技术领域
本申请涉及硬件领域,尤其涉及一种柔性液晶屏模组以及一种柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法。
背景技术
随着制造业的发展,终端的硬件工艺水平进步飞快,比如移动终端的屏幕尺寸越来越大,边框(屏幕边缘与终端外边框的距离)越来越窄,这都得益于屏幕模组生产和组装工艺的进步。尤其是对边框尺寸进行缩小,提高用户的视觉感受,成为近些年屏幕模组工艺的突破重点。
现有技术液晶屏模组如图1所示,其中液晶组件10包含盖板/触摸屏101、光学胶102、分别为上下偏光片103和106、分别为上下玻璃104和105,在下偏光片106的下方为背光组件11,其中包含遮光胶107、支架114、支架下方粘合了反射片112,在背光反射片112的上方组装有背光导光板111、背光扩散膜材110以及分别为背光上下增亮膜材的108和109。即液晶组件10与背光组件11粘合在一起,并搭在凹槽型中框116的槽口上。
可见,由于需要在背光反射片112上方组装背光导光板111等,所以就需要支架114起到支撑的作用,支架114可以通过双面胶与背光反射片112粘合。而支架的出现,必然会占据一定的空间,所以就会影响背光组件11的面积。而通常情况下,背光组件11也会与中框116之间预设一定的间隙115,113为盖板/触摸屏与中框之间的粘合胶,所以就会进一步影响背光组件11的面积。如图1所示,背光组件11的面积会直接影响到盖板/触摸屏显示内容的面积。所以现有技术会导致在液晶组件上可显示内容的区域不大,进而使得在显示效果上,很难使边框看起来更窄。并且,由于目前与液晶组件10粘合在一起的背光组件11中的背光导光板111无法实现弯曲,所以无法实现通过柔性液晶组件进行展示。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种柔性液晶屏模组以及一种柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法,以解决现有技术的液晶屏模组无法实现通过柔性液晶进行展示以及可显示内容的区域不大,在显示效果上,很难使边框看起来更窄的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,包括:凹槽型中框、柔性液晶组件以及背光组件,其中,
所述背光组件固定在所述中框的槽底;
所述柔性液晶组件固定在所述中框的槽口,所述背光组件与所述柔性液晶组件间隔设置。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法,包括:
将背光组件装入中框的槽底;
将柔性液晶组件搭在中框的槽口,使所述背光组件与所述柔性液晶组件间隔设置。
在本发明实施例中,通过将背光组件与柔性液晶组件间隔设置,将背光组件固定在凹槽型中框的槽底,不再像现有技术,为了将背组件与液晶组件连接需要支架进行支撑,而是直接利用中框进行支撑,由于不再需要支架,所以在中框尺寸不变的情况下,增大了背光组件的面积。并且,由于背光组件与液晶组件间隔设置,使得液晶组件不再受制于背光组件无法实现弯曲的特点,从而可以将平面的液晶组件变为曲面的柔性液晶组件,使得在终端上可以实现通过柔性液晶进行展示,再结合增大背光组件的面积,在实现柔性液晶展示的基础上,增大了液晶组件上可显示内容的区域,进而使得在显示效果上,使边框看起来更窄。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
第一实施例
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种柔性液晶屏模组,以解决现有技术的液晶屏模组无法实现通过柔性液晶进行展示以及可显示内容的区域不大,在显示效果上,很难使边框看起来更窄的问题。该液晶屏模组包括:凹槽型中框215、柔性液晶组件20以及背光组件21,其中,
背光组件21可以固定在中框215的槽底;
柔性液晶组件20可以固定在中框215的槽口,背光组件21与柔性液晶组件20之间可以间隔设置,形成间隔213。
背光组件(Back Light)是位于液晶组件(LCD)背后的一种组件,它的发光效果将直接影响到液晶的视觉效果。液晶组件本身并不发光,他可以显示图形或是他对光线调制的结果。
具体地,背光组件21与中框215之间,可以通过粘合胶214固定在中框215的槽底,而柔性液晶组件20与中框215之间,可以通过粘合胶212固定在中框215的槽口,使得背光组件21可以与柔性液晶组件20分离,在结构上互不干扰。
在一种实施方式中,液晶组件20由顶至底可以包括依次堆叠设置的曲面盖板(触摸屏)201、光学胶202、曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件。
进一步地,曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件由顶至底可以包括依次堆叠设置的曲面上偏光片203、曲面上玻璃204、曲面下玻璃205、曲面下偏光片206。这里的玻璃可以是液晶玻璃,也叫电控液晶玻璃,电控调光玻璃,调光玻璃,偏光片全称可以是偏振光片,液晶显示的成像必须依靠偏振光,液晶可以有前后两片偏振光片紧贴液晶玻璃。
在一种实施方式中,背光组件21由底至顶可以包括依次堆叠设置的背光反射片211、背光导光板210、背光扩散膜材209、背光增亮膜材。其中,背光的反射片可以通过其背面产生反射;导光板(light guide plate)可以是利用光学级的亚克力/PC板材,然后用具有极高反射率且不吸光的材料制成,其可以利用光学级亚克力板材吸取从灯发出来的光在光学级亚克力板材表面的停留,当光线射到各个导光点时,反射光会往各个角度扩散,然后破坏反射条件由导光板正面射出。扩散膜,可以是指应用于背组件部分的膜材。增亮膜可以是应用于背组件中以改善发光效率的薄膜或薄片材质。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,可以在背光导光板210的水平平行位置上加装灯条,比如可以是LED灯条等。
进一步地,背光增亮膜材可以包括:背光下增亮膜材208以及背光上增亮膜材207。
根据本实施例提供的柔性液晶屏模组,将背光组件21与柔性液晶组件20间隔设置,将背光组件21固定在凹槽型中框215的槽底,不再像现有技术,为了将背组件21与液晶组件20连接需要支架进行支撑,而是直接利用中框215进行支撑,由于不再需要支架114,所以在中框尺寸不变的情况下,增大了背光组件21的面积。并且,由于背光组件21与液晶组件间隔设置,使得液晶组件不再受制于背光组件无法实现弯曲的特点,从而可以将平面的液晶组件变为曲面的柔性液晶组件20,使得在终端上可以实现通过柔性液晶进行展示,再结合增大背光组件21的面积,在实现柔性液晶展示的基础上,增大了液晶组件上可显示内容的区域,进而使得在显示效果上,使边框看起来更窄。
第二实施例
与第一实施例对应的,本实施例提供一种柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法,以解决现有技术的液晶屏模组无法实现通过柔性液晶进行展示以及可显示内容的区域不大,在显示效果上,很难使边框看起来更窄的问题。该方法的流程示意如图3所示,可以包括下述步骤:
步骤S11:将背光组件21装入中框的槽底。
步骤S12:将柔性液晶组件20搭在中框的槽口,使背光组件与柔性液晶组件间隔设置。
如图2所示,可以将背光组件21装入中框215的槽底,该背光组件21可以通过粘合胶214或双面胶装入并固定中框215的槽底位置,再将柔性液晶组件20搭在中框的槽口位置,使得使背光组件与柔性液晶组件之间存在一定的间隔。
具体地,将背光组件21装入中框的槽底,可以包括:在中框215的槽底,由底至顶可以依次堆叠背光反射片211、背光导光板210、背光扩散膜材209以及背光增亮膜材。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,可以在背光导光板210的水平平行位置上加装灯条,比如可以是LED灯条等。
进一步地,在装入背光增亮膜材时,由底至顶可以依次堆叠背光下增亮膜材208以及背光上增亮膜材207。
具体地,柔性液晶组件20的组装方法可以为:在曲面盖板201的底部,可以依次堆叠光学胶202以及曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件。
进一步地,依次堆叠光学胶202以及曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件,可以包括:依次堆叠光学胶202、曲面上偏光片203、曲面上玻璃204、曲面下玻璃205以及曲面下偏光片206。
根据本实施例提供的柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法,将背光组件21与柔性液晶组件20间隔设置,将背光组件21固定在凹槽型中框215的槽底,不再像现有技术,为了将背光组件21与柔性液晶组件20连接需要支架进行支撑,而是直接利用中框215进行支撑,由于不再需要支架114,所以在中框尺寸不变的情况下,增大了背光组件21的面积。并且,由于背光组件21与液晶组件间隔设置,使得液晶组件不再受制于背光组件无法实现弯曲的特点,从而可以将平面的液晶组件变为曲面的柔性液晶组件20,使得在终端上可以实现通过柔性液晶进行展示,再结合增大背光组件21的面积,在实现柔性液晶展示的基础上,增大了液晶组件上可显示内容的区域,进而使得在显示效果上,使边框看起来更窄。
本申请中,柔性液晶模组以及组装方法可以应用于手机,平板电脑等所有需要安装柔性液晶模组的设备。

Claims (10)
1.一种柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,包括:凹槽型中框、柔性液晶组件以及背光组件,其中,
所述背光组件固定在所述中框的槽底;
所述柔性液晶组件固定在所述中框的槽口,所述背光组件与所述柔性液晶组件间隔设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,
所述柔性液晶组件包括依次堆叠设置的曲面盖板、光学胶、曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件;
所述背光组件包括依次堆叠设置的背光反射片、背光导光板以及灯条、背光扩散膜材、背光增亮膜材。
3.如权利要求2所述的柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,
所述曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件包括依次堆叠设置的曲面上偏光片、曲面上玻璃、曲面下玻璃、曲面下偏光片。
4.如权利要求2所述的柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,
所述背光增亮膜材包括依次堆叠设置的背光下增亮膜材、背光上增亮膜材。
5.如权利要求1所述的柔性液晶屏模组,其特征在于,所述背光组件通过粘合胶或双面胶固定在所述中框的槽底。
6.一种柔性液晶屏模组的组装方法,其特征在于,包括:
将背光组件装入中框的槽底;
将柔性液晶组件搭在中框的槽口,使所述背光组件与所述柔性液晶组件间隔设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述背光组件通过粘合胶或双面胶装入并固定中框的槽底。
8.如权利要求6所述的组装方法,其特征在于,将背光组件装入中框的槽底,具体包括:
在中框的槽底,依次堆叠背光反射片、背光导光板、背光扩散膜材、背光增亮膜材。
9.如权利要求6所述的组装方法,其特征在于,
所述柔性液晶组件的组装方法为:在曲面盖板底部,依次堆叠光学胶、曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件。
10.如权利要求9所述的组装方法,其特征在于,所述依次堆叠光学胶、曲面偏光片与曲面玻璃的组合件,具体包括:
依次堆叠光学胶、曲面上偏光片、曲面上玻璃、曲面下玻璃、曲面下偏光片。
