本发明公开了一种具有缓冲线条的木门,包括门框和芯板,在门框上设置有卡槽,芯板的侧边插卡固定在门框的卡槽内,在芯板与卡槽内壁之间设置有线条结构,线条结构包括线条主体,在线条主体的侧面上设置有缓冲凹槽,在缓冲凹槽的底部均匀设置有缓冲孔,在缓冲凹槽内设置有抵接条,在缓冲孔内设置有缓冲弹簧,抵接条的底面抵接在缓冲弹簧上且抵接条在缓冲弹簧的作用下外侧面抵压在卡槽内壁或芯板表面上。本发明的结构设置合理,其不但可有效且快速的实现门框、芯板和线条的组装,而且采用缓冲弹簧与抵压条相配合,使芯板与门框之间具有一定的缓冲空间,可保证木门的整体牢固度,防止木门发生缩胀变形,保证了使用可靠性,适用性强且实用性好。

技术领域
本发明属于木门结构,具体涉及一种具有缓冲线条的木门。
背景技术
木门一般是由框架和芯板组成,并在芯板与框架的衔接处采用线条固定的方式将芯板与框架实现固定,然而在实际使用过程中,由于温度和湿度的变化,木门存在一定的缩胀的情况,从而会导致芯板与线条之间、线条与框架之间产生裂缝,从而会影响木门的正常使用,故而适用性和实用性受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设置合理且使用稳定性好的具有缓冲线条的木门。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种具有缓冲线条的木门,包括门框和芯板,在所述门框上设置有卡槽,所述芯板的侧边插卡固定在门框的卡槽内,在所述芯板与所述卡槽内壁之间设置有线条结构,所述线条结构包括线条主体,在所述线条主体的侧面上设置有缓冲凹槽,在所述缓冲凹槽的底部均匀设置有缓冲孔,在所述缓冲凹槽内设置有抵接条,在所述缓冲孔内设置有缓冲弹簧,所述抵接条的底面抵接在缓冲弹簧上且所述抵接条在所述缓冲弹簧的作用下外侧面抵压在卡槽内壁或芯板表面上。
在所述卡槽内均匀设置有插槽,在所述芯板的侧面上均匀设置有插接凸块,所述芯板与所述卡槽连接时,所述插接凸块卡入所述插槽内。
在所述卡槽的内壁和芯板的侧边上均设置有燕尾插槽,所述抵接条为燕尾形且抵接条插入所述燕尾插槽内。
所述插接凸块的宽度小于插槽的宽度且所述抵压条的宽度小于燕尾插槽的宽度。
所述框架、线条主体整体涂装油漆或芯板与线条主体整体涂装油漆。
在所述门框的侧面设置有至少一个定位插孔,在所述定位插孔内设置有定位插销,在所述芯板的侧面上设置有位置与所述定位插孔位置相配合的圆孔。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构设置合理,其不但可有效且快速的实现门框、芯板和线条的组装,而且采用缓冲弹簧与抵压条相配合,使芯板与门框之间具有一定的缓冲空间,可保证木门的整体牢固度,同时也可有效的防止木门发生缩胀变形,保证了使用可靠性,适用性强且实用性好。

见图1,一种具有缓冲线条的木门,包括门框1和芯板2,在所述门框1上设置有卡槽3,所述芯板2的侧边插卡固定在门框的卡槽3内,在所述芯板2与所述卡槽3内壁之间设置有线条结构4,所述线条结构4包括线条主体41,在所述线条主体41的侧面上设置有缓冲凹槽42,在所述缓冲凹槽的底部均匀设置有缓冲孔43,在所述缓冲凹槽42内设置有抵接条44,在所述缓冲孔43内设置有缓冲弹簧45,所述抵接条的底面抵接在缓冲弹簧上且所述抵接条在所述缓冲弹簧的作用下外侧面抵压在卡槽内壁或芯板表面上。
在所述卡槽3内均匀设置有插槽5,在所述芯板2的侧面上均匀设置有插接凸块6,所述芯板2与所述卡槽3连接时,所述插接凸块6卡入所述插槽5内。
在所述卡槽3的内壁和芯板2的侧边上均设置有燕尾插槽7,所述抵接条44为燕尾形且抵接条插入所述燕尾插槽内。
所述插接凸块的宽度小于插槽的宽度且所述抵压条的宽度小于燕尾插槽的宽度。
所述框架、线条主体整体涂装油漆或芯板与线条主体整体涂装油漆。
在所述门框1的侧面设置有至少一个定位插孔8,在所述定位插孔内设置有定位插销9,在所述芯板2的侧面上设置有位置与所述定位插孔位置相配合的圆孔10。
本发明的结构设置合理,其不但可有效且快速的实现门框、芯板和线条的组装,而且采用缓冲弹簧与抵压条相配合,使芯板与门框之间具有一定的缓冲空间,可保证木门的整体牢固度,同时也可有效的防止木门发生缩胀变形,保证了使用可靠性,适用性强且实用性好。

1.一种具有缓冲线条的木门,包括门框和芯板,在所述门框上设置有卡槽,所述芯板的侧边插卡固定在门框的卡槽内,其特征在于:在所述芯板与所述卡槽内壁之间设置有线条结构,所述线条结构包括线条主体,在所述线条主体的侧面上设置有缓冲凹槽,在所述缓冲凹槽的底部均匀设置有缓冲孔,在所述缓冲凹槽内设置有抵接条,在所述缓冲孔内设置有缓冲弹簧,所述抵接条的底面抵接在缓冲弹簧上且所述抵接条在所述缓冲弹簧的作用下外侧面抵压在卡槽内壁或芯板表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓冲线条的木门,其特征在于:在所述卡槽内均匀设置有插槽,在所述芯板的侧面上均匀设置有插接凸块,所述芯板与所述卡槽连接时,所述插接凸块卡入所述插槽内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有缓冲线条的木门,其特征在于:在所述卡槽的内壁和芯板的侧边上均设置有燕尾插槽,所述抵接条为燕尾形且抵接条插入所述燕尾插槽内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有缓冲线条的木门,其特征在于:所述插接凸块的宽度小于插槽的宽度且所述抵压条的宽度小于燕尾插槽的宽度。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有缓冲线条的木门,其特征在于:所述框架、线条主体整体涂装油漆或芯板与线条主体整体涂装油漆。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有缓冲线条的木门,其特征在于:在所述门框的侧面设置有至少一个定位插孔,在所述定位插孔内设置有定位插销,在所述芯板的侧面上设置有位置与所述定位插孔位置相配合的圆孔。
