本发明公开了药材加工用切片机,具体为药材加工技术领域,所述切片箱底端的左右两侧均匀设置有万向轮,所述切片箱顶端的右侧设置有进料口,所述进料口的底端设置有进料管,且进料管位于切片箱的内腔中,所述切片箱内腔顶端的中央位置设置有液压装置,所述液压装置底端的动力输出端设置有横杆,所述横杆的底端均匀设置有切割刀片,通过设置输送带便于药材的传输,通过设置液压装置、红外线感应装置和切割刀片,便于对药材进行切片工作,通过在切割刀片上设置螺纹柱,在直杆横杆上设置螺纹孔,使得切割刀片与横杆活动连接,便于切割刀片的更换,替代原有人工切片,有效提高其工作效率,降低其安全隐患。

本发明涉及药材加工技术领域,具体为药材加工用切片机。
背景技术
根据人体阴阳平衡和均衡营养的原理,专业生产采用162味各种有机食材的“扁医”食疗养生餐,为了提高药效,很多药材原料都需要切成片状以便于后续的加工,现有药材的切片一般采用人工处理,切的效率低下,同时存在安全隐患,工人劳动力度大,为此,我们提出药材加工用切片机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供药材加工用切片机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有药材的切片一般采用人工处理,切的效率低下,同时存在安全隐患,工人劳动力度大的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:药材加工用切片机,包括切片箱,所述切片箱底端的左右两侧均匀设置有万向轮,所述切片箱顶端的右侧设置有进料口,所述进料口的底端设置有进料管,且进料管位于切片箱的内腔中,所述切片箱内腔顶端的中央位置设置有液压装置,所述液压装置底端的动力输出端设置有横杆,所述横杆的底端均匀设置有切割刀片,所述横杆底端的左侧设置有红外线感应装置,所述切片箱内腔的底端设置有四组支柱,纵向两组所述支柱之间设置有辊轮,两组所述辊轮之间设置有输送带,左侧所述辊轮的前端贯穿左侧前端支柱的顶端设置有转轴,所述转轴上套接有从动轮,左侧前端所述支柱的右侧设置有支撑架,所述支撑架的顶端设置有电机,所述电机前表面的动力输出端通过转轴设置有与从动轮相配合的主动轮,所述主动轮和从动轮之间设置有皮带,所述切片箱的左侧设置有出料口,且出料口贯穿切片箱的左侧壁延伸至左侧辊轮的下方,所述切片箱顶端的左侧设置有控制装置,且控制装置分别与液压装置、红外线感应装置和电机电性连接。
优选的,所述切割刀片顶端的中央位置设置有螺纹柱,所述横杆的底端设置有与螺纹柱相配合的螺纹孔。
优选的,所述切片箱的前表面铰接有检修门,且在检修门上设置有透明观察窗。
优选的,所述辊轮与支柱的连接处设置有轴承,且轴承镶嵌在支柱的内腔中。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供药材加工用切片机,通过设置输送带便于药材的传输,通过设置液压装置、红外线感应装置和切割刀片,便于对药材进行切片工作,通过在切割刀片上设置螺纹柱,在直杆横杆上设置螺纹孔,使得切割刀片与横杆活动连接,便于切割刀片的更换,本发明结构简单,使用方便,替代原有人工切片,有效提高其工作效率,降低其安全隐患。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:药材加工用切片机,包括切片箱1,所述切片箱1底端的左右两侧均匀设置有万向轮2,所述切片箱1顶端的右侧设置有进料口3,所述进料口3的底端设置有进料管4,且进料管4位于切片箱1的内腔中,所述切片箱1内腔顶端的中央位置设置有液压装置5,所述液压装置5底端的动力输出端设置有横杆6,所述横杆6的底端均匀设置有切割刀片7,所述横杆6底端的左侧设置有红外线感应装置8,所述切片箱1内腔的底端设置有四组支柱9,纵向两组所述支柱9之间设置有辊轮10,两组所述辊轮10之间设置有输送带11,左侧所述辊轮10的前端贯穿左侧前端支柱9的顶端设置有转轴12,所述转轴12上套接有从动轮13,左侧前端所述支柱9的右侧设置有支撑架14,所述支撑架14的顶端设置有电机15,所述电机15前表面的动力输出端通过转轴12设置有与从动轮13相配合的主动轮16,所述主动轮16和从动轮13之间设置有皮带17,所述切片箱1的左侧设置有出料口18,且出料口18贯穿切片箱1的左侧壁延伸至左侧辊轮10的下方,所述切片箱1顶端的左侧设置有控制装置19,且控制装置19分别与液压装置5、红外线感应装置8和电机15电性连接。
其中,所述切割刀片7顶端的中央位置设置有螺纹柱,所述横杆6的底端设置有与螺纹柱相配合的螺纹孔,使得切割刀片7与横杆6活动连接,便于切割刀片7的更换,所述切片箱1的前表面铰接有检修门,且在检修门上设置有透明观察窗,便于对切片箱1的内腔查看和检修,所述辊轮10与支柱9的连接处设置有轴承,且轴承镶嵌在支柱9的内腔中。
工作原理:使用时,开启电机15,带动主动轮16转动,从而带动从动轮13转动,使得两组辊轮10转动,药材通过进料口3到达进料管4中到达输送带11上,药材在输送带11上移动,红外线感应装置8感应到药材时,电机15停止工作,液压装置5工作,使得切割刀片7下压对药材进行切片,切片后,切割刀片7上升,开启电机15,切片后的药材通过输送带11到出料口18,完成药材的切片工作。

1.药材加工用切片机,包括切片箱(1),其特征在于:所述切片箱(1)底端的左右两侧均匀设置有万向轮(2),所述切片箱(1)顶端的右侧设置有进料口(3),所述进料口(3)的底端设置有进料管(4),且进料管(4)位于切片箱(1)的内腔中,所述切片箱(1)内腔顶端的中央位置设置有液压装置(5),所述液压装置(5)底端的动力输出端设置有横杆(6),所述横杆(6)的底端均匀设置有切割刀片(7),所述横杆(6)底端的左侧设置有红外线感应装置(8),所述切片箱(1)内腔的底端设置有四组支柱(9),纵向两组所述支柱(9)之间设置有辊轮(10),两组所述辊轮(10)之间设置有输送带(11),左侧所述辊轮(10)的前端贯穿左侧前端支柱(9)的顶端设置有转轴(12),所述转轴(12)上套接有从动轮(13),左侧前端所述支柱(9)的右侧设置有支撑架(14),所述支撑架(14)的顶端设置有电机(15),所述电机(15)前表面的动力输出端通过转轴(12)设置有与从动轮(13)相配合的主动轮(16),所述主动轮(16)和从动轮(13)之间设置有皮带(17),所述切片箱(1)的左侧设置有出料口(18),且出料口(18)贯穿切片箱(1)的左侧壁延伸至左侧辊轮(10)的下方,所述切片箱(1)顶端的左侧设置有控制装置(19),且控制装置(19)分别与液压装置(5)、红外线感应装置(8)和电机(15)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药材加工用切片机,其特征在于:所述切割刀片(7)顶端的中央位置设置有螺纹柱,所述横杆(6)的底端设置有与螺纹柱相配合的螺纹孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药材加工用切片机,其特征在于:所述切片箱(1)的前表面铰接有检修门,且在检修门上设置有透明观察窗。
