Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (6)
1. An air valve group with a maintenance, filtration and backwashing function is characterized by comprising an air valve, a filter, a first on-off mechanism, a second on-off mechanism and a T-shaped pipe fitting, wherein a pipeline connecting port and an impurity sewage draining port are respectively arranged at two ends of the T-shaped pipe fitting;
the filter cartridge comprises an outer filter screen, an inner filter screen and a support plate, wherein the inner filter screen is sleeved in the outer filter screen, the support plate is fixed at openings at two ends of the filter cartridge, the inner filter screen is a square hole screen formed by plain weaving stainless steel wires, and the outer filter screen is a punched stainless steel plate; the seams of the drums of the outer filter screen and the inner filter screen are staggered by 180 degrees, and the two ends of the drums are aligned and fixed by spot welding; the screening area of the outer filter screen is 329 meshes/square foot made by British system, and the screening area of the inner filter screen is 26 meshes/square foot made by British system; and a reinforcing rib is further arranged at the port of the filter cylinder.
2. The air valve bank with service filter backwashing function of claim 1, wherein the air valve is an angle-type air valve or a hammer-proof air valve.
3. The air valve block with service filter backwash function as in claim 1, wherein the air valve is cast integral with the T-shaped pipe fitting.
4. The air valve bank with the functions of overhauling, filtering and back-washing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air valve is detachably connected with the T-shaped pipe fitting through a flange.
5. The air valve bank with the functions of overhauling, filtering and backwashing according to claim 1, wherein the first on-off mechanism is a manual gate valve or a manual butterfly valve, and the second on-off mechanism is a manual gate valve or a manual butterfly valve.
6. The air valve bank with the functions of overhauling, filtering and back-cleaning according to claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge is fixed in the T-shaped pipe fitting by a screw or welding mode.
