By adopting the invention, the rebound of the cold bending deformed product piece can be controlled on line, so that the processed high-strength steel product piece can achieve the forming effect meeting the quality requirement. Background
The cold bending forming process is one kind of material-saving, energy-saving and high-efficiency metal forming process, and the main forming mode is to bend and deform coiled material, belt material and other metal sheet belt continuously via successively arranged forming rollers to form section with specific section. The products produced by cold roll forming are various, and the opening bumper, the threshold piece, the threshold-like product piece and the like for the automobile are mostly cold roll forming pieces. With the rapid development of automobile technology and the powerful pushing of energy conservation and emission reduction policies, automobile body structural members are greatly changed, and high-strength steel plates are beginning to be applied in the automobile field. The use of high strength steels in the automotive field presents a great challenge to cold roll forming technology, which is mainly manifested in the control of rebound of high strength steels. The high-strength steel has high strength, small ductility and large rebound, and if the rebound cannot be effectively controlled in the cold bending forming process of the high-strength steel, the final forming state of the product is directly affected. At present, there is no mature device for controlling rebound in cold bending forming processing of high-strength steel, and some simple devices which rely on adding rollers have the following problems: 1. the lack of a positioning reference makes it difficult to mount the roller at a proper position, thereby affecting the molding effect; 2. the structural design defect is that the device has deformation in the forming process, and the forming force can not be completely acted on the key control rebound position, so that the forming state of a product piece is influenced; 3. the adjustment process is tedious, and the debugging time and the debugging waste are increased.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a rebound control device for a high-strength steel cold-formed product piece, which is convenient to adjust, can accurately determine the control position of a roller and has good rebound control effect.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the invention uses roller brackets used in a rolling production line as supporting pieces of devices, and the two roller brackets 1 are correspondingly arranged on a bottom plate, and jointly support an upper shaft 15, a lower shaft 16 and a supporting vertical plate 4. The lower shaft is provided with a forming roller 17 which is provided with grooves matched with the shape of the processed product piece 24. The middle part of the upper shaft is provided with an inclined roller mounting block 11, the lower part of the inclined roller mounting block is provided with an inclined roller shaft, and an inclined roller 12 is assembled on the inclined roller shaft. The installation position of the inclined roller wheel corresponds to the position of the forming roller wheel up and down. The support vertical plates 4 are used for installing the vertical shaft roller mounting plates 7, two support vertical plates are arranged, the two support vertical plates are respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the roller support, and two ends of the vertical shaft roller mounting plates are respectively supported by the support vertical plates. The vertical shaft roller 8 is assembled on the vertical shaft roller mounting plate, and the height position of the vertical shaft roller is matched with the inclined roller. The front side and the rear side of the lower part of each roller support are respectively fixed with a height adjusting block 2, and two ends of a height adjusting screw 3 are respectively in threaded connection with the height adjusting block and a supporting vertical plate, and slotted holes are formed in the supporting vertical plate. The two ends of the vertical shaft roller mounting plate 6 are respectively in sliding fit with the two vertical shaft roller mounting plates, slotted holes are formed in the vertical shaft roller mounting plates, two ends of the horizontal adjusting screw 6 are respectively in threaded connection with the horizontal adjusting block and the vertical shaft roller mounting plates, and locking nuts are arranged on the horizontal adjusting screw. After the horizontal adjusting block is fixed on the supporting vertical plate, the horizontal adjusting screw rod is rotated to adjust the horizontal positions of the vertical shaft roller mounting plate and the vertical shaft roller, the locking nut is screwed after the vertical shaft roller mounting plate is adjusted in place, the vertical shaft roller mounting plate is fixed with the supporting vertical plate, and the horizontal position of the vertical shaft roller is reliably fixed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an upper shaft 15 is sequentially sleeved with a lock nut 18, a first retainer ring 19, a bearing inner sleeve 20, a second retainer ring 21, a first limiting shaft sleeve 10, an inclined roller wheel mounting block 11, a second limiting shaft sleeve 13, an upper shaft rotation stopping block 14 and an adjusting nut 22, and the lock nut and the adjusting nut are respectively in threaded fit with the upper shaft. The upper shaft rotation stopping block is L-shaped, the upper part of the upper shaft rotation stopping block is fixedly connected with an upper shaft, the upper shaft rotation stopping block is circumferentially fixed with the upper shaft through a single key, and an extension part at the lower part of the upper shaft rotation stopping block is inserted into a gap of a roller bracket close to the upper shaft rotation stopping block to prevent the upper shaft from rotating. The first limiting shaft sleeve 10 and the second limiting shaft sleeve 13 are used for determining the positions of the inclined roller mounting block and the upper shaft rotation stopping block on the upper shaft and preventing the inclined roller mounting block and the upper shaft rotation stopping block from axially moving. The inclined roller 12 is used for controlling rebound of the product piece fillet, the large end of the inclined roller is provided with a fillet matched with the product piece forming angle, and the rebound control angle can be changed by changing the outline dimension and the installation angle of the inclined roller so as to meet the requirements of different products and different materials. The adjusting nut 22 is screwed, so that the horizontal position of the inclined roller wheel mounting block and the upper shaft rotation stopping block can be moved leftwards; the locking nut 18 is screwed tightly, so that the first check ring, the bearing inner sleeve and the second check ring can be pushed to move rightwards along the axial direction, and the inclined roller installation block and the upper shaft rotation stopping block are pushed to move rightwards, so that the aim of accurately adjusting the inclined roller along the axial direction is fulfilled. The lifting screw rod 23 of the adjusting roller support can change the acting force of the inclined roller pair forming fillet, thereby achieving the purpose of effective rebound control.
Referring to fig. 1, vertical shaft rollers 8 are respectively arranged on two sides of an inclined roller 12, in the state of illustration, the rebound control of the right corner of a cold-formed product piece is realized by matching a forming roller, the inclined roller and a vertical shaft roller which corresponds to the large end surface of the inclined roller and is positioned on the right side, and the vertical shaft roller on the left side plays a role of a material guiding supporting wheel. When the rebound control processing of the left corner of the product piece is needed, the installation position of the inclined roller is only required to be adjusted by 180 degrees, so that the left vertical shaft roller is used for realizing the rebound control of the left corner of the cold-formed product piece, and the right vertical shaft roller plays a role of a material guiding supporting wheel.
When the device is used, the device is arranged at the position where the product piece is easy to rebound in the cold bending forming production line, and the device is used for adding a rebound control processing to the product piece in the cold bending forming process of the product piece, so that the rebound of the cold bending forming of high-strength steel can be controlled on line, and the forming effect meeting the quality requirement is achieved.
