Abstract
The invention discloses double-swing-arm vertical belt mail sorting equipment and a mail sorting method using the same, and relates to the field of logistics sorting equipment. The equipment comprises a transmission belt conveyor and a plurality of swinging vertical belt units arranged on the transmission belt conveyor; each swinging vertical belt unit comprises a first swinging vertical belt conveyor and a second swinging vertical belt conveyor which are identical in structure, and the first swinging vertical belt conveyor and the second swinging vertical belt conveyor are arranged in a front-back mode along the transmission direction of the transmission belt conveyor; the first swinging vertical belt conveyor comprises a frame, a first driving mechanism, a connecting rod, a rocker, an integrated vertical unit and a crank. According to the invention, the first swing vertical belt conveyor and the second swing vertical belt conveyor are adopted to realize the sorting of the mails from the transmission belt conveyor under the condition of differential motion, so that the size of mail sorting equipment is reduced, the sorting action is sensitive, and the mail sorting efficiency is greatly improved.

The double-swing-arm vertical belt mail sorting equipment comprises a transmission belt conveyor 1 and a plurality of swing vertical belt units arranged on the transmission belt conveyor 1; each swinging vertical belt unit comprises a first swinging vertical belt conveyor 2 and a second swinging vertical belt conveyor 3 which have the same structure, and the first swinging vertical belt conveyor 2 and the second swinging vertical belt conveyor 3 are arranged in a front-back manner along the transmission direction of the transmission belt conveyor 1; the first swing vertical belt conveyor 2 and the second swing vertical belt conveyor 3 are centrosymmetric.
The first swinging vertical belt conveyor 2 comprises a frame 21, a first driving mechanism 22, a connecting rod 23, a rocker 24, an integrated vertical unit 25 and a crank 26; the frame 21 is fixed on the transmission belt conveyor 1; the first driving mechanism 22 and the integrated vertical unit 25 are both arranged on the frame; the first driving mechanism 22 is connected with the crank 26 and drives the crank 26 to do circular motion; one end of the connecting rod 23 is connected with the crank 26, the other end of the connecting rod 23 is connected with the rocker 24, and the rocker 24 is connected with the integrated vertical unit 25.
