 102 in the business through the control terminal 105.
Offline service business merchants have both private areas (e.g., rooms) and public open areas in the business. Different users combine naturally, and in most cases, the users choose to interact with people familiar with the users to form natural groups and choose specific areas for consumption or entertainment. The business often makes different adjustments to the regional arrangement due to the operation requirement, so the interactive platform needs to meet the current situation of a multi-regional module of the business of the offline service industry, and determines a multi-person interactive entertainment mode taking the region as the minimum unit. In the embodiment of the invention, the set-top box 102 (such as a game terminal) and the display device 103 (such as a television) can be simultaneously grounded to various areas of offline service business merchants, such as: the bungalow and the like provide the naturally gathered consumers with the demand of short-time interactive entertainment, all game players are sourced from the consumers (players or users) at the party site, all the players at the site are presented to the same game (such as a television) together by a minimum unit (such as the bungalow), the effect of the user gathering entertainment is achieved, but each player has complete consumption selection and privacy control right of the game, and therefore the individual motility and creativity of the users in the game are exerted.
In the network environment commonly used by service business merchants on line, the internet based on connection outside exists, meanwhile, the internal subnet of the merchants also exists, in order to give consideration to the effect and experience of user interactive entertainment and the operation needs of the merchants, the respective advantages of the two network architectures need to be combined, and the requirements of real-time, safety, quick response, simple operation, rich multimedia performance and the like of interactive entertainment needs are met.
There are many possibilities for users to participate in interactive entertainment: uncertainty of the number of users and mobility generated at any time; a user may wish to simply join an interactive entertainment for a particular group on-site; the user may choose to have interactive entertainment with other groups in a group manner, and the user may choose to participate in entertainment activities of the whole place initiated by the merchant; the user may simply watch (live) the entertainment of a small group of other players, etc. through the display device 103 for curiosity. By combining the behavior characteristics and experience requirements of the users on the spot, various entertainment modes can be realized: the multi-person freely combined interactive entertainment is characterized in that each area of a user freely flows, the entertainment of players in other areas is watched in the own area in an aggregation mode, and the interactive entertainment of groups formed by natural aggregation and other groups in the field is realized.
To enhance the entertainment experience and player participation enthusiasm of a multi-player with an uncertain number of live players, it is desirable to have a common presentation of all participating players' game entertainment (e.g., presented via the same stereo and television set, i.e., display device 103 of set-top box 102); meanwhile, the set-top box 102 also has the functions of presenting and controlling the game (such as displaying, vibrating, controlling and inputting on a personal mobile phone, namely the user terminal 104) of the players in a private and independent manner, and also supports the uncertainty of the number of the players, and is only responsible for processing the overall operation of the game caused by the operation of all the users, so that the set-top box does not become a user.
In order to meet the needs of merchant management and services, the system needs to know the physical position of each player participating in the game, such as timely issuing of game prizes; in addition, the merchants monitor the number of players, game states, communication states, WIFI states, device conditions, game income and the like of each room and each area in a centralized manner through one page, and can also manage the game terminals (namely the set top boxes 102) of each area in a unified manner, automatic switching of the WIFI of the players and the like. To this end, the merchant, through control terminal 105, may manage data updates and status control for each set-top box 102. In the embodiment of the present invention, in helping to implement centralized and unified management of merchants, because of the one-to-one correspondence between the physical locations of the merchants and the game terminals, centralized management can be performed on all game areas at the control terminal 105 through a web mode: through the management interface entered by the merchant, the running state, the WIFI communication state, the consumption condition of the game coins, the prize winning condition of the user and the like of each set top box 102 can be seen in real time, lottery tickets can be issued at any time or according to a plan, a specific set top box 102 can be closed, the application of the specific set top box 102 can be switched, and the like, and when the set top box 102, the WIFI and the network are in failure, the failure of equipment can be alarmed at any time. For example, when the WIFI communication at a certain position is busy or blocked, an alarm can be given to a merchant, an alarm can also be given to a user, and the user can be automatically switched to a WIFI account with better communication conditions.
Further, in practical applications, in order to meet interaction requirements of different users, in addition to triggering application switching of the set top box 102 through a preset trigger event, after entering a management interface on the control terminal 105, an operation interface of the corresponding set top box 102 may be entered, on the operation interface, a current application running on the set top box 102 may be displayed, and other applications installed on the set top box may be displayed, so that application switching of the set top box 102 may be implemented on the interface, and the display device 103 of the set top box 102 may be switched from a display interface of the current application to a display interface of another application.
In terms of user experience: the set-top box 102 and the user terminal 104 connected with the set-top box form a minimum subnet of an architecture mode of an on-site multiplayer game with great user experience value, wherein the mode comprises centralized game operation and centralized game presentation, and the game lightweight presentation and the distributed operation of individual players, and meanwhile, the set-top box is suitable for various multiplayer combinations with different numbers, and users have user accounts and payment functions. And a comprehensive framework formed by combining the minimum unit type sub-networks.
Furthermore, in addition to the control terminal 105, at least one of the user terminals 104 accessing the set-top box 102 may also have an application switching right for the set-top box 102, which may be given by a merchant, so that the user terminal 104 in, for example, a hotel room may adjust the application running in the set-top box 102 according to its own entertainment interaction requirement. The cloud server 101 may verify the application switching right of the user terminal 104, that is, the user terminal 104 needs to send corresponding authentication information to the cloud server 101, and only when the cloud server 101 passes the verification, the user terminal 1041 may perform application switching on the set top box 102, so as to prevent misuse of the application switching right.
Thus, since the control terminal 105 and the user terminal 104 having the application switching authority can both perform application switching on the set-top box 102, and the occurrence of the preset trigger event can also trigger the application switching of the set top box 102, when the cloud server 101 simultaneously receives an application switching instruction of the control terminal 105 and/or the user terminal 104 with application switching authority for the set top box 102, and/or detects the occurrence of the preset trigger event, the corresponding application switching instruction can be communicated to the set top box 102 according to the priority of the application switching instruction corresponding to the preset trigger event and the priorities of the application switching instructions respectively from the control terminal 105 and the user terminal 104 with the application switching authority, that is, the application switching instruction with the highest priority is sent to the set top box 102, so that confusion during application switching of the set top box 102 is avoided.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment, the interactive platform management method is described only in the game scene, in practical application, the method may also be applied to other scenes, such as an advertisement interactive scene, a merchant may launch an advertisement on a corresponding display device 103 through the set top box 102, during the playing process of the advertisement, a user may be attracted to perform multi-person interaction through manners such as game rewards, obtaining coupons, and the like, so as to improve the commercial value of the advertisement, meanwhile, switching of the advertisement in the set top box 102 may be performed through occurrence of a preset trigger event or operation of the control terminal 105 or operation of the user terminal 104 having an application switching right, and concomitantly, after the advertisement is switched, the user terminal 104 will also display an interactive page for the switched advertisement, which is not specifically limited herein.
Further, when the application is an advertisement, in practical applications, the advertisement delivery on the display device 103 may correspond to multiple display interfaces, that is, the advertisement may include a video or picture layer, a creative interaction layer, and a user reward layer, wherein the creative interaction layer and the user reward layer may be embodied during the interaction between the user terminal 104 and the set top box 104, but when the set top box 102 does not have the user terminal 104 to interact with the set top box, the set top box may return to the video or picture layer to promote the advertisement in a conventional manner.
According to the description, the interactive platform can be freely expanded, is convenient to deploy and low in cost, and merchants can manage and operate the interactive platform, so that users have good interactive entertainment experience.
The interactive platform management system in the embodiment of the present invention is described above, and the interactive platform management method in the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
201. At least one user terminal acquires third authentication information of the first set top box and sends the third authentication information to the cloud server;
in this embodiment, in a plurality of set top boxes managed by a merchant, when at least one user is located in, for example, a booth and needs to perform large-screen interaction, at least one user terminal of the at least one user establishes a connection based on a subnet WIFI or a wide area network with a first set top box of the booth to maintain a communication state. Therefore, the at least one user terminal can acquire the third authentication information of the first set top box and send the third authentication information to the cloud server.
The method for at least one user terminal to acquire the third authentication information of the first set top box is as follows:
1. and the at least one user terminal acquires the third authentication information of the first set top box by scanning the identification code, wherein the identification code is positioned on a display interface of first display equipment controlled by the first set top box.
Specifically, the first set top box may control one or more display devices, a display interface may be presented on at least one of the first display devices, an identification code accessed to the first set top box may be presented on the display interface, the identification code may be a two-dimensional code, at least one user terminal may acquire the third authentication information of the first set top box by scanning the two-dimensional code displayed by the first display device, and the IP address, the port information, the link address of the cloud server, and the like of the set top box may be loaded in the two-dimensional code. Wherein the third authentication information may include a hardware ID of the first set top box.
2. And the at least one user terminal acquires the input identification information of the second display equipment controlled by the first set top box as third authentication information.
Specifically, the display device controllable by the first set top box is relatively fixed, that is, a mapping relationship may be established between the first set top box and the controlled display device, and in at least one display device controlled by the first set top box, at least one second display device may have corresponding identification information, where the identification information may be a code of the second display device, may refer to the corresponding first set top box, and may be presented on the second display device, and at least one user terminal may obtain input identification information of the second display device controlled by the first set top box as third authentication information.
It should be noted that, in at least one display device controlled by the first set top box, the first display device and the second display device may not be the same display device, or may be the same display device, and for example, the two-dimensional code and the code may be simultaneously presented on the same display device, which is not specifically limited herein.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, only the above two examples are described as the manner of obtaining the third authentication information, and in practical applications, other manners may also be adopted as long as the third authentication information of the first set top box can be obtained, and the method is not limited specifically here.
202. The cloud server receives the third authentication information and verifies the third authentication information;
in this embodiment, the cloud server may receive third authentication information sent by the at least one user terminal, such as a hardware ID of the first set top box and a code of the display device corresponding to the first set top box, and verify the third authentication information to determine whether the at least one user terminal can establish a connection with the first set top box.
203. If the verification is passed, the cloud server determines a second interactive page corresponding to a second application which is running by the first set top box, and sends the second interactive page to at least one user terminal;
in this embodiment, if the third authentication information is verified to be passed, which means that the hardware ID or the code in the third authentication information is correct, the cloud server may establish a communication connection with the at least one user terminal, and may allow the at least one user terminal to access the first set top box and maintain communication. Meanwhile, the cloud server can establish communication connection with the first set top box, and then the cloud server can determine a second interactive page corresponding to a second application running on the first set top box and send the second interactive page to at least one user terminal.
Specifically, after the first set top box is in network connection with the cloud server, if the cloud server finds that no application (such as applications like rotary table lottery and chess card) is installed on the first set top box or some applications have update versions, the cloud server can send corresponding application downloading or updating reminding information to the first set top box, the first set top box can feed back which applications need to be downloaded or updated to the cloud server according to the reminding information, the cloud server can send an application installation package corresponding to the application which needs to be downloaded or updated by the first set top box according to the feedback of the first set top box, and the first set top box can receive the application installation package and complete installation of the application installation package. After the first set top box is started, any installed application can be run and displayed on the display device, and the cloud server can be informed of the identification code of the running second application, so that the cloud server determines the running second application of the first set top box according to the identification code, can acquire a corresponding second interactive page from a database, namely an operation page corresponding to the running second application of the first set top box, and pushes the second interactive page to at least one user terminal.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, for different application types, the second interactive page pushed by the cloud server to each of the at least one user may be the same or different, for example, when the second application is a roulette application, the second interactive page received by the at least one user terminal may be the same, such as a roulette operation page, and when the second application is a card application, due to the specificity of the playing, the cards of the participating users cannot be seen by other participating users, and the contents of the cards of the respective participating users are not consistent, so that when the cloud server pushes the second interactive page to the at least one user terminal, the second interactive page corresponding to the second application and having user specificity should be pushed according to the application type.
Further, in this embodiment, before the first set top box establishes the communication connection with the cloud server, the cloud server performs the authentication on the first set top box maliciously, that is, the first set top box may send corresponding authentication information to the cloud server, so that the cloud server establishes the communication connection with each other only after the authentication on the first set top box by the authentication information is passed.
204. The at least one user terminal receives the second interactive page, switches the current page into the second interactive page, and realizes interaction with the second interactive page through a second application between the at least one user terminal and the first set top box;
in this embodiment, at least one user terminal may receive the second interactive page, and switch the current page to the second interactive page, and the at least one user terminal may interact with the first set top box through the second application and the second interactive page.
Specifically, after receiving the second interactive page, at least one user terminal may present the second interactive page, and perform corresponding operation on the second interactive page, and on the display interface of the display device corresponding to the first set top box, the display device may display an operation result of the corresponding user terminal, and at the same time, the display device may also display a corresponding operation result on the second interactive page of the corresponding user terminal.
The interaction process between the user terminal and the first set top box is described by taking one user terminal of at least one user terminal as an example, and the steps are as follows:

205. The cloud server detects whether a preset trigger event aiming at a first set top box in at least one set top box occurs, if so, the step 206 is executed, and if not, the step 209 is executed;
in this embodiment, in the process that the at least one user terminal interacts with the first set top box through the second application and the second interactive page, the cloud server may detect whether a preset trigger event for the first set top box in the at least one set top box occurs.
Specifically, since the cloud server may establish a connection with at least one set top box and perform communication, the cloud server may store a corresponding preset trigger event for each set top box, so as to perform targeted detection on the preset trigger event of each set top box.
In this embodiment, a specific manner for the cloud server to detect whether the preset trigger event for the first set top box in the at least one set top box occurs may be:
the cloud server detects whether the current time is within a preset time period of the first set top box, and if yes, a preset trigger event is determined to occur; or the like, or, alternatively,
the cloud server detects whether the running time of the current application of the first set top box meets the preset time, and if yes, the preset trigger event is determined to occur.
For example, if 5 applications are installed in the first set-top box, and the 5 applications are different in use frequency in different time periods according to the statistical data, the first set-top box may be arranged to run the application with the highest use frequency in the time period in the corresponding time period according to the high or low use frequency, so that each application installed in the first set-top box may correspond to one running time period, and this means that the application running in the first set-top box needs to be changed when the current time goes from one time period to another time period. It follows that for each time segment, a corresponding preset time segment may be set at the beginning of the time segment. The cloud server can detect whether the current time is within the preset time period of the first set top box or not, if the current time is within the preset time period, a preset trigger event is determined to occur, application switching of the first set top box can be triggered, and if the current time is not within the preset time period, the preset trigger event is determined not to occur, and application switching of the first set top box is not triggered.
For another example, if the applications installed in the first set-top box are various advertisements to be delivered, the installation of one application is the downloading of one advertisement, and since the delivery time of each advertisement is limited, the advertisements in the first set-top box are alternately played according to the ranking order under the condition that the advertisements are not set to be played circularly. Therefore, the preset duration can be set according to the playing duration of each advertisement, when the cloud server detects that the running duration of the current application of the first set top box meets the preset duration of the current application, a preset trigger event is determined to occur, the trigger can be performed, the application switching of the first set top box can be triggered, otherwise, the preset trigger event is determined not to occur, and the application switching of the first set top box is not triggered.
It should be noted that, the corresponding setting of the preset time period and the preset duration in the foregoing is only an example, and in practical applications, the setting is not limited to the foregoing description.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, only the specific manner that the cloud server detects whether the preset trigger event occurs for the first set top box in the at least one set top box is described in the foregoing, in an actual application, other manners may also be adopted as long as the application switching of the first set top box can be triggered through the application of the preset trigger event, and this is not limited specifically here.
206. The cloud server sends a first application switching instruction to the first set top box;
in this embodiment, if the cloud server detects that a preset trigger event for the first set top box occurs, a first application switching instruction may be sent to the first set top box.
The first application switching instruction may carry identification information of the first set top box and identification information of another application that needs to interact with each other.
207. The first set top box receives the first application switching instruction and switches the current application into the first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction.
In this embodiment, after receiving the first application switching instruction, the first set top box may switch the current application to the first application according to the identification information of another application that needs to interact in the first application switching instruction, that is, the first application.
It can be understood that, in this embodiment, when at least one user terminal interacts with the first set top box through the second application and the second interaction page, if the second application of the first set top box is not switched, the current application running on the first set top box in step 207 is the second application.
It should be noted that, in the process that the control terminal receives the first application switching instruction to switch the current application of the first set top box, when the current application of the first set top box is not switched yet, the interaction between the at least one user terminal and the first set top box is not affected.
Further, in this embodiment, since the application switching of the first set top box may be automatically triggered by the occurrence of the preset trigger event, in order to provide better experience for the user, when the application switching of the first set top box is to be performed, the cloud server may further send corresponding prompt information to the first set top box, so that the first set top box may output the prompt information through its display device to prompt the user that the application switching of the first set top box is to be performed, so that the user makes preparations for the application switching of the first set top box.
208. The cloud server determines a first interactive page corresponding to the first application and sends the first interactive page to at least one user terminal;
in this embodiment, after receiving the first application switching instruction, the cloud server may obtain a first interaction page corresponding to the first application in the database according to the identification information of the first application in the first application switching instruction, and send the first interaction page to the at least one user terminal.
The content of the description of the first interactive page may refer to the content of the description of the second interactive page in step 203, which is not described herein again.
209. The method comprises the steps that at least one user terminal receives a first interactive page, the current interactive page is switched to the first interactive page, and interaction between the at least one user terminal and a first set top box is achieved through a first application and the first interactive page;

It can be understood that, in this embodiment, when the at least one user terminal interacts with the first set top box through the second application and the second interactive page, if the second application of the first set top box is not switched, the current interactive page of the at least one user terminal in step 209 is the second interactive page.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in order to bring a better interactive experience to a user, switching of the current application of the first set top box and switching of the current interactive page of the at least one user terminal may also be performed simultaneously, which is not specifically limited herein.
The description content of the interaction between the at least one user terminal and the first set top box through the first application and the first interactive page may refer to the description content in step 204, and is not described herein again.
210. And ending the flow.
In this embodiment, if the cloud server detects that the preset trigger event for the first set top box does not occur, the process may be ended without performing other operations, so that the first set top box continues to run the second application, and the at least one user terminal and the first set top box may interact with the second interactive page through the second application. It should be noted that, in practical applications, when the cloud server does not detect that the preset trigger event for the first set top box occurs, the detection of the preset trigger event may be continuously performed in real time, so that when the preset trigger event occurs, application switching of the first set top box and accompanying interactive page switching of the at least one user terminal may be triggered, which is not specifically limited herein.
It is to be understood that, depending on the application scenario of the first set-top box, the first application or the second application installed in the first set-top box may be other than the game-like application described above, for example, when the display device of the first set-top box is used for advertisement delivery, the first application or the second application may represent an advertisement, and then the first interactive page or the second interactive page may be a mini-game interactive page designed to increase the attractiveness of the advertisement, such as an interactive page for obtaining a coupon through a rotating disk, and the like, which is not limited herein.
The following scenario briefly illustrates the above method embodiment:
suppose that two applications, namely a dice-throwing application and a card application, are installed in the first set top box, wherein the running time of the dice-throwing application is limited to 1 hour, and the running time of the card application is limited to 3 hours.
The first set top box is located in a bag house and comprises a plurality of users, after the first set top box is started, a display interface of a display device of the first set top box can display a dice-type application, and meanwhile, a two-dimension code can be displayed on the display interface. The user who needs to perform the dice rolling game can establish connection between the user terminal and the first set top box through scanning the two-dimensional code so as to obtain a second interactive page corresponding to the dice rolling game from the cloud server, and the dice rolling operation can be performed through operation on the second interactive page, namely the first set top box sends indication information indicating dice rolling of the user to each user terminal in sequence, and the indication information is displayed on a display screen of the user terminal. The user clicks the indication position of the second interactive page on the user terminal of the user according to the indication information, namely, the user terminal responds to the indication information of the first set top box, and each user terminal can feed back the respective operation information to the first set top box. The first set top box generates corresponding result information according to the operation information fed back by the user terminal, and the result information may include: first result information presented on the display device, and second result information fed back to the user terminal. The first result information may be ranking information of dice rolling, and the second result information may be information that is fed back to each user to inform the user of the dice number.
After the first set top box is started and runs the dice class application, the cloud server can detect the running time length of the dice class application in real time, when the cloud server detects that the running time length of the dice class application meets the originally set preset time length, the cloud server can determine that a preset trigger event aiming at the first set top box occurs, a first application switching instruction can be sent to the first set top box, and the first set top box can switch the dice class application into the card class application. Concomitantly, the cloud server can push a first interactive page of the card application to at least one user terminal connected with the first set top box, and the at least one user terminal can simultaneously switch a second interactive page originally corresponding to the dice application to the first interactive page corresponding to the card application, so that a card played by each user or a card of a bright card user is presented on a display interface of display equipment of the first set top box, and a card taken by the user is displayed on a display screen of each user terminal, thereby realizing playing card interaction of a plurality of users.
Further, in practical applications, in order to meet the requirements of users for entertainment and the like, a plurality of applications can be downloaded and installed in the set-top box. In order to facilitate the management of the set top box by the merchant, the merchant may be provided with a control terminal, and the control terminal may implement control over all set top boxes in the merchant and may implement application switching for any set top box, so that the user may participate in games of different types, for example.
However, when the control terminal switches applications and a preset trigger event occurs, how to switch applications for the first set top box and switch an interactive page of at least one user terminal is accompanied, the following specifically describes the implementation manner on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2:
specifically, the control terminal may present a management login interface issued by the cloud server, and a merchant worker may input, for example, a merchant user name and login information, that is, second authentication information, on the management login interface, send the second authentication information to the cloud server, and wait for the cloud server to perform verification.
The cloud server obtains the user name and the login password sent by the control terminal through the management login page, identity authentication can be carried out on the control terminal according to the user name and the login password, after the identity authentication is passed, the control terminal can be in communication connection with the cloud server, the control terminal can be allowed to enter a corresponding management interface, and management and control of a set top box of a corresponding merchant are achieved. The management interface can display an identifier of at least one set top box managed and controlled by a corresponding merchant, the identifier of the first set top box is clicked, the management interface can enter a control interface of the first set top box, the current application running by the first set top box can be displayed on the control interface, other applications installed by the first set top box can also be displayed, staff of the merchant can perform switching operation on the current application on the control terminal according to the requirements of a user, namely the current application of the first set top box is switched to another application needing interaction by the user, and then the control terminal can receive a second application switching instruction aiming at the first set top box and can send the second application switching instruction to the cloud server. Meanwhile, if the cloud server detects that a preset trigger event occurs, in order to enable application switching for the first set top box, the cloud server may compare priorities of a first application switching instruction caused by the preset trigger event and a second application switching instruction sent by the control terminal, and may send an application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction to the first set top box, so that the first set top box may receive the application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction, and switch the current application to a first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority (where the second application switching instruction may also include identification information of another application that needs to interact), that is, if the priority of the first application switching instruction is higher than that of the second application switching instruction, then, relatively speaking, the application switching of the first set top box is performed according to the preset trigger event, otherwise, the application switching of the first set top box is performed according to the second application switching instruction sent by the control terminal. Accordingly, at least one user terminal connected with the first set top box can receive and switch the current interactive page to the first interactive page of the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority, and interacts with the first set top box through the first application and the first interactive page.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, preferably, in order to fully embody the control authority of the merchant on the set top box, the priority of the second application switching instruction may be higher than the priority of the first application switching instruction.
The same contents in the embodiment corresponding to this situation may refer to the description contents in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
It can be understood that the embodiment corresponding to this case is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 2 in that the first application in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is an application corresponding to the first application switching instruction, and the first application in the embodiment corresponding to this case is an application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction, that is, the application that the current application in the first set top box needs to be switched is determined according to the application switching permissions of the control terminal and the first user terminal.
Further, in practical applications, in order to improve the interactive experience of the user, in at least one user terminal connected to the first set top box, the first terminal of the at least one user terminal may have an authority to perform application switching on the first set top box, so that the user may autonomously perform application switching when, for example, a party, and the application switching efficiency is improved.
However, when the control terminal and the first terminal perform application switching simultaneously, how to perform application switching on the first set top box and accompany with switching of the interactive page of at least one user terminal, the following specifically describes the implementation manner on the basis of the embodiment of fig. 2 described above:
specifically, in at least one user terminal, the first terminal may have an application switching right for the first set top box, and the right may be provided by a merchant, that is, for each set top box managed by the merchant, a certain user may perform application switching operation on a certain set top box.
In the process that at least one user terminal and a first set top box realize interaction through a second application and a second interaction page, when a user corresponding to the at least one user terminal negotiates to perform application switching so as to perform interaction of other applications, a user with application switching authority, namely the user corresponding to the first user terminal, can input a corresponding user name and a login password, namely first authentication information, in a preset area on the second interaction page, and waits for authentication of a cloud server. The cloud server can perform identity authentication on the first user terminal according to the first authentication information by acquiring the first authentication information so as to judge whether the first user terminal has the authority for switching the application in the first set top box.
After the identity authentication is passed, the display interface of the first user terminal may display an identifier of a corresponding application installed in the first set top box, and a user corresponding to the first user terminal may click an identifier of another application that needs to be switched to switch the current application of the first set top box, so that the first user terminal may receive a second application switching instruction for the first set top box and send the second application switching instruction to the cloud server. Meanwhile, if the cloud server detects that a preset trigger event occurs, in order to enable application switching for the first set top box, the cloud server may compare priorities of a first application switching instruction and a third application switching instruction sent by the first user terminal, which are caused by the preset trigger event, and may send an application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction to the first set top box, so that the first set top box may receive the application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction, and switch the current application to a first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority (where the third application switching instruction may also include identification information of another application that needs to interact), that is, if the priority of the first application switching instruction is higher than the third application switching instruction, then, relatively speaking, the application switching of the first set top box is performed according to the preset trigger event, otherwise, the application switching of the first set top box is performed according to the third application switching instruction sent by the first user terminal. Accordingly, at least one user terminal connected with the first set top box can receive and switch the current interactive page to the first interactive page of the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority, and interacts with the first set top box through the first application and the first interactive page.
It can be understood that, in addition to the input of the preset area on the second interactive page, the input of the first authentication information in this embodiment may also adopt other manners in practical applications, for example, a preset link may be provided on the second interactive page, and the input interface of the first authentication information may be accessed by clicking the preset link, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment corresponding to this case, preferably, in order to fully reflect that the user has the autonomous application switching right, the priority of the third application switching instruction may be higher than the priority of the first application switching instruction.
The same contents in the embodiment corresponding to this situation may refer to the description contents in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
It is understood that the embodiment corresponding to this case is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 2 in that the first application in the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is an application corresponding to the first application switching instruction, and the first application in the embodiment corresponding to this case is an application corresponding to the highest priority application switching instruction in the first application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction.
Furthermore, in practical applications, not only the preset trigger event may trigger application switching of the first set top box, but also the control terminal and the first user terminal have an authority to perform application switching on the first set top box, so how to perform application switching on the first set top box is accompanied by switching of an interactive page of at least one user terminal, which is specifically described below:
specifically, when the cloud server detects that a preset trigger event occurs, if the cloud server receives a second application instruction sent by the control terminal and a third application switching instruction sent by the first user terminal at the same time, in order to enable application switching to the first set top box, the cloud server may compare priorities of a first application switching instruction caused by a preset trigger event, a second application switching instruction sent by the control terminal, and a third application switching instruction sent by the first user terminal, and can send the application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction to the first set-top box, therefore, the first set top box can receive the application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction, and switch the current application into the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority. Accordingly, at least one user terminal connected with the first set top box can receive and switch the current interactive page to the first interactive page of the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority, and interacts with the first set top box through the first application and the first interactive page.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, preferably, in order to fully reflect that the user has the autonomous application switching right and the management right of the merchant, the priority of the third application switching instruction may be higher than that of the second application switching instruction, and the priority of the second application switching instruction may be higher than that of the first application switching instruction.
The same contents of the parts in the embodiments corresponding to this situation may refer to the descriptions in the above embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It is understood that the embodiment corresponding to this case is different from the above-described embodiments in that the first application in the embodiment corresponding to this case is an application corresponding to an application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction, and the third application switching instruction.
Through the description, when a user interacts through a display device of the first set top box, such as a large screen, the user can utilize an interactive page to realize interaction without downloading related applications, the interactive page only needs to provide corresponding operation functions and does not need to install a program plug-in, memory occupation of a user terminal is avoided, complicated programs such as menu selection, entering, exiting, confirmation and the like are avoided from entering the same interactive application for interaction, and the user can directly enter a group office interaction state through scanning an identification code or inputting identification information. Meanwhile, the control terminal and the first user terminal in the at least one user terminal can have the authority for switching the application of the set top box, the control terminal can realize the application switching of the plurality of set top boxes, the unified management of the plurality of set top boxes is facilitated, the authority range of the user is expanded for the first user terminal, and the interactive experience of the user is improved. When the first set top box switches applications, at least one user terminal connected with the first set top box can automatically update a new interactive page corresponding to the first set top box, and a user can start new interaction without a series of operation steps of exiting the old interactive application, selecting a new interactive application to enter, entering the new interactive application again, confirming entering the new interactive application and the like, so that synchronous switching of the interactive page of the at least one user terminal is quickly realized, the interaction efficiency of the at least one user terminal and the interaction experience of the user are improved, and the interaction requirements of an off-line real scene are fully met.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (11)

1. An interactive platform management method is applied to an interactive platform management system, the system comprises a cloud server and at least one set top box, the cloud server and the at least one set top box are in communication connection, and the method comprises the following steps:
the cloud server detects whether a preset trigger event aiming at a first set top box in the at least one set top box occurs;
if so, the cloud server sends a first application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box receives the first application switching instruction and switches the current application into a first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction;
the system further comprises: at least one user terminal, the at least one user terminal establishing a communication connection with the cloud server, the method further comprising:
the cloud server determines a first interactive page corresponding to the first application, and sends the first interactive page to the at least one user terminal;
the at least one user terminal receives the first interactive page and switches the current interactive page into the first interactive page, and the at least one user terminal and the first set top box realize interaction with the first interactive page through the first application;
the system further comprises: a control terminal, the control terminal establishing a communication connection with the cloud server, the control terminal being configured to manage data update and status control of the at least one set top box, the method further comprising:
the control terminal receives a second application switching instruction aiming at the set top box and sends the second application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the second application switching instruction, and compares the priority of the first application switching instruction with the priority of the second application switching instruction;
the sending, by the cloud server, the first application switching instruction to the first set top box of the at least one set top box includes:
the cloud server sends an application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box receives the first application switching instruction, and switching the current application to the first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction comprises the following steps:
and the first set top box receives the application switching instruction with the highest priority and switches the current application into the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the cloud server detecting whether a preset trigger event occurs for a first set top box of the at least one set top box comprises:
the cloud server detects whether the current time is within a preset time period of the first set top box, and if yes, the cloud server determines that the preset trigger event occurs; or the like, or, alternatively,
the cloud server detects whether the running time of the current application of the first set top box meets a preset time, and if yes, the cloud server determines that the preset trigger event occurs.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
a first user terminal in the at least one user terminal receives a third application switching instruction for the first set top box and sends the third application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the third application switching instruction, and compares the priorities of the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction;
the sending, by the cloud server, the application switching instruction with the highest priority level among the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction to the first set top box includes:
and the cloud server sends an application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction to the first set top box.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
a first user terminal in the at least one user terminal receives a third application switching instruction for the set top box and sends the third application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the third application switching instruction, and compares the priority of the first application switching instruction with the priority of the third application switching instruction;
the sending, by the cloud server, the first application switching instruction to the first set top box of the at least one set top box includes:
the cloud server sends an application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box receives the first application switching instruction, and switching the current application to the first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction comprises the following steps:
and the first set top box receives the application switching instruction with the highest priority, and switches the current application into the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority.
5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein before the first user terminal of the at least one user terminal receives the third application switching instruction for the set top box, the method further comprises:
the first user terminal sends first authentication information to the cloud server;
and the cloud server receives the first authentication information and carries out identity verification on the first user terminal according to the first authentication information.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 3, wherein before the control terminal receives the second application switching instruction for the set-top box, the method further comprises:
the control terminal sends second authentication information to the cloud server;
and the cloud server receives the second authentication information and carries out identity verification on the control terminal according to the second authentication information.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the at least one user terminal receives the first interactive page, the method further comprises:
the at least one user terminal acquires third authentication information of the first set top box and sends the third authentication information to the cloud server;
the cloud server receives the third authentication information and verifies the third authentication information;
if the verification is passed, the cloud server determines a second interactive page corresponding to a second application running on the first set top box, and sends the second interactive page to the at least one user terminal;
and the at least one user terminal receives the second interactive page and switches the current page into the second interactive page, and the at least one user terminal and the first set top box realize interaction with the second interactive page through the second application.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the at least one user terminal obtaining third authentication information of the set top box comprises:
the at least one user terminal obtains third authentication information of the first set top box by scanning an identification code, wherein the identification code is positioned on a display interface of first display equipment controlled by the first set top box; or the like, or, alternatively,
and the at least one user terminal acquires the input identification information of the second display equipment controlled by the first set top box as the third authentication information.
9. An interactive platform management system, the system comprising:
the system comprises a cloud server and at least one set top box, wherein the cloud server and the at least one set top box are in communication connection;
the cloud server is used for detecting whether a preset trigger event aiming at a first set top box in the at least one set top box occurs or not;
if so, the cloud server is used for sending a first application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box is used for receiving the first application switching instruction and switching the current application into a first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction;
the system further comprises: the at least one user terminal establishes communication connection with the cloud server;
the cloud server is further used for determining a first interactive page corresponding to the first application and sending the first interactive page to the at least one user terminal;
the at least one user terminal is further used for receiving the first interactive page and switching the current interactive page into the first interactive page, and the at least one user terminal and the first set top box are further used for realizing interaction with the first interactive page through the first application;
the system further comprises: the control terminal is in communication connection with the cloud server and is used for managing data updating and state control of the at least one set top box;
the control terminal is used for receiving a second application switching instruction aiming at the set top box and sending the second application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server is further used for receiving the second application switching instruction and comparing the priority of the first application switching instruction with the priority of the second application switching instruction;
the cloud server is further configured to send a first application switching instruction to a first set top box of the at least one set top box, including:
the cloud server is further used for sending an application switching instruction with the highest priority in the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box is used for receiving the first application switching instruction, and switching the current application into the first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction comprises the following steps:
the first set top box is used for receiving the application switching instruction with the highest priority and switching the current application into the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority.
10. The system according to claim 9, wherein the first user terminal of the at least one user terminal is further configured to receive a third application switching instruction for the set top box and send the third application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server is further configured to receive the third application switching instruction, and compare priorities of the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction, and the third application switching instruction;
the cloud server is further configured to send an application switching instruction with a highest priority level in the first application switching instruction and the second application switching instruction to the first set top box, where the application switching instruction includes:
the cloud server is further configured to send an application switching instruction with the highest priority among the first application switching instruction, the second application switching instruction, and the third application switching instruction to the first set top box.
11. The system according to claim 9, wherein the first user terminal of the at least one user terminal is further configured to receive a third application switching instruction for the set top box and send the third application switching instruction to the cloud server;
the cloud server is further used for receiving the third application switching instruction, and comparing the priority of the first application switching instruction with the priority of the third application switching instruction;
the cloud server is further configured to send a first application switching instruction to a first set top box of the at least one set top box, including:
the cloud server is further configured to send an application switching instruction with the highest priority level in the first application switching instruction and the third application switching instruction to the first set top box;
the first set top box is further configured to receive the first application switching instruction, and switching the current application to the first application corresponding to the first application switching instruction includes:
the first set top box is further used for receiving the application switching instruction with the highest priority, and switching the current application into the first application corresponding to the application switching instruction with the highest priority.
