麻雀,是文鸟科麻雀属小型鸟类的统称,其肉:性味甘、温,入肾经;具有壮阳益精,暖腰膝的功效;
乳鸽,肉味咸、性平、无毒;具有滋补肝肾之作用,可以补气血对于肾虚体弱、心神不宁、体力透支者均有功效,常吃可使身体强健;乳鸽的骨内含丰富的软骨素,常食能增加皮肤弹性,改善血液循环。乳鸽肉含有较多的支链氨基酸和精氨酸,可促进体内蛋白质的合成,加快创伤愈合;
杜仲,是中国名贵滋补药材。其味甘,性温;有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨,清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,广谱抗菌,兴奋中枢神经,提高白血球药理作用;
肉苁蓉,性味:味甘、咸,性温;归经:归肾、大肠经;功能主治:补肾阳、益精血,润肠道;
芡实,功能补中益气,益肾固精,除湿止带;
巴戟天,具有补肾助阳、强筋壮骨、祛风除湿功效;
地黄,味甘、性温,具有补血滋润、益精填髓功效;
远志,性温,味苦、辛,具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿的功能,用于心肾不交引起的失眠多梦、健忘惊悸,神志恍惚。在《神农本草经》中,列为上品,并被视为养命要药;

(1)主料初加工:将乳鸽、麻雀宰杀、去内脏、清洗,得净料,将净乳鸽、麻雀切大核桃块,入适量沸水中(放适量小米黄酒)焯水2~3分钟,捞出洗掉肉表面浮沫,留汤待用;
(2)辅料准备:分别用温水将洗净的,山药切滚刀块,生姜切片备用;
(3)麻雀乳鸽汤制备:
①将步骤1中焯水的乳鸽汤过滤后放入电煲砂锅中,放入乳鸽、麻雀、杜仲、肉苁蓉、芡实、巴戟天、地黄、远志、麦门冬、红枣、莲子、姜片、花椒、小米黄酒,小火炖1.5~2小时;
