本发明公布了一种健脑安神保健枕，这种保健枕
以荞麦皮为主要原料，加配川芎、丹参、丹皮、桑叶、菊
花、百合、甘松、薄荷、合欢皮、肉苁蓉、柴胡、白薇制作
而成，具有理气活血、祛风止痛、活血化瘀、养心除烦、
清肝解郁、润肺安神、芳香开窍、补肾壮阳的作用，通
过286例临床应用，对脑外伤后遗症、脑血栓后遗症
及脑出血、脑血管痉挛、高血压、神经衰弱、脑动脉硬
化、不明原因的头昏、头晕、头痛等多种脑疾病有良好
的疗效。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健枕。
目前，市场上流行的神农牌保健枕，它的主要原料是腈纶棉，加一些中草药，使用时腈纶棉保健枕呼气发热，且健脑安神的保健作用不太明显。
本发明的目的是提供一种荞麦皮为主要原料，加配13味中草药，具有理气活血、祛风止痛、活血化瘀、养心除烦、清肝解郁、润肺安神、芳香开窍、补肾壮阳等作用的保健枕。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：保健枕的主要原料是荞麦皮，再加配13味中草药制作而成。每只保健枕配方及计量为：荞麦皮2500克、川芎10克、丹参10克、丹皮8克、桑叶8克、菊花12克、百合10克、甘松8克、薄荷10克、冰片8克、合欢皮8克、肉苁蓉12克、柴胡8克、白薇12克。荞麦皮经过三次筛选，二次清洗后再高温清毒方可使用，药材先进行切割，后制作成颗粒状，再加配到荞麦皮中去，然后装制成枕头。
荞麦皮含大量的芦丁，起到扩张血管降低血压的作用，它不碎不烂使用期可达40年之久，再加配祛风散热、清肝明目、凉解生津的菊花，活血化瘀的川芎，散风热的桑叶，清热凉血止痛的白薇，安神活血、消痛止痛的合欢皮，芳香开窍、消肿止痛的冰片，疏散解热、升提中气的柴胡、解郁提神、清心明目的薄荷，祛瘀止痛、活血调经、养心除烦的丹参，补肾壮阳、益精血、润心肺的肉苁蓉，清心安神、润肺调经的百合，丹皮、甘松等13味中草药，使该保健枕具有理气活血、祛风止痛、活血化瘀、养心除烦、清肝解郁、疏散风热、润肺安神、芳香开窍、补肾壮阳等作用。
使用时，头温及头部的压力使枕内的药物缓缓地散发出来，通过呼吸入于肺，再进入血液，经过血液循环，弥散人体，中药的特殊香味起到闻香祛病之功效。再就是通过药物弥散全身，有助于人体的穴位调节功能的发挥，使全身的经络舒通、气血流畅、脏腑安和，有助于人体的正常机能的恢复，可使挛缩的肌肉和紧张的血管松弛，利于积存的代谢物排出，以达到降血压、颈肌舒展、血管收缩自由的功效。
通过286例临床应用，对脑外伤后遗症、脑血栓后遗症及脑出血、脑血管痉挛、高血压、神经衰弱、脑动脉硬化、不明原因的头昏、头晕、头痛等多种脑疾病有良好的疗效，总有效率达92%。

- 一种健脑安神保健枕，由荞麦皮加配13味中药制成，其特征在于每只保健枕的配方及计量为：荞麦皮2500克、川芎10克、丹参10克、丹皮8克、桑叶8克、菊花12克、百合10克、甘松8克、薄荷10克、冰片8克、合欢皮8克、肉苁蓉12克、柴胡8克、白薇12克。
