本发明涉及绳缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合型绳缆。
背景技术
随着船舶制造、远洋运输的船型及装载量大型化的趋势,船舶对绳缆的配套要求随之进入差别化新阶段,特别是超大型船舶、特种行业船舶、海洋工程重点项目等均需求一种新柔软耐磨,伸长率低,操作便捷且能够抗腐蚀的新型绳缆,现有技术中的绳缆不能完全具备上述性能,不能满足技术要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合型绳缆,解决了现有技术中强度低、易伸长的技术问题;
一种复合型绳缆,它包括绳芯和六股绳股,所述绳芯包括橡胶棒和固定板,所述橡胶棒沿着轴向开设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽内部设置有固定板,所述橡胶棒外侧绕装钢丝股,所述钢丝股为S向捻制而成,所述钢丝股外绕有铜丝股,所述铜丝股为Z向捻制而成;所述绳芯外侧拧绞六股绳股,所述绳股相互编织设置在绳芯外侧。

进一步地,所述固定板为弧形,采用本步的有益效果是通过固定板起到加强的作用,提高绳芯的强度。
进一步地,所述固定板为铜锌合金,采用本步的有益效果是通过铜锌合金提高产品的耐腐蚀性。
进一步地,所述铜丝股和绳股外侧设置有聚乙烯防水层,采用本步的有益效果是通过聚乙烯防水层,提高耐腐蚀性。
进一步地,所述六绳股中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种复合型绳缆,它包括绳芯和六股绳股,本发明对绳芯进行设计,其中绳芯包括橡胶棒和固定板,在橡胶棒上开设有凹槽,在凹槽内部设置有固定板,以此提高绳芯的抗拉伸和整体强度,其中固定板为弧形,这样固定板的外侧就能够与橡胶棒形成一个整体,方便钢丝股和铜丝股的绕装,提高绳芯的强度;利用绳芯与绳股的配合,从而提高整体强度和耐腐蚀性。

如图1所示,在一种具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的一种复合型绳缆,它包括绳芯1和六股绳股2,所述绳芯1包括橡胶棒3和固定板4,所述橡胶棒3沿着轴向开设有多个凹槽5,所述凹槽5内部设置有固定板4,所述橡胶棒3外侧绕装钢丝股6,所述钢丝股6为S向捻制而成,所述钢丝股6外绕有铜丝股7,所述铜丝股7为Z向捻制而成;所述绳芯1外侧拧绞六股绳股2,所述绳股2相互编织设置在绳芯1外侧。
其中,所述固定板4为弧形,通过固定板4起到加强的作用,提高绳芯1的强度。
其中,所述固定板4为铜锌合金,采通过铜锌合金提高产品的耐腐蚀性。
其中,所述铜丝股7和绳股2外侧设置有聚乙烯防水层8,通过聚乙烯防水层8,提高耐腐蚀性。
其中,所述六绳股中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。

1.一种复合型绳缆,其特征在于,它包括绳芯和六股绳股,所述绳芯包括橡胶棒和固定板,所述橡胶棒沿着轴向开设有多个凹槽,所述凹槽内部设置有固定板,所述橡胶棒外侧绕装钢丝股,所述钢丝股为S向捻制而成,所述钢丝股外绕有铜丝股,所述铜丝股为Z向捻制而成;所述绳芯外侧拧绞六股绳股,所述绳股相互编织设置在绳芯外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型绳缆,其特征在于,所述固定板为弧形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种复合型绳缆,其特征在于,所述固定板为铜锌合金。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种复合型绳缆,其特征在于,所述铜丝股和绳股外侧设置有聚乙烯防水层。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种复合型绳缆,其特征在于,所述六绳股中三股为Z捻向,三股为S捻向。
