本发明的目的是提供一种增强老年人体质的中药枕，取糜子、当归、海藻、何首乌、黄芪、丹参、瓦楞子、茯苓、三七、杜仲、王不留行、蚕沙混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。有补中益气、利水健脾、活血通络、祛风除湿的功效，使老年人可以在睡眠中增强体质，避免由于体质偏弱引起的各种老年病。

技术领域
本发明属于药枕领域，具体涉及一种增强老年人体质的中药枕。
背景技术
人体处于不同的年龄阶段，在结构、功能、代谢以及对外界刺激反应等方面表现出体质差异性。老年人机体生理功能衰退，随着阴阳气血、津液代谢和情志活动的变化，老年性疾病逐渐增多，平和体质相对较少，偏颇体质较多，所以如何增强老年人体质，是防止各种老年病的关键所在。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种增强老年人体质的中药枕，有补中益气、利水健脾、活血通络、祛风除湿的功效，使老年人可以在睡眠中增强体质，避免由于体质偏弱引起的各种老年易发疾病。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种增强老年人体质的中药枕，是在无纺布制成的枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的：
糜子 20～25 当归 5～7 海藻 2～4 何首乌 7～11
黄芪4～6 丹参 4～6 瓦楞子5～9 茯苓 7～11
三七 4～8 杜仲 7～11 王不留行 3～5 蚕沙25～30。
优选的，在无纺布枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的：
糜子 23 当归 6 海藻 3 何首乌9
黄芪5 丹参 5 瓦楞子7 茯苓 9
三七 6 杜仲 9 王不留行 4 蚕沙28。
中医认为老年人年老体弱、气血衰弱，易被外邪所侵，所以应匡扶正气，达邪外出。本发明中药枕所采用的药物，糜子、杜仲、何首乌、当归补中益气、养血滋阴、健脾；三七、丹参、瓦楞子活血通经、镇痛；黄芪、海藻、茯苓利水健脾，降压；蚕沙、王不留行除风痹、内寒。诸药合用共奏补中益气、利水健脾、活血通络、祛风除湿的功效，老年人长时间使用可以强身健体，避免各种疾病的发生。
为考察本发明中药枕的临床疗效，选择50例体质较弱的老年患者进行了临床疗效观察。
50例老年患者，无明显疾病，仅表现为体弱多病，年感冒次数大于3次。
治疗方式
每日睡觉使用本发明的中药枕，连续使用3个月。
疗效结果
连续口服1年后，50例老年人体质明显增强，感冒、手脚冰凉、浑身乏力、记忆力减退的发生率明显下降，50例老年人仅有1例患者得了感冒，2例依然不同程度的存在手脚冰凉、记忆力减退的现象，无患者存在浑身乏力的现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取糜子200g、当归 50 g、 海藻 20 g、何首乌 70 g、黄芪40 g、丹参 40 g、瓦楞子50g、茯苓 70 g、三七 40 g、杜仲 70 g、王不留行 30 g、蚕沙250 g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。
实施例2
取糜子250g、当归 70g、海藻 40g、何首乌 110g、黄芪60g、丹参60g、瓦楞子90g、茯苓110g、三七 80g、 杜仲 110g、王不留行50g、蚕沙300g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。
实施例3
取糜子 230g、当归 6 0g、海藻 30g、何首乌90g、黄芪5 0g、丹参 50g、瓦楞子70g、茯苓90g、三七 60g、杜仲 9 0g、王不留行 4 0g、蚕沙280g混合均匀，粉碎成碎末，填充入由无纺布制成的枕套中，制成中药枕。

1.一种增强老年人体质的中药枕，其特征在于：是在无纺布制成的枕套中填充如下重量份数的中药碎末制得的：
糜子 20～25 当归 5～7 海藻 2～4 何首乌 7～11
黄芪4～6 丹参 4～6 瓦楞子5～9 茯苓 7～11
三七 4～8 杜仲 7～11 王不留行 3～5 蚕沙25～30。
