在所述主机计算设备上运行所述可执行软件,其包括在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备并激活所述集成电路存储设备之后从所述受保护的存储器组件访问的所述受保护数据,并且
其中所述集成电路存储设备进一步包括无线组件,用于向所述主机计算设备添加无线接口。
2.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,进一步包括用户可操作的手动开关,所述开关允许用户在两个或以上操作状态中进行切换。
3.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述无线组件被配置为向所述主机计算设备添加蓝牙、WiFi、或IrDa接口。
4.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,由所述自动运行软件从所述受保护的存储器组件中加载所述受保护数据包括对所述受保护的存储器组件的访问的认证。
5.如权利要求4所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述认证包括密码、密码算法或唯一标识符中单独的一项或任何方式的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,进一步包括可连接至所述主机计算设备的USB(通用串行总线)设备接口。
7.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,所述集成电路存储设备是USB(通用串行总线)设备、USB闪速驱动器或无线适配器设备中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求1所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述存储器组件进一步包括公共扇区,并且存储在所述公共扇区中的内容可以被所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
9.如权利要求8所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,除所述受保护数据之外的所述软件或数据被存储在所述存储器组件的所述公共扇区中。
10.一种自动运行方法,用于使用集成电路存储设备在主机计算设备上运行所选软件或数据,所述集成电路存储设备可由用户连接至所述主机计算设备,所述集成电路存储设备包括:
存储器组件,所述存储器组件存储可在所述主机计算设备上操作的所述所选软件或数据,以及
控制器,所述控制器用于控制所述集成电路存储设备与所述主机计算设备之间的交互,所述控制器包括固件,所述固件用于支持从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据以便在所述主机计算设备上运行,以及
无线组件,所述无线组件用于向所述主机计算设备添加用于无线通信的无线接口,
所述方法包括:
在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备时,在所述集成电路存储设备上激活所述集成电路存储设备;
由所述集成电路存储设备把在所述集成电路存储设备上存在所述所选软件或数据通知给所述主机计算设备;
在所述主机计算设备上自动地执行自动运行软件,在所述主机计算设备上执行的所述自动运行软件与包括在所述集成电路存储设备中的所述固件交互以用于访问存储在所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中的所述所选软件或数据;
由所述自动运行软件从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据;
由所述自动运行软件在所述主机计算设备上运行从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问的所述所选软件或数据;
根据第一设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识所述集成电路存储设备;并且
判定所述集成电路存储设备是否将被重新列举,并且
根据肯定的判定:
重新列举所述集成电路存储设备,以用于使用第二设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识所述集成电路存储设备。
11.如权利要求10所述方法,其中从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据包括用于访问所述存储器组件的认证。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述第一设备接口描述以CD-ROM驱动器或大容量存储类设备的识别方式来识别所述集成电路存储设备。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所述集成电路存储设备进一步包括公共扇区,在所述公共扇区中存储有可在所述主机计算设备上操作的所述所选软件或数据,所述公共扇区的内容可由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法,进一步包括为所述集成电路存储设备提供允许用户从两种或更多种操作状态之间切换的用户可操作手动开关。
15.一种计算机可读存储介质,其中受保护软件或数据存储在集成电路存储设备中,所述集成电路存储设备可由用户连接至主机计算设备以用于促进在所述主机计算设备上运行所述受保护软件或数据,所述受保护软件或数据可以由所述主机计算设备使用所述集成电路存储设备来执行,并且所述受保护软件或数据被实施为不能由所述用户从所述集成电路存储的受保护的存储器组件中拷贝,并且所述集成电路存储设备包括用于将无线接口添加至所述主机计算设备的无线组件,所述介质包括:
用于在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备时在所述主机计算设备上自动地运行自动运行软件的软件;
用于使用第一设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识所述集成电路存储设备的软件;
用于与嵌入在所述集成电路存储设备中的固件交互以用于访问所述集成电路存储设备中的所述受保护的存储器组件的软件,存储在所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述受保护软件或数据被实施为不可由所述用户从所述受保护的存储器组件中访问或查看,而被实施为在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备并激活所述集成电路存储设备时可由所述自动运行软件访问;
用于从所述集成电路存储设备的所述受保护的存储器组件中访问所述受保护软件或数据的软件;
用于由所述自动运行软件在所述主机计算设备上运行和执行所述受保护软件或数据的软件;
用于查询或判定所述集成电路存储设备是否将被重新列举的软件;
用于使用第二设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备重新列举所述集成电路存储的软件,从而使得所述集成电路存储设备根据所述第二设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识自身。
16.如权利要求15所述的介质,其中,访问所述受保护的存储器组件的所述受保护软件或数据包括使用所述集成电路存储设备中包括的安全机制来认证所述自动运行软件。
17.如权利要求15所述的介质,进一步包括所述集成电路存储设备中的公共扇区,所述公共扇区的内容被实施为可由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
18.一种集成电路存储设备,用于控制所述集成电路存储设备与主机计算设备之间的交互,所述集成电路存储设备包括:
无线组件,用于向所述主机计算设备添加无线接口;
用于与所述主机计算设备进行接口连接或进行连接的至少一个上游接口以及用于连接至外部存储器的至少一个下游接口;
微处理器;
存储器组件,所述存储器组件包括存储受保护数据的受保护的存储器组件,存储在所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述受保护数据被实施为不可由所述集成电路存储设备的用户从所述受保护的存储器组件中访问或查看,并且存储在所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述受保护数据被实施为所述用户不能由从所述受保护的存储器组件中拷贝,并且在所述集成电路存储设备被连接到所述主机计算设备并被激活时存储在所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述受保护数据可由所述用户执行;
固件,所述固件可由所述微处理器执行以用于:
在所述集成电路存储设备与所述主机计算设备之间进行交互,
与在所述主机计算设备上运行的应用程序启动程序交互,
访问所述集成电路存储设备的所述受保护的存储器组件,并且
使所述应用程序启动程序能够访问所述受保护数据以使得能够在所述主机计算设备上执行可执行软件。
19.如权利要求18所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述固件可由所述微处理器进一步执行,以用于:
使所述集成电路存储设备根据第一设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识其自身;并且
使所述集成电路存储设备根据第二设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识其自身。
20.一种集成电路存储设备,所述集成电路存储设备可由用户连接至主机计算设备以用于在所述主机计算设备上运行可执行软件,所述集成电路存储设备包括:
控制器,所述控制器用于控制所述集成电路存储设备与所述主机计算设备之间的交互;
存储器组件,所述存储器组件存储可在所述主机计算设备上操作的软件或数据,所述存储器组件包括存储所述软件或数据的受保护的存储器组件,所述受保护的存储器组件被实施为用于存储数据,所述数据不可由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户从所述受保护的存储器组件中访问或查看,并且在所述集成电路存储设备被连接至所述主机计算设备并被激活时存储在所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述软件或数据被允许由所述主机计算设备执行;
无线组件,用于向所述主机计算设备添加用于无线通信的无线接口;
固件,所述固件嵌入在所述集成电路存储设备中,用于:
在所述集成电路存储设备与所述主机计算设备之间进行交互,
访问所述集成电路存储设备的所述受保护的存储器组件,
使所述集成电路存储设备根据设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识自身;
以及
自动运行软件,所述自动运行软件存储在所述集成电路存储设备上以用于在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备时在所述主机计算设备上自动地运行,当所述自动运行软件被执行时:
通过与嵌入在所述集成电路存储设备中的所述固件进行交互,访问所述受保护的存储器组件中的所述软件或数据,并且
在所述主机计算设备上运行所述可执行软件,所述可执行软件包括在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备并激活所述集成电路存储设备之后从所述受保护的存储器组件访问的所述软件或数据。
21.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,进一步包括用户可操作的手动开关,其允许用户在两个或以上操作状态中进行切换。
22.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述无线组件被配置为向所述主机计算设备添加蓝牙、WiFi、或IrDa接口。
23.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,由所述自动运行软件从所述受保护的存储器组件中访问所述软件或数据包括对所述自动运行软件的访问进行认证。
24.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述软件或数据单独地或以任何组合的方式包括唯一标识符或数字签名。
25.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,进一步包括可连接至所述主机计算设备的USB(通用串行总线)设备。
26.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,进一步包括智能卡。
27.如权利要求20所述的集成电路存储设备,其中,所述存储器组件进一步包括公共扇区,所述公共扇区的内容可以由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
28.一种自动运行方法,用于使用集成电路存储设备在主机计算设备上运行所选的软件或数据,所述集成电路存储设备可由用户连接至所述主机计算设备,所述集成电路存储设备包括:
存储器组件,所述存储器组件存储可在所述主机计算设备上操作的所选软件或数据,以及
控制器,所述控制器用于控制所述集成电路存储设备与所述主机计算设备之间的交互,所述控制器包括自动运行固件,用于支持从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据以便在所述主机计算设备上运行,以及
无线组件,用于向所述主机计算设备添加无线接口;
所述方法包括:
在将所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备时,在所述集成电路存储设备上激活所述集成电路存储设备;
在激活所述集成电路存储设备之后,由所述集成电路存储设备来向所述主机计算设备通知在所述集成电路存储设备上存在所述所选软件或数据;
在所述主机计算设备上执行自动运行软件,在所述主机计算设备上执行的所述自动运行软件与包括在所述集成电路存储设备的所述控制器中的所述自动运行固件交互以用于访问存储在所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中的所述所选软件或数据,在向所述主机计算设备通知在所述集成电路存储设备上存在所述所选软件或数据之后,执行所述自动运行软件;
由所述自动运行软件从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据;
由所述自动运行软件在所述主机计算设备上运行从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问的所述所选软件或数据;
根据设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识所述集成电路存储设备。
29.如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,由所述自动运行软件从所述集成电路存储设备的所述存储器组件中访问所述所选软件或数据包括用于访问所述存储器组件的认证。
30.如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,所述集成电路存储设备进一步包括用于与所述主机计算设备交互的USB(通用串行总线)上游端口以及一个或多个附加USB(通用串行总线)下游端口。
31.如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,所述集成电路存储设备的存储组件包括公共扇区,所述公共扇区的内容可由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
32.如权利要求28所述的方法,其中,所述集成电路存储设备被实施为USB(通用串行总线)存储设备、压缩闪速卡或智能卡。
33.一种计算机可读存储介质,其中软件或数据存储在集成电路存储设备中,所述集成电路存储设备由用户连接至主机计算设备以用于在所述主机计算设备上运行受保护软件或受保护数据,所述受保护软件或受保护数据可以由所述主机计算设备使用所述集成电路存储设备来执行,所述集成电路存储设备还包括用于向所述主机计算设备添加无线接口的无线组件,所述介质包括:
用于在所述集成电路存储设备连接至所述主机计算设备时在所述主机计算设备上运行自动运行软件的软件;
用于使用设备接口描述向所述主机计算设备标识所述集成电路存储设备的软件;
用于与嵌入在所述集成电路存储设备中的自动运行固件交互的软件;
用于访问所述集成电路存储设备中的受保护的存储器组件的软件,所述受保护的存储器组件中存储的所述受保护软件或受保护数据被实施为不能由用户从所述受保护的存储器组件中访问或查看,但是在所述集成电路存储设备被连接至所述主机计算设备并被激活时,可由所述自动运行软件访问;
用于从所述集成电路存储设备的所述受保护的存储器组件中访问所述受保护软件或受保护数据的软件;以及
用于由所述自动运行软件在所述主机计算设备上运行和执行所述受保护软件或受保护数据的软件。
34.如权利要求33所述的介质,其中,所述受保护软件或受保护数据包括唯一标识符。
35.如权利要求34所述的介质,进一步包括在所述集成电路存储设备中的公共扇区,所述公共扇区的内容可由所述集成电路存储设备的所述用户查看和访问。
36.如权利要求35所述的介质,其中,所述集成电路存储设备被实施为USB(通用串行总线)设备或压缩闪速卡设备或智能卡中的至少一种。
37.如权利要求36所述的介质,其中,对所述受保护的存储器组件中存储的所述受保护软件或数据的访问包括用于访问所述受保护的存储器组件的认证机制,所述认证机制包括密码算法。
