Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to a building component connecting structure.
Background
The existing residential construction mainly adopts a method of casting concrete on site, and the construction process of erecting templates, laying reinforcing steel bars, casting concrete and removing the templates is generally carried out on site. The site construction procedure and management are complex, and the construction cost is high; the building site is not easy to clean because of more building rubbish; noise in site construction seriously affects life and work of surrounding residents, and is not beneficial to environmental protection; the on-site construction quality is not easily ensured due to the influence of factors such as building materials, climate conditions, on-site management, worker quality and the like. The method of constructing a building structure by in situ joining of prefabricated building elements overcomes many of the above-mentioned disadvantages. However, there is a need for a connection between prefabricated building elements that ensures a firm connection with each other.
In the prior art, patent documents CN201738600U and CN104314314a respectively disclose such assembled monolithic building, which comprises an upper layer prefabricated part and a lower layer prefabricated part, wherein a reinforcing bar sleeve is embedded at the bottom of the upper layer prefabricated part, a grouting hole is formed in the side wall of one end, close to the reinforcing bar inlet, of the reinforcing bar sleeve, a grouting hole is formed in the side wall of one end, far away from the reinforcing bar inlet, of the reinforcing bar sleeve, and connecting reinforcing bars suitable for extending into the reinforcing bar sleeve are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the lower layer prefabricated part corresponding to the reinforcing bar sleeve. During assembly, the connecting steel bars are inserted into the steel bar sleeves, cement mortar is injected into the steel bar sleeves from the grouting holes and is solidified, so that the upper-layer prefabricated components and the lower-layer prefabricated components are connected. The longitudinal connecting steel bars on the lower prefabricated component of the structure are exposed outside the contour of the component, so that the lower prefabricated component is easy to collide and damage in manufacturing and transportation, and the increased width of the steel bars also enables the transportation to be easy to be ultra-wide. The operating personnel are easily scratched during installation, and potential safety hazards exist. Further, the portion of the prior art connection structure where the reinforcing bars extend into the sleeve is not prestressed, and the connection strength of this connection portion becomes a weak point of the overall construction.

Example IV
Fig. 4 shows a structure of a fourth embodiment of the construction element connecting structure of the present invention, which differs from the first embodiment in the manner in which the connecting bolts are fixed to the second connecting chambers. In the fourth embodiment, the locking mechanism 40 is disposed in the second connecting cavity 221, the locking mechanism 40 has three clamping members 41 with wedge surfaces circumferentially and annularly arranged, the inner wall of the second connecting cavity 221 corresponding to the clamping members 41 is formed with a taper with a large inner diameter and a small outer diameter corresponding to the included angle of the wedge surfaces, the second connecting cavity 221 is also provided with a biasing spring as a biasing member 42 for applying a pushing force to the clamping members 41 to a small diameter side, and a pattern which is favorable for firm combination is formed on the combining surface between the connecting anchor rod 30 and the clamping members 41. A third injection port 14 communicating with the side surface of the first building element 10 is provided in the first connection chamber 121 at a position closer to the first connection side than the first injection port 11, and both sides of the first sealing mechanism on the connection anchor 30 are respectively provided with a first acting surface which is toward the first injection port 11 and can generate a component force moving toward the second connection chamber 221 along the axial direction of the first connection chamber 121 under fluid pressure, and a second acting surface which is toward the third injection port 14 and can generate a component force moving away from the second connection chamber 221 along the axial direction of the first connection chamber 121 under fluid pressure; the side of the first building element 10 also has a fourth injection port 13 communicating with the first connection chamber 121 and arranged between the first injection port 11 and the third injection port 14. The opening of the connecting anchor rod 30, which is close to the first connecting cavity 121, is sleeved with a positioning sleeve 50, and the positioning sleeve 50 is provided with a third acting surface which faces the third injection port 14 and can generate a component force moving towards the second connecting cavity 221 along the axial direction of the first connecting cavity 121 under the fluid pressure; the first connecting cavity 121 between the opening of the first connecting cavity 121 and the third injection port 14 has a radially inward protruding anti-drop protrusion 1211 on the cavity wall, and a flange 51 that is engaged with the anti-drop protrusion 1211 and protrudes radially outward is formed on a portion of the third acting surface. Wherein the connecting bolt 30 and the spacer sleeve 50 are pre-installed in the first metal sleeve 12.
In the fourth embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pipe wall of the second metal sleeve 22 and the outer wall of the holder 41 are provided with a guide structure formed by a guide protrusion 222 protruding radially inward from the pipe wall of the second metal sleeve 22, and a guide groove 411 formed on the outer wall of the holder 41 to be engaged with the guide protrusion 222. The guide structure plays a role in guiding the movement of the clamping member 41, and also plays a role in preventing the clamping member 41 from rotating during the movement.
The connection process of the building element connection structure in this embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6, in which the first building element 10 and the second building element 20, to which the connection anchor rod 30 and the positioning sleeve 50 are attached, are preset to be put in place (as shown in fig. 4), while the end of the positioning sleeve 50, which is far from the opening of the first connection chamber 121, is located between the fourth injection port 13 and the third injection port 14, and the end of the connection anchor rod 30, which is far from the opening of the first connection chamber 121, is located between the first injection port 11 and the fourth injection port 13. Injecting compressed air into the fourth injection port 13, wherein the compressed air acts on the third acting surface of the positioning sleeve 50 to push the positioning sleeve 50, so that the positioning sleeve 50 slides out of the first connecting cavity 121 and partially slides into the second connecting cavity 221 (as shown in fig. 5), and the positioning sleeve 50 positions the first building component 10 and the second building component 20; when the flange 51 of the positioning sleeve 50 hits the escape preventing protrusion 1211, the positioning sleeve 50 stops sliding, and the escape preventing protrusion 1211 cooperates with the flange 51 to prevent the positioning sleeve 50 from sliding out of the first connecting chamber 121. While the anti-drop projection 1211 cooperates with the flange 51 to form a second sealing mechanism; compressed air is injected into the first injection opening 11, the compressed air acts on the first acting surface of the connecting anchor rod 30, so that the connecting anchor rod 30 moves and partially stretches into the second connecting cavity 221, the connecting anchor rod 30 continues to push the clamping piece 41 which is accurately aligned with the locking mechanism 40 under the guidance of the positioning sleeve 50 and uniformly touches the clamping piece 41 in the locking mechanism 40, the clamping piece 41 is pushed to retreat and moves radially outwards to open under the action of the taper of the inner large and outer small included angles, which correspond to the included angles of the wedge surfaces on the clamping piece 41, formed on the inner wall of the second connecting cavity 221, the connecting anchor rod 30 is buckled on the clamping piece 41 (as shown in fig. 6), the principle is similar to an expansion screw, and the biasing spring pushes the clamping piece 41 in the retreating process of the clamping piece 41, so that the clamping piece 41 moves towards the opening direction of the second connecting cavity 221. Meanwhile, the taper formed on the inner wall of the second connecting cavity 221 corresponding to the clamping piece 41 and corresponding to the included angle of the wedge surface on the clamping piece 41 is also used for driving the three clamping pieces 41 to move towards the radial shrinkage direction, so that the clamping pieces 41 are tightly attached to the insertion end of the connecting anchor rod 30. The thread pattern formed on the joint surface of the connecting anchor rod 30 and the clamping piece 41 plays a role in making the fitting connection more firm and tight. The grout is then injected into the third injection port 14 between the first and second sealing mechanisms, the grout acting on the second active surface of the connecting bolt 30 such that the connecting bolt 30, which is clamped and secured at one end by the locking mechanism 40, is axially stretched and injected to a predetermined pressure, indicating that the connecting bolt 30 has a predetermined prestress, and such pressure is maintained until the grout is cured.
If necessary, the fourth inlet 13 may be filled with slurry and cured.
In the above embodiment, it is possible to adapt to the case where the connecting anchor 30 is short, and the reduction in the length of the connecting anchor 30 can be applied to a relatively small member on the one hand, and the application of a metal material can be reduced to reduce the cost on the other hand. However, if the connecting bolt 30 is long enough, the fourth injection port 13 may not be needed in the above embodiment, and the third injection port 14 may be directly used to simultaneously drive the positioning sleeve 50 to move.
In addition, in the case where the connecting anchor 30 is sufficiently rigid, the positioning sleeve 50 may be further omitted in the above-described embodiment. In such an embodiment, a second sealing mechanism for sealing a gap between the anchor rod 30 and the first connecting chamber 121 is provided on the first connecting chamber 121 chamber wall between the opening of the first connecting chamber 121 and the third injection port 14.
It is apparent that the above examples are given by way of illustration only and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. While still being apparent from variations or modifications that may be made by those skilled in the art are within the scope of the invention.
