Abstract
本发明公开了一种茶叶干燥除尘装置,涉及茶叶机械技术领域;包括一个封闭的茶叶干燥室,所述茶叶干燥室内设置有空心的圆柱体形状的茶叶干燥筒,其筒壁设有若干排气孔,所述茶叶干燥筒内设有加热部件;所述茶叶干燥筒左右两端通过支座设置有呈水平状的转动轴,其中至少一根转动轴穿出所述茶叶干燥室外通过减速器与驱动装置连接;所述茶叶干燥室设有连通室外的抽气管道,所述抽气管道上设有抽气装置;所述茶叶干燥室和所述茶叶干燥筒均设有茶叶投放口和封盖。本发明可以解决现有茶叶干燥装置存在的灰尘较大、影响工人身体健康的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶机械技术领域,尤其是一种用于茶叶干燥过程除尘的装置。
背景技术
在茶叶加工技术领域中,不论是红茶、绿茶还是黑茶、白茶,均需要进行一道去除茶叶中水份的干燥工序,而干燥工序不可避免地要用到茶叶干燥装置,现有的茶叶干燥装置可以去除茶叶中的水份,但干燥过程会产生大量的茶尘,由于茶叶干燥生产多是在车间厂房内进行,干燥过程产生的茶尘会导致整个生产场所灰尘较大,对环境和工人的身体健康存在较大的影响;同时,大量的茶尘也会给后续茶汤的冲泡带来影响,降低饮茶口感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种茶叶干燥除尘装置,它可以解决现有茶叶干燥装置存在的灰尘较大、影响工人身体健康的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种茶叶干燥除尘装置,包括一个封闭的茶叶干燥室,所述茶叶干燥室内设置有空心的圆柱体形状的茶叶干燥筒,其筒壁设有若干排气孔,所述茶叶干燥筒内设有加热部件;所述茶叶干燥筒左右两端通过支座设置有呈水平状的转动轴,其中至少一根转动轴穿出所述茶叶干燥室外通过减速器与驱动装置连接;所述茶叶干燥室设有连通室外的抽气管道,所述抽气管道上设有抽气装置;所述茶叶干燥室和所述茶叶干燥筒均设有茶叶投放口和封盖。
以上技术方案中,进一步的方案可以是:所述茶叶干燥筒的轴心线与所述转动轴同轴,所述转动轴分成左半轴和右半轴。
进一步的:所述加热部件为电热管。
进一步的:所述驱动装置为电机。
进一步的:所述抽气装置为吸风机。
进一步的:所述茶叶干燥室设有接尘槽,所述接尘槽设在所述茶叶干燥筒的下方。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明将茶叶干燥筒设置在一个封闭的腔室内,确保茶叶干燥过程产生的灰尘被封闭在腔室内;茶叶干燥腔室设置有抽气管道,管道内设置有吸风机,能有效吸走干燥室内的茶尘;
2、茶叶干燥腔室的下部设有接尘槽,从茶叶干燥筒的排气孔掉出的茶尘掉到接尘槽内。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图1所示的这种茶叶干燥除尘装置,包括一个封闭的茶叶干燥室1,茶叶干燥室1内设置有空心的圆柱体形状的茶叶干燥筒7,其筒壁设有若干排气孔6,茶叶干燥筒7的轴心线与转动轴同轴,茶叶干燥筒7内设有加热部件8,本实施例中,加热部件8为电热管;茶叶干燥筒7左右两端通过支座9设置有呈水平状的转动轴,转动轴分成左半轴10和右半轴11;其中右半轴11穿出茶叶干燥室1的外侧通过减速器12与驱动装置13连接,本实施例中,驱动装置13为电机;茶叶干燥室1上部的顶板3上设有连通室外的抽气管道2,抽气管道2上设有抽气装置5,本实施例中,抽气装置5为吸风机;茶叶干燥室1设有茶叶投放口16和封盖4,茶叶干燥筒7设有茶叶放置口17和堵盖15;茶叶干燥室1设有接尘槽14,接尘槽14设在茶叶干燥筒7的下方。

1.一种茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:包括一个封闭的茶叶干燥室,所述茶叶干燥室内设置有空心的圆柱体形状的茶叶干燥筒,其筒壁设有若干排气孔,所述茶叶干燥筒内设有加热部件;所述茶叶干燥筒左右两端通过支座设置有呈水平状的转动轴,其中至少一根转动轴穿出所述茶叶干燥室外通过减速器与驱动装置连接;所述茶叶干燥室设有连通室外的抽气管道,所述抽气管道上设有抽气装置;所述茶叶干燥室和所述茶叶干燥筒均设有茶叶投放口和封盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:所述茶叶干燥筒的轴心线与所述转动轴同轴,所述转动轴分成左半轴和右半轴。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:所述加热部件为电热管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:所述抽气装置为吸风机。
6.根据权利要求1所述的茶叶干燥除尘装置,其特征在于:所述茶叶干燥室设有接尘槽,所述接尘槽设在所述茶叶干燥筒的下方。
