本发明公开了一种生物质节能燃烧装置,其特征在于:包括炉膛(2),设置在炉膛(2)外侧的罐体(1),与炉膛(2)相连通的给料装置,与炉膛(2)相连通的鼓风机(8),以及通过管道与炉膛(2)相连的旋风分离器(12);所述罐体(1)与炉膛(2)之间形成腔体(3),所述罐体(1)上设置有进水口(6)和出水口(11)。本发明的罐体和炉膛之间形成一个腔体,该腔体内可装满水,通过热传递来加热腔体内的水,更好的利用了燃烧装置所产生的热能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃烧装置,具体是指一种生物质节能燃烧装置。
背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,人们在生产生活中对能源的需求量不断增加,生物质能源已被广泛的使用。然而,目前市面上的生物质燃烧装置其所产生的热能利用率不高,造成能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服传统的生物质燃烧装置其所产生的热能利用率不高的缺陷,提供一种生物质节能燃烧装置。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种生物质节能燃烧装置,包括炉膛,设置在炉膛外侧的罐体,与炉膛相连通的给料装置,与炉膛相连通的鼓风机,以及通过管道与炉膛相连的旋风分离器;所述罐体与炉膛之间形成腔体,所述罐体上设置有进水口和出水口。
进一步的,所述给料装置包括与炉膛连通的螺旋给料管,与螺旋给料管相连接用于驱动螺旋给料管的电机,以及与螺旋给料管连通的料斗。
所述炉膛的内部下端设置有网筛,且炉膛底部设置有排灰口。
本发明较现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:
(1)本发明的罐体和炉膛之间形成一个腔体,该腔体内可装满水,通过热传递来加热腔体内的水,更好的利用了燃烧装置所产生的热能。
(2)本发明通过旋风分离器对炉膛输出的燃气进行分离,去除燃气中的颗粒物,使燃气更加环保。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步地详细说明,但本发明的实施方式并不限于此。
实施例
如图1所示,本发明的生物质节能燃烧装置,包括炉膛2,设置在炉膛2外侧的罐体1;该罐体1与炉膛2之间形成腔体3,并且该罐体1上设置有进水口6和出水口11;从进水口6向腔体3内注入清水,当生物质在炉膛2内燃烧时,热量则传递给腔体3内的清水,从而给清水加热,加热后的清水可从出水口11放出,作为人们的生活用水;这样则可以充分利用燃烧装置所产生的热能,避免热能浪费。
为了更好的向炉膛2内添加生物质,该燃烧装置还包括有与炉膛2相连通的给料装置。具体的,该给料装置包括与炉膛2连通的螺旋给料管7,与螺旋给料管7相连接用于驱动螺旋给料管7的电机4,以及与螺旋给料管7连通的料斗5。使用时,向料斗5内添加生物质,打开料斗5,生物质燃料则进入到螺旋给料管7,此时启动电机4,电机4驱动螺旋给料管7,螺旋给料管7则将生物质燃料送入炉膛2内。
为了使生物质燃料燃烧更加充分,该燃烧装置还设置有鼓风机8,该鼓风机8的出风口与炉膛2相连通,通过鼓风机8来带去空气流动,使生物质燃料燃烧更加充分。
本发明的燃烧装置还包括有旋风分离器12,该旋风分离器12的进风口通过管道与炉膛2相连,生物质燃料燃烧所产生的燃气经管道后输送给旋风分离器12,旋风分离器12则将燃气中的颗粒进行分离,使燃气更加环保;经旋风分离器12处理后的燃气输出供人们使用。
另外,该炉膛2的内部下端设置有网筛10,且炉膛2底部设置有排灰口9。生物质燃料燃烧所产生的灰从网筛10掉落到炉膛2底部,通过排灰口9可以将灰排出炉膛2。
如上所述,便可很好的实现本发明。

1.一种生物质节能燃烧装置,其特征在于:包括炉膛(2),设置在炉膛(2)外侧的罐体(1),与炉膛(2)相连通的给料装置,与炉膛(2)相连通的鼓风机(8),以及通过管道与炉膛(2)相连的旋风分离器(12);所述罐体(1)与炉膛(2)之间形成腔体(3),所述罐体(1)上设置有进水口(6)和出水口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物质节能燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述给料装置包括与炉膛(2)连通的螺旋给料管(7),与螺旋给料管(7)相连接用于驱动螺旋给料管(7)的电机(4),以及与螺旋给料管(7)连通的料斗(5)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种生物质节能燃烧装置,其特征在于:所述炉膛(2)的内部下端设置有网筛(10),且炉膛(2)底部设置有排灰口(9)。
