Abstract
本发明涉及马口桶的制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种桶盖折边注胶装置，包括支架、铰接在所述支架上的底板，所述底板上设置有折边机构，所述折边机构的两侧分别设有支撑导杆，所述折边机构主要由折边气缸、折边轮、压紧气缸、上转盘、下转盘以及电机构成，所述气缸支架的一侧固定有U形架，所述U形架上安装有开关气缸，所述开关气缸的活塞杆与阀门的开关连接，所述阀门的进口与胶水进管连通，所述阀门的注胶口位于所述上转盘的侧面。本发明结构简单，通过在现有的折边装置上安装一个注胶的阀门，胶水通过注胶口将胶水注入到桶盖上，从而一次性能够完成折边和注胶的两个工序，降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了工作效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及马口桶的制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种桶盖折边注胶装置。
背景技术
在制造马口桶和油漆桶时，需要对桶盖进行折边，一般是先用折边机对桶盖进行折边，现有技术中的折边机结构较为复杂，每次需要工人将待加工的桶盖放入到折边机中，折弯边后再取出，再继续加工下一个桶盖，桶盖在折边机每转一圈即完成加工，每个桶盖都需要工人送入然后取出，工作效率较低。为此申请人日前申请了桶盖快速折边装置，专利号：201310385348.2，其虽然解决了工作效率低的问题，但折边后还需要工人对折边后的桶盖进行打胶，工人打胶速度慢，需要另加工序，增加了加工成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足，而提供一种桶盖折边注胶装置，能够在折边的过程中同时注胶。
本发明为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：一种桶盖折边注胶装置，包括支架、铰接在所述支架上的底板，所述底板上设置有折边机构，所述折边机构的两侧分别设有支撑导杆，所述折边机构主要由折边气缸、折边轮、压紧气缸、上转盘、下转盘以及电机构成，所述压紧气缸固定在压紧气缸支架上，所述压紧气缸支架固定在所述底板上，所述压紧气缸的活塞杆上安装有所述上转盘、所述下转盘设置在所述上转盘的下方，所述下转盘由所述电机驱动；所述折边轮的位于所述下转盘的一侧，所述折边轮与压杆一端连接，所述压杆的中部通过转轴固定在底板上，所述压杆的另一端通过铰轴与所述折边气缸的活塞杆连接；其特征在于：所述气缸支架的一侧固定有U形架，所述U形架上安装有开关气缸，所述开关气缸的活塞杆与阀门的开关连接，所述阀门的进口与胶水进管连通，所述阀门的注胶口位于所述上转盘的侧面。
本发明的有益效果是: 本发明结构简单，通过在现有的折边装置上安装一个注胶的阀门，通过气缸控制阀门的开关，在折边的过程中，胶水通过注胶口将胶水注入到桶盖上，从而一次性能够完成折边和注胶的两个工序，降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。如图1和图2所示，一种桶盖折边注胶装置，包括支架1、铰接在所述支架上的底板2，所述底板上设置有折边机构，所述折边机构的两侧分别设有支撑导杆3，所述折边机构主要由折边气缸4、折边轮5、压紧气缸6、上转盘7、下转盘8以及电机9构成，所述压紧气缸固定在压紧气缸支架10上，所述压紧气缸支架固定在所述底板上，所述压紧气缸的活塞杆上安装有所述上转盘、所述下转盘设置在所述上转盘的下方，所述下转盘由所述电机驱动；所述折边轮的位于所述下转盘的一侧，所述折边轮与压杆11一端连接，所述压杆的中部通过转轴12固定在底板上，所述压杆的另一端通过铰轴13与所述折边气缸的活塞杆连接；所述气缸支架的一侧固定有U形架14，所述U形架上安装有开关气缸15，所述开关气缸的活塞杆与阀门16的开关连接，所述阀门的进口与胶水进管17连通，所述阀门的注胶口18位于所述上转盘的侧面。
通过在现有的折边装置上安装一个注胶的阀门，通过气缸控制阀门的开关，在折边的过程中，胶水通过注胶口将胶水注入到桶盖上，从而一次性能够完成折边和注胶的两个工序，降低了工人的劳动强度，提高了工作效率。

1.一种桶盖折边注胶装置，包括支架、铰接在所述支架上的底板，所述底板上设置有折边机构，所述折边机构的两侧分别设有支撑导杆，所述折边机构主要由折边气缸、折边轮、压紧气缸、上转盘、下转盘以及电机构成，所述压紧气缸固定在压紧气缸支架上，所述压紧气缸支架固定在所述底板上，所述压紧气缸的活塞杆上安装有所述上转盘、所述下转盘设置在所述上转盘的下方，所述下转盘由所述电机驱动；所述折边轮的位于所述下转盘的一侧，所述折边轮与压杆一端连接，所述压杆的中部通过转轴固定在底板上，所述压杆的另一端通过铰轴与所述折边气缸的活塞杆连接；其特征在于：所述气缸支架的一侧固定有U形架，所述U形架上安装有开关气缸，所述开关气缸的活塞杆与阀门的开关连接，所述阀门的进口与胶水进管连通，所述阀门的注胶口位于所述上转盘的侧面。
