本发明涉及一种通讯电缆施工转运车，包括车箱、液压升降台、支架、电机、卷轴及电缆架，在车箱的底面对称安装滚轮或履带，在车箱内安装液压升降台，在液压升降台上固装支架，在支架下方的液压升降台上安装电机、控制器，在支架的顶面通过轴承安装卷轴，在卷轴的一端与电机轴之间通过皮带轮安装减速带，在卷轴的另一端连接辊形电缆架，在电缆架上缠绕通讯电缆。本转运车通过液压升降台调节电缆架的高度，适应不同工况要求。通过电机带动电缆架旋转，从而实现自动收线、放线，节省了人力，提高了施工效率。
