本发明公开了一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,包括铝合金导体,在铝合金导体外依次挤包半导电导体屏蔽层以及绝缘层组合成线芯;在线芯外绕包纤维包带层,纤维包带层设有钢带屏蔽层,钢带屏蔽层外设有聚酯橡胶隔离垫,在聚酯橡胶隔离垫外编织芳纶抗拉元件,在芳纶抗拉元件外设有聚全氟乙丙烯外护套。本发明具有极好高的机械强度和优良的耐化学药品性,还具有优异的耐水解性、优异的耐油性和耐燃油性等。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,特别是涉及一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆。
背景技术
架空绝缘电缆的跨度的选择直接影响到送电线路的工程造价和运行安全,工程造价和运行安全目前处于相互制约的问题,架空绝缘电缆电缆虽已广泛应用,但跨度距离短、安全性不高、工程造价等问题近期才日益突出,并引起电力部门高度重视。
国内已经有架空绝缘电缆国家标准,该标准中只是规定了纯铝芯架空绝缘电缆的结构形式和技术要求,纯铝芯架空绝缘电缆远远满足不了大跨越、柔韧性、抗腐蚀的敷设要求,遇到江河阻隔或不易短距离设置跨越点、弯曲半径小、环境恶劣的情况时,该电缆敷设还有外设钢绞线以支撑起电缆的强度要求,采用该形式,工程造价将会明显提高,并且线夹和架空绝缘电缆会有一定摩擦,直接影响到电缆的使用寿命和线路的安全运行。采用高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆必然会成为其替代产品,高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆在常规工程中也可以加大跨越点,降低工程造价。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,包括铝合金导体,在铝合金导体外依次挤包半导电导体屏蔽层以及绝缘层组合成线芯;在线芯外绕包纤维包带层,纤维包带层设有钢带屏蔽层,钢带屏蔽层外设有聚酯橡胶隔离垫,在聚酯橡胶隔离垫外编织芳纶抗拉元件,在芳纶抗拉元件外设有聚全氟乙丙烯外护套。
进一步改进,所述的纤维包带层的厚度为2-3cm。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层为耐候、耐光性交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:
1、半导电屏蔽层设置在导体的外表面,半导电屏蔽层是由电阻率很低且厚度较薄的半导电材料构成,半导电屏蔽层是为了均匀导体外表面电场,避免因导体表面不光滑以及线芯绞合产生的气隙而造成导体和绝缘发生局部放电。设有钢带屏蔽层,防止轴向表面放电,电缆在没有良好接地的环境中,由于半导电层有一定的电阻系数,在电缆轴向可能引起电位分布不均匀,造成电缆沿面放电。另外,正常情况下流过电容电流,短路时金属带可作为短路故障电流的回路,提高金属屏蔽层电容电流及短路电流传输能力及抗电磁干扰、均化电场的能力。
2、采用芳纶抗拉元件替代钢丝铠装抗拉元件,不仅使得电缆的抗拉强度得到了很大的提高,而且柔韧性好,具有很好的抗氧化性与阻燃性能,而且断裂伸长率较小,不易发生变形。另外,芳纶材料的密度相比降低很多,相同抗拉强度要求下可大大降低电缆的重量。
3、在导体上绝缘一层半导电屏蔽层以均化电场、其后挤包一层耐候、耐光性交联聚乙烯绝缘层以增加电缆整体运行温度和长期运行的安全性。
4、采用聚酯橡胶隔离垫,使得电缆具有极好高的机械强度和优良的耐化学药品性,还使得电缆具有优异的耐水解性、优异的耐油性和耐燃油性。
5、电缆采用聚全氟乙丙烯作为外护套,耐高低温性能好,可在-250~200℃环境下长期使用,耐磨性好,自润滑性能优良,电绝缘性能优异,并且不受工作环境、湿度、温度和频率的影响,具有良好的耐电弧性,具有较高的阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,除与高温下的氟元素、熔融的碱金属和三氟化氯等发生反应外,与其他化学药品不发生反应,性质稳定,不容易被化学药品腐蚀。而且具有气密性好、耐辐照、低温柔性好、与金属和玻璃的粘结力强等优点。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,包括铝合金导体1,在铝合金导体外依次挤包半导电导体屏蔽层2以及绝缘层3组合成线芯;在线芯外绕包纤维包带层4,纤维包带层设有钢带屏蔽层5,钢带屏蔽层外设有聚酯橡胶绝缘层6,在聚酯橡胶绝缘层外编织芳纶抗拉元件7,在芳纶抗拉元件外设有聚全氟乙丙烯外护套8,电缆采用聚全氟乙丙烯作为外护套,耐高低温性能好,可在-250~200℃环境下长期使用,耐磨性好,自润滑性能优良,电绝缘性能优异,并且不受工作环境、湿度、温度和频率的影响,具有良好的耐电弧性,具有较高的阻燃性和耐腐蚀性,除与高温下的氟元素、熔融的碱金属和三氟化氯等发生反应外,与其他化学药品不发生反应,性质稳定,不容易被化学药品腐蚀。而且具有气密性好、耐辐照、低温柔性好、与金属和玻璃的粘结 力强等优点。
为了进一步使得电缆的达到优异的性能,所述的纤维包带层的厚度为2-3cm。
所述的绝缘层为耐候、耐光性交联聚乙烯绝缘层,使得电缆具有优异的耐候、耐光性。

1.一种高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,包括铝合金导体,在铝合金导体外依次挤包半导电导体屏蔽层以及绝缘层组合成线芯;其特征在于:在线芯外绕包纤维包带层,纤维包带层设有钢带屏蔽层,钢带屏蔽层外设有聚酯橡胶隔离垫,在聚酯橡胶隔离垫外编织芳纶抗拉元件,在芳纶抗拉元件外设有聚全氟乙丙烯外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述的纤维包带层的厚度为2-3cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高柔韧抗拉抗腐蚀铝合金架空绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层为耐候、耐光性交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
