本发明公开了具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,涉及照明技术领域;OLED灯板与灯杆通过万向轴相连接;所述的万向轴包括万向球、定制螺母、托架、弹簧;万向球和弹簧位于托架中,弹簧位于万向球的下部,所述的万向球通过定制螺母及弹簧限位,万向球上端杆处与灯杆相连接;定制螺母与托架相连接,万向球中设置有通孔;托架与OLED灯板相连接为一体式结构;本发明可使灯板发光角度随意可调,且灯板轻薄、整灯简洁,制作工艺更简便。

具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别是涉及具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯。
背景技术
OLED有机发光器件照明技术是新一代绿色的固态照明技术,因其节能、环保、光质好,而被誉为最理想的人造光源。近年来,OLED照明技术取得了很大的发展,其发光效率己经超过了节能灯,达到了实用化的水平。然而,照明器具目前价格跟传统照明比较,价格偏高,目前市面上有少量的OLED台灯照明产品,现有LED台灯一般分为灯头、灯体、底座,这三个部分之间的连接无非是通过刚性、转轴、软管等方式,且他们只能实现两两之间的单轴自由度,限制了不同角度灯光的调节。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,实现三自由度(X、Y、Z轴旋转),可使灯板发光角度随意可调,且灯板轻薄、整灯简洁并具有金属质感。本发明的技术目的通过下述技术方案予以实现。
具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,包括OLED灯板,灯杆,底座,所述的OLED灯板与灯杆通过万向轴相连接;所述的万向轴包括万向球、定制螺母、托架、弹簧;所述的万向球和弹簧位于托架中,弹簧位于万向球的下部,所述的万向球通过定制螺母及弹簧限位,所述的万向球上端杆处与灯杆相连接;所述的定制螺母与托架相连接,万向球中设置有通孔;所述的托架与OLED灯板相连接为一体式结构。
所述弹簧为压缩式弹簧,定制螺母与托架通过螺纹相连接。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明可以使灯板实现三自由度(X、Y、Z轴旋转),可使灯板发光角度随意可调,且灯板轻薄、整灯简洁并具有金属质感所使用的万象轴结构通过弹簧实现阻尼调节,使灯板在调整时可以随时停留在某个位置;本OLED台灯一体成型,使台灯制作工艺更简便;托架与定制螺母采用螺文链接安装拆卸更方便。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1、2所示,具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,包括OLED灯板1,灯杆2,底座3,OLED灯板1与灯杆2通过万向轴4相连接;万向轴4包括万向球41、定制螺母42、托架43、弹簧44;万向球41和弹簧44位于托架43中,弹簧44位于万向球41的下部,万向球41通过定制螺母42及弹簧44限位,万向球41上端杆处与灯杆2相连接;定制螺母42与托架43通过螺纹相连接,万向球41中设置有通孔;托架43与OLED灯板1用螺钉或用焊接相连接为一体式结构。弹簧44为压缩式弹簧,可使万象球41与定制螺母42紧密贴合从而实现阻尼,使OLED灯板1在调整时可以随时停留在某个位置。

1.具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,包括OLED灯板(1),灯杆(2),底座(3),其特征在于,所述的OLED灯板(1)与灯杆(2)通过万向轴(4)相连接;所述的万向轴(4)包括万向球(41)、定制螺母(42)、托架(43)、弹簧(44);所述的万向球(41)和弹簧(44)位于托架(43)中,弹簧(44)位于万向球(41)的下部,所述的万向球(41)通过定制螺母(42)及弹簧(44)限位,所述的万向球(41)上端杆处与灯杆(2)相连接;所述的定制螺母(42)与托架(43)相连接,万向球(41)中设置有通孔;所述的托架(43)与OLED灯板(1)相连接为一体式结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,其特征在于,所述弹簧(44)为压缩式弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有万向轴结构的OLED台灯,其特征在于,所述的定制螺母(42)与托架(43)通过螺纹相连接。
