本发明公开了一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,通过采用“猪‑沼气‑作物与养鱼”的生态循环养猪模式,实现生猪排泄物的资源化利用,既切实防治生猪养殖污染,又为农户免费提供沼气能源,为种植业提供有机肥、水产养殖业提供饵料,达到多产业融合、协调发展、改善农业生态环境、提高农产品品质的目的。

本发明涉及生物资源循环处理技术,特别是一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺。
背景技术
规模化、集约化养猪的迅猛发展,污染排放量的加大,给环境带来了前所未有的压力,要彻底解决规模化养猪引发的环境问题,不仅是政府部门密切关注的,也是养猪企业必须面对的,采用农田直接消纳式已无法解决大量粪污的问题,造成粪污对土壤、地下水、河流、大气的污染,恶化了的环境给人民生活带来了严重影响,进而严重阻碍了畜牧业的可持续发展,也与社会主义新农村的建设不相适应,大量的生猪粪污已成为当今社会三大污染源之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,通过采用“猪-沼气-作物与养鱼”的生态循环养猪模式,实现生猪排泄物的资源化利用,既切实防治生猪养殖污染,又为农户免费提供沼气能源,为种植业提供有机肥、水产养殖业提供饵料,达到多产业融合、协调发展、改善农业生态环境、提高农产品品质的目的。
本发明的技术方案:一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①雨污分离、干湿分离:生猪养殖产生的粪污,通过雨污分离设施,雨水导入渠道,养殖产生的排泄物实行干湿分离,经固液分离机处理,固液分离机分离出的粪便榨干后,通过运输车送至苗木种植基地,直接作有机肥施用;固液分离机分离出的污水进入沼气净化池,进行厌氧处理;
②厌氧处理:厌氧处理后产生的废水进入曝气氧化塘,再进行好氧处理;好氧处理后的废水,部分废水用于渔塘,作养殖肥水循环利用,部分废水通过管道和槽罐车输送至种植区,用作水稻和蔬菜的有机肥,实施肥水同灌;
厌氧处理后产生的沼渣定期抽取,用作蔬菜及牧草种植的有机肥,收割的青菜作为青饲料,改进生猪饲料结构,提高猪肉品质;
③转化能源:厌氧处理后产生的沼气进入贮气罐,部分通过沼气灯,用于场内供暖,部分通过小型发电机组,提供给生猪养殖场内供电,其余部分通过沼气输送系统为周边村民提供能源。
前述的一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤①中,厌氧处理采用UASB与IC相结合的厌氧反应器。

与现有技术相比,本发明通过采用“猪-沼-作物与养鱼”生态循环养猪模式,运行多种适宜技术和设备的集成,实现生猪排泄物的资源化利用,既切实防治生猪养殖污染,又为农户免费提供沼气能源,为种植业提供有机肥、水产养殖业提供饵料,达到多产业融合、协调发展、改善农业生态环境、提高农产品品质的目的,具有很好的公益性和技术推广性。

实施例
一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,包括以下步骤:
①雨污分离、干湿分离:生猪养殖产生的粪污,通过雨污分离设施,雨水导入渠道,养殖产生的排泄物实行干湿分离,经固液分离机处理,固液分离机分离出的粪便榨干后,通过运输车送至苗木种植基地,直接作有机肥施用;固液分离机分离出的污水进入沼气净化池,进行厌氧处理;

本发明通过"猪-沼-作物与养鱼"循环,生猪养殖的污染物全部被有效消纳,成为有机资源得到生态利用。该工艺高度集成了废弃物减量化技术、资源利用技术及污水治理等多种成熟技术于一体,以低成本、少维护、资源利用率高、处理效率好等特点为其大面积推广提供了前提条件。该模式既解决了生猪养殖污染问题,又为周边农户提供了免费的沼气能源,同时运营成本低,具有很好的公益性和技术推广性。

1.一种生猪粪污无害化综合治理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①雨污分离、干湿分离:生猪养殖产生的粪污,通过雨污分离设施,雨水导入渠道,养殖产生的排泄物实行干湿分离,经固液分离机处理,固液分离机分离出的粪便榨干后,通过运输车送至苗木种植基地,直接作有机肥施用;固液分离机分离出的污水进入沼气净化池,进行厌氧处理;
②厌氧处理:厌氧处理后产生的废水进入曝气氧化塘,再进行好氧处理;好氧处理后的废水,部分废水用于渔塘,作养殖肥水循环利用,部分废水通过管道和槽罐车输送至种植区,用作水稻和蔬菜的有机肥,实施肥水同灌;
