[0002] 微细粒矿物原料回收技术一直是选矿界的难题。随着矿产资源的贫细化和冶金 企业〃精料方针〃的贯彻实施,需要选矿回收处理的微细粒矿物原料越来越多,特别是对量 大、价廉的磁性(强磁性、中磁性或弱磁性)微细粒矿物原料的回收处理。
[0003] 目前,工业上对微细粒级磁性矿物原料的分选回收大都采用筒式磁选机或离心选 矿机,但由于筒式磁选机受到设备结构形式的制约,磁系包角一般只达到9〇_135 ’因此’ 一般只能釆用3-6级磁系,磁选物料在磁选过程中只能翻滚3-6次,不利于将夹杂在其中的 非磁性物料分离出去,另外,采用筒式磁选机在分选矿物时,是将矿浆给到分选槽中,磁性 物料被圆筒带出液面,脱离磁场力后用水冲洗进入磁性物料接料装置中,非磁性物料随着 矿浆流入非磁性物料接矿槽,由于矿浆的量大,造成很大的冲击力,使得微细粒级磁性物料 回收率低。现有的离心重选机中离心强度变化在十余倍甚至百余倍之间,使颗粒的质量力 大为提高,但随着粒度下降,单纯依靠矿物比重差异不足以使不同矿物获得良好的分选,且 在强离心力作用下矿物在器壁沉降的密实,缺少适当的松散度来清除夹杂的脉石矿物,因 此离心选矿机通常存在富集比低、处理能力较小、间断工作等缺点。
发明内容

[0005]本发明的技术方案是:包括导磁外筒、外环磁系、分选转筒、漂洗装置、给料装置、 磁性物料出料斗、非磁性物料出料斗、传动装置、机架;其特征在于:还包括两个可调丝杆或 契^构成的分选转筒坡度调节装置;导磁外筒、传动装置固定在底架上,在导磁外筒的内壁 上等距固定安装着至少2条以上呈螺旋线分布的N—S级交叉排列的磁块组成的外环磁系,分 选转筒的中段套设于导磁外筒内并由固定在底架上的托辊支撑;漂洗装置和给料装置通过 固定在底^或在机架上的悬挂支架悬置在分选转筒内,漂洗装置设在给料装置的对面;在 分选转筒靠近磁性物料出料斗端的内壁上设有筋条状的螺旋卸料板;非磁性物料出料斗和 f性物料出料斗分别安装在分选转筒两侧并固定在机架上,底架的一端与机架铰接,另一 端通过分选转筒坡度调节装置支撑在机架上,分选转筒通过传动装置中的皮带轮带动旋 转。

[0017]应用举例:某矿山铁矿矿石性质属低硫的酸性单一磁铁矿矿石,矿石中金属矿物 主要是磁铁矿(有83_51 %的铁分布在磁铁矿中),少量褐铁矿和菱铁矿不具备回收价值。脉 石矿物以石英为主,其次是绿泥石、白云母和絹云母。主要金属矿物和主要脉石矿物都为微 细粒紧密嵌布,当粒级在+ 0 • 〇37mm时,磁铁矿正累计分布率仅为19.95%。对该矿石采用本 发明永磁呙心磁选机进行分选,在给矿粒度为99%-0.037mm(-21 Y M占90%,D50为9.9" M),给矿品位36 • 21%,螺旋磁系三条筒表面磁场强度285〇mt,筒体转速400rpm的条件下,经 一次分选,获得铁精矿产率56.55%,铁品位53.59%,铁回收率84.14%。
Claims (5)
- i.—种磁选机,包括导磁外筒、外环磁系、分选转筒、漂洗装置、给料装置、磁性物料出 1斗、非磁性物料出料斗、传动装置、机架;其特征在于:还包括两个可调丝杆或契块构成的 分选转筒坡度调节装置(10);导磁外筒(1)、传动装置(9)固定在底架(12)上,在导磁外筒 (1)的内壁上等距固定安装着至少2条以上呈螺旋线分布的N—s级交叉排列的磁块组成的外 环磁系⑵,分选转筒⑶的中段套设于导磁外筒(1)内并由固定在底架(12)上的托辊支撑; 漂洗装置(4)和给料装置(¾通过固定在底架(12)或在机架(11)上的悬挂支架悬置在分选 转筒⑶内,漂洗装置⑷设在给料装置⑸的对面;在分选转筒⑶靠近磁性物料出料斗(6) 端的内壁上设有筋条状的螺旋卸料板(S);非磁性物料出料斗(7)和磁性物料出料斗(6)分 别安装在分选转筒(3)两侧并固定在机架(11)上,底架(1¾的一端与机架(U)较接,另一端 通过分选转筒坡度调节装置(10)支撑在机架(11)上,分选转筒(3)通过传动装置(9)中的皮 带轮带动旋转。
- 2.如权利要求1所述的磁选机,其特征在于:外环磁系(2)包括3条等距呈螺旋线分布的 N-S级交叉排列的磁块。
- 3.如权利要求1所述的磁选机,其特征在于:分选转筒(3)筒内表面磁场强度为2〇〇〇一 8000mT。
- 4.如权利要求1所述的磁选机,其特征在于:漂洗装置⑷为多排出水孔的管道或容器。
- 5.如权利要求1所述的磁选机,其特征在于:非弱磁性物料出矿斗(7)和磁性物料出料 斗⑹的形状为防止矿浆四派且底部带出矿嘴的端盖,也可为底部带出矿嘴的半环盖。
