Abstract
The invention discloses an end frame, a box body and an LED display device, wherein the end frame is used for assembling the box body of the LED display device and comprises a square frame body and at least one first connecting strip; the square frame body comprises a first short side and a second short side which are oppositely arranged, and a first long side and a second long side which are oppositely arranged; the at least one first connecting strip is connected between the first long side and the second long side. The end frame is used as a component part of the box body of the LED display device, so that the size of the box body can be adjusted, and the cost of the box body is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of LEDs, in particular to an end frame, a box body and an LED display device.
Background
The LED display screen consists of an LED lattice and a panel, and displays contents such as characters, pictures, animation, video and the like by the on-off of LED lamps such as red, blue, white, green and the like. Because the LED display screen has advantages of high brightness, low operating voltage, small power consumption, large size, long life, impact resistance, stable performance, etc., it is widely used for outdoor (e.g., roof of building and front of door, roadside, etc. of business district) advertisement release, and information release at market, station, square, airport, etc.
The LED display screen generally comprises a box body and a plurality of LED display modules fixed on the box body, wherein the LED display modules are spliced into a complete display surface, and a driving module, a power supply, a fan and the like are also fixed on the box body. The box body of the LED display screen is usually formed by die casting, the strength is good, the precision is high, the size is fixed, the change cannot be realized, one die casting die can only form one box body, different dies are required to be developed for different box bodies, and the cost is high.

The invention mainly aims to provide an end frame, which aims to reduce the cost of a box body and realize the adjustable size of the box body.

The end frame 1 of the embodiment is used as a component part of the box body of the LED display device, and can be spliced and assembled into the box body, so that the size of the box body can be adjusted, the condition that one mould can only form a single-size box body is avoided, and a plurality of moulds are not required to be developed for different-size box bodies, so that the cost is greatly reduced; meanwhile, the first connecting strip 11 is further connected between the first long side 14 and the second long side 15 of the end frame 1, so that the strength of the end frame 1 is improved, and the strength of the box body is improved.
In the present invention, when the end frame 1 is assembled with the case, the end frame 1 may be connected to other parts of the case by a connector, the connection may be achieved by inserting the end frame 1 into other parts of the case by providing a plug portion, or the connection may be achieved by providing the end frame 1 with a receiving portion in which other parts of the case are received. The number of the first connection strips 11 can be set according to actual needs, and is usually one, two or three, but is not limited to the listed cases; and the first connecting strip 11 may be disposed in parallel, inclined or intersecting relation to the first short side 12 or the second short side 13.

The first protruding portion 126 and the second protruding portion 136 are formed by extending outwards from the square frame 10 as mounting connection structures, and do not need to be completely formed on the first short side 12 and the second short side 13, which is beneficial to improving the overall strength of the square frame 10.

It is apparent that in other embodiments of the invention, the second long side 15 may be a uniform bar, with no special treatment of the intermediate section 150.

In the present invention, the LED display device may be an LED display screen or an LED tiled screen, but is not limited thereto. The LED spliced screen can be formed by splicing and assembling a plurality of boxes 2.
In this embodiment, further, each corner of each LED display module 8 is embedded with a magnet 80, and the magnet 80 is mounted on the case 2 by being mated with the corresponding module mounting structure 5.
In this embodiment, further, a data connector 90 is installed in each of the two first through holes 152 of the end frame 1, and a power connector 92 is installed in each of the two second through holes 142 'of the end frame 1', so that power and data are communicated through the power connector 92 and the data connector 90, and the LED display module 8 is enabled to operate.
