一种液态肥配料、灌装系统
技术领域
本发明涉及液态肥生产设备领域,尤其是涉及一种液态肥配料、灌装系统。
背景技术
施肥是农活中必不可少的一环,特别是在土地并不肥沃的地区,而市面上能够买到的普通肥料含量良莠不齐,若是将购买的普通肥料直接进行施肥,很有可能造成养料过剩或不足,使农作物可能会非正常发育,更严重的问题是,滥用肥料极有可能造成环境的污染;有时还会出现具有针对性的将多种肥料混合使用的情况,比如,种植某种农作物,需要氮肥、磷肥、钾肥按一定比例混合,因此为了施肥能够有效的为农作物提供生长所需要的养料,提高产量,通常耕作者会将所买到的肥料进行一定比例的调配、溶解,以科学的方式来为农作物提供足够的养料,且在适当的范围内,尽可能的减少对于环境的污染。然而在我国的农业生产过程中,即便是在大规模的温室生产过程中,肥料混合、溶解的过程也是通过人工计算,人工测量各种肥料的重量或体积,按比例添加到混合桶中,再进行人工搅拌。该过程既浪费人力物力,又不能科学严谨地实现精准肥料用量的控制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上不足,提供一种操作简单、降低成本,即缩短了生产时间,又提高了产品质量的液态肥配料、灌装系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,包括两个并联连接的配料罐,配料罐下面设有数个支架,配料罐顶部设有横梁,横梁上安置有电机,横梁下设有搅拌杆,搅拌杆与电机之间由联轴器连接,搅拌杆下部设有搅拌叶片,搅拌杆上设有刻度层,配料罐下部内壁设有温度传感器,配料罐底部设有出口,配料罐与储存罐连接,储存罐与灌装机连接,配料罐与储存罐之间以及储存罐与灌装机之间均设有泵,配料罐出口处设有阀门。
优选的,所述配料罐为敞口圆柱体。
优选的,所述支架的个数为3个。
优选的,所述搅拌叶片有两组,每组有2个,两组搅拌叶片垂直分布。
优选的,所述搅拌叶片均具有10-20°的倾斜角度。
优选的,每组的两个搅拌叶片的倾斜方向相反。
优选的,所述储存罐为圆柱体。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明将配料罐、储存罐和灌装机串联,实现液态肥配料、灌装一体化工作模式;配料罐中设有搅拌叶片,在混合时可以利用搅拌叶片来使液态肥充分互溶,充分互溶的液态肥可以使得施肥效果更好,避免出现施肥不均匀的现象,温度传感器可以检测配料罐的温度。本发明不仅操作简单、成本降低,而且缩短了生产时间和提高了产品质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,包括两个并联连接的敞口圆柱体配料罐4,配料罐4下面设有三个支架12,配料罐4顶部设有横梁2,横梁2上安置有电机1,横梁2下设有搅拌杆3,搅拌杆3与电机1之间由联轴器5连接,搅拌杆3下部设有搅拌叶片11,搅拌叶片11有两组,每组有2个,两组搅拌叶片垂直排列,所有搅拌叶片11均具有10-20°的倾斜角度,并且每组的两个搅拌叶片11的倾斜方向相反;搅拌杆3上设有刻度层13,配料罐4下部内壁设有温度传感器6,配料罐4底部设有出口14,配料罐4与圆柱体的储存罐9连接,储存罐9与灌装机10连接,配料罐4与储存罐9之间以及储存罐9与灌装机10之间均设有泵7,配料罐4的出口14处设有阀门8。
工作原理:一定的水和肥料加入到配料罐4中,启动电机1使搅拌杆3和搅拌叶片11转动,温度传感器6可以检测配料罐4的温度,在搅拌杆3和搅拌叶片11的作用下,肥料在配料罐4中充分溶解、混匀,然后经泵7将液态肥输送到储存罐9中储存,之后储存罐9中的液态肥经泵7输送到灌装机10中灌装。配料罐4设置两个,可以同时配两个不同浓度的液态肥,然后分别灌装,这样可以节省配料时间。

1.一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,包括两个并联连接的配料罐,配料罐下面设有数个支架,配料罐顶部设有横梁,横梁上安置有电机,横梁下设有搅拌杆,搅拌杆与电机之间由联轴器连接,搅拌杆下部设有搅拌叶片,搅拌杆上设有刻度层,配料罐下部内壁设有温度传感器,配料罐底部设有出口,配料罐与储存罐连接,储存罐与灌装机连接,配料罐与储存罐之间以及储存罐与灌装机之间均设有泵,配料罐出口处设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,所述配料罐为敞口圆柱体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,所述支架的个数为3个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片有两组,每组有2个,两组搅拌叶片垂直分布。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片均具有10-20°的倾斜角度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种液态肥配料、灌装系统,其特征在于,每组的两个搅拌叶片的倾斜方向相反。
