Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型催化法烟气处理工艺。采用管壳式换热器,将焦化厂烟道烟气的热量用于加热脱硫装置出口的热量;经过换热器,使得原烟气温度从300℃降低到100℃左右,然后进入脱硫塔的催化剂固定床,烟气中的二氧化硫被催化氧化,脱硫后的烟气再经过换热器加热后输送至脱硝工段进行处理;在催化剂上的二氧化硫经催化氧化生成硫酸,当催化剂内的硫酸达到饱和后进行再生;再生采用梯级循环再生方式,通过不同浓度的稀酸进行分级淋洗,最终将床层内的硫酸转化到再生液中,脱硫剂的活性得到恢复,静置沥干一段时间后,即可再次投入使用,同时获得20%左右浓度的稀酸产品。本发明提供了一种能充分的将烟气中的热量充分利用的新型催化法烟气处理工艺。

背景技术
[0002]焦化厂烟道烟气原始温度较高,现有技术中一般未将烟气热量加以利用,而是将 热量直接排放,造成了极大的能源浪费,同时污染了环境。
发明内容
[0003]本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种能充分的将烟气中的热量充分利用的新 型催化法烟气处理工艺。
[0004]为此本发明采用的技术方案是:采用管壳式换热器,将焦化厂烟道烟气的热量用 于加热脱硫装置出口的热量; 经过换热器,使得原烟气温度从300°C降低到100。(:左右,然后进入脱硫塔的催化剂固 定床,烟气中的二氧化硫被催化氧化,脱硫后的烟气再经过换热器加热后输送至脱硝工段 进行处理;在催化剂上的二氧化硫经催化氧化生成硫酸,当催化剂内的硫酸达到饱和后进 行再生; 再生采用梯级循环再生方式,通过不同浓度的稀酸进行分级淋洗,最终将床层内的硫 酸转化到再生液中,脱硫剂的活性得到恢复,静置沥干一段时间后,即可再次投入使用,同 时获得20%左右浓度的稀酸产品。

[0007] 焦化厂烟道烟气原始温度较高,可将其热量进行充分利用,本项目中采用管壳式 换热器,将原烟气的热量用于加热脱硫装置出口的热量,从而减少热源消耗。经过换热器, 使得原烟气温度从300°C降低到100°C左右,然后进入脱硫塔的催化剂固定床,烟气中的二 氧化硫被催化氧化,脱硫后的烟气再经过换热器加热后输送至脱硝工段进行处理。在催化 剂上的二氧化硫经催化氧化生成硫酸,当催化剂内的硫酸达到饱和后进行再生。
[0008] 再生采用梯级循环再生方式,通过不同浓度的稀酸进行分级淋洗,最终将床层内 的硫酸转化到再生液中,脱硫剂的活性得到恢复,静置沥干一段时间后,即可再次投入使 用,同时获得20%左右浓度的稀酸产品。

1.新型催化法烟气处理工艺,其特征在于,采用管壳式换热器,将焦化厂烟道烟气的热 量用于加热脱硫装置出口的热量; 经过换热器,使得原烟气温度从3〇〇 r降低到100 -C左右,然后进入脱硫塔的催化剂固 定床,烟气中的二氧化硫被催化氧化,脱硫后的烟气再经过换热器加热后输送至脱硝工段 进行处理;在催化剂上的二氧化硫经催化氧化生成硫酸,当催化剂内的硫酸达到饱和后进 行再生; 再生采用梯级循环再生方式,通过不同浓度的稀酸进行分级淋洗,最终将床层内的硫 酸转化到再生液中,脱硫剂的活性得到恢复,静置沥干一段时间后,g卩可再次投入使用,同 时获得20%左右浓度的稀酸产品。
