本发明公布了一种固体废料破碎装置,包括:箱体、进料仓、接料斗、送料轴、送料电机、拨片、破碎轴、破碎刀、破碎电机、传动带、导流板、下料口、灰尘箱、吸灰口、风机、连接管,所述送料电机输出轴与送料轴左端固接,所述送料轴伸入接料斗内部的部分安装有拨片,所述破碎轴为两个转动安装在箱体内部下侧,所述破碎刀均匀安装在破碎轴上,且两个破碎轴上的破碎刀相互交错,所述破碎电机安装在箱体左端面下部,且破碎电机输出轴与其中一个破碎轴的左端固接,所述灰尘箱安装在箱体右侧,所述风机出口通过连接管与灰尘箱连接,所述吸灰口通过管道与外接风机进口连接。本发明具有破碎效率高、对人体损伤小的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种固体废料破碎装置,应用于固体废料处理技术领域。
背景技术
固体废料需经过处理将之转化为适于运输、利用和处置,在现实生活中,固体废料越来越多,一部分来自于人类日常生活垃圾,还有来自于工厂生产过程中所产生的固体废料,这些固体废料有的经过焚烧处理,还有一些需经过破碎后,转运至专门的垃圾回收厂,但目前市场上的固废破碎装置在作业时,产生的灰尘较大,对人体负荷较大,且破碎效果一般。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的缺陷,本发明公布了一种固体废料破碎装置,破碎效率高且对人体损伤较小,安全性高。
本发明公布了一种固体废料破碎装置,包括:箱体、进料仓、接料斗、送料轴、送料电机、拨片、破碎轴、破碎刀、破碎电机、传动带、导流板、下料口、灰尘箱、吸灰口、风机、连接管,所述进料仓安装在箱体顶部,且进料仓的底部伸入箱体内部,所述进料仓底部均匀地安装有接料斗,所述送料轴通过轴承水平安装在箱体内部上侧,且送料轴贯穿每个接料斗,所述送料电机安装在箱体左端面上,且送料电机输出轴与送料轴左端固接,所述送料轴伸入接料斗内部的部分安装有拨片,所述破碎轴为两个转动安装在箱体内部下侧,所述破碎刀均匀安装在破碎轴上,且两个破碎轴上的破碎刀相互交错,所述破碎轴左部固接一个转盘,两个破碎轴之间通过传动带连接,所述破碎电机安装在箱体左端面下部,且破碎电机输出轴与其中一个破碎轴的左端固接,所述箱体下端面中部开有下料口,所述下料口的左右两侧分别安装一块导流板,所述灰尘箱安装在箱体右侧,所述风机出口通过连接管与灰尘箱连接,所述吸灰口固设在箱体右侧内壁上,所述吸灰口通过管道与外接风机进口连接。
每个接料斗内送料轴上固接的拨片数目为3个或4个。
所述接料斗底部开有供固废脱出的豁口。
所述吸灰口呈喇叭形结构。
采用本技术方案,具有以下有益效果:

2、破碎过程中,无灰尘溢出,对人体损伤小。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明公布了一种固体废料破碎装置,包括:箱体1、进料仓2、接料斗3、送料轴4、送料电机5、拨片6、破碎轴7、破碎刀8、破碎电机9、传动带10、导流板11、下料口12、灰尘箱13、吸灰口14、风机15、连接管16,所述进料仓2安装在箱体1顶部,且进料仓2的底部伸入箱体1内部,所述进料仓2底部均匀地安装有接料斗3,所述送料轴4通过轴承水平安装在箱体1内部上侧,且送料轴4贯穿每个接料斗3,所述送料电机5安装在箱体1左端面上,且送料电机5输出轴与送料轴4左端固接,所述送料轴4伸入接料斗3内部的部分安装有拨片6,所述破碎轴7为两个转动安装在箱体1内部下侧,所述破碎刀8均匀安装在破碎轴7上,且两个破碎轴7上的破碎刀8相互交错,所述破碎轴7左部固接一个转盘,两个破碎轴7之间通过传动带10连接,所述破碎电机9安装在箱体1左端面下部,且破碎电机9输出轴与其中一个破碎轴7的左端固接,所述箱体1下端面中部开有下料口12,所述下料口12的左右两侧分别安装一块导流板11,所述灰尘箱13安装在箱体1右侧,所述风机15出口通过连接管16与灰尘箱13连接,所述吸灰口14固设在箱体1右侧内壁上,所述吸灰口14通过管道与外接风机15进口连接。
每个接料斗内送料轴3上固接的拨片6数目为3个或4个。
所述接料斗3底部开有供固废脱出的豁口。
所述吸灰口14呈喇叭形结构。
本发明是这样实施的:将待破碎的固废从进料仓2中加入,启动送料电机5与破碎电机9,固废从进料仓2中下落至接料斗3内,送料电机5转动带动送料轴4转动,从而带动送料轴4上拨片6一起转动,将固废间歇性地甩出至下方的破碎刀8之间,破碎电机9带动两个破碎轴7转动,破碎轴7带动破碎刀8转动,从而对固废进行破碎,最后碎料从下料口12中排出,破碎过程中产生的粉尘颗粒被风机15吸入,最后排至灰尘箱13内,采用本技术方案,间歇性的破碎能够保证破碎效率,且无粉尘排出,对人体无损伤。

1.一种固体废料破碎装置,包括:箱体、进料仓、接料斗、送料轴、送料电机、拨片、破碎轴、破碎刀、破碎电机、传动带、导流板、下料口、灰尘箱、吸灰口、风机、连接管,所述进料仓安装在箱体顶部,且进料仓的底部伸入箱体内部,所述进料仓底部均匀地安装有接料斗,所述送料轴通过轴承水平安装在箱体内部上侧,且送料轴贯穿每个接料斗,所述送料电机安装在箱体左端面上,且送料电机输出轴与送料轴左端固接,所述送料轴伸入接料斗内部的部分安装有拨片,所述破碎轴为两个转动安装在箱体内部下侧,所述破碎刀均匀安装在破碎轴上,且两个破碎轴上的破碎刀相互交错,所述破碎轴左部固接一个转盘,两个破碎轴之间通过传动带连接,所述破碎电机安装在箱体左端面下部,且破碎电机输出轴与其中一个破碎轴的左端固接,所述箱体下端面中部开有下料口,所述下料口的左右两侧分别安装一块导流板,所述灰尘箱安装在箱体右侧,所述风机出口通过连接管与灰尘箱连接,所述吸灰口固设在箱体右侧内壁上,所述吸灰口通过管道与外接风机进口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体废料破碎装置,其特征在于:每个接料斗内送料轴上固接的拨片数目为3个或4个。
