Abstract
本发明属于生活用品领域，特别涉及一种中药超氧牙膏。该中药超氧牙膏中的中药组合物，它是由以下重量配比的原料制成：三七1‑3份、元胡1‑3份、连翘5‑7份、散瘀草10‑15份、白花蛇草、穿山龙10‑12份、青风藤7‑11份。该中药不会产生耐药性的广谱抗生素，能直接与细菌、病毒发⽣作用，破坏其RNA，DNA、蛋白质、脂质类和多糖等⼤分⼦聚合物，使细菌病毒的代谢和繁殖过程遭到破坏。该中药部分对防蛀、预防治疗常见牙周疾病、消炎、无氟、促进脱矿的牙体硬组织再矿化、彻底消除口臭、更多修复力、调理口腔环境、改善口腔组织微循环有很好的作用。

本发明属于生活用品领域，特别涉及一种中药超氧牙膏。
背景技术
经权威机构调查显示，目前国内口腔疾病的发病率占中国人口的74%，中国人常见的口腔疾病有龋齿、口臭、牙龈出血、牙周炎、口腔溃疡、急慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎、急性根尖周炎等。达到口腔卫生良好指标的成人只有0.22%，而每10个老年人中就有1个全口没有一颗牙。龋齿发病率为45%，而成年人中牙周不健康的高达97%。根据有关部门统计，中国有2/3的人患有牙周疾病。它是35岁以上人群牙齿缺失的主要原因。(国家卫生部统计)高发病率让越来越多的医学界人士将关注的目光投向了牙周病，而世界卫生组织已把牙病的发病率列为继肿瘤、心脑血管发病率之后的第三位。（世界卫生组织调查） 口腔中常常寄居着大约20克共生细菌，可以很好的被粘膜相关淋巴样组织所抑制和监视。然而，他们常常能够变成致病菌，常常导致龋齿。研究表明，超氧应用于口腔治疗可以杀死99％以上的致龋细菌，还可抑制变形链球菌和嗜酸乳杆菌聚集形成菌斑，促进脱矿的牙体硬组织再矿化。牙龈炎，牙周炎，口腔溃疡，全是口腔细菌导致的！所以，保持口腔卫生，对抗口腔常见疾病，杀死口腔细菌非常必要，某一种普通牙膏使用久了，口腔中的细菌会对牙膏中杀菌成分产生耐药性。如果不及时更换牙膏，则龋齿、口臭、牙龈出血、牙周炎、口腔溃疡等常见口腔疾病就会再次危害人们的口腔健康！而超氧牙膏具有最强的杀菌能力，细菌无法对超氧产生耐药性，这是其他普通牙膏望尘莫及的。
发明内容
本发明人经过深入的研究，克服了上述技术的缺陷，有效解决了现有临床治疗的疑难问题。
该中药超氧牙膏中的中药组合物，它是由以下重量配比的原料制成：三七1-3份、元胡1-3份、连翘5-7份、散瘀草10-15份、白花蛇草、穿山龙10-12份、青风藤7-11份。
本中药在牙膏中功效：能直接与细菌、病毒发⽣作用，破坏其RNA，DNA、蛋白质、脂质类和多糖等⼤分⼦聚合物，使细菌病毒的代谢和繁殖过程遭到破坏。还可以杀灭肝炎病毒、感冒病毒等。同时因为健康细胞具有强⼤的平衡酶系统。该中药不会产生耐药性的广谱抗生素，能直接与细菌、病毒发⽣作用，破坏其RNA，DNA、蛋白质、脂质类和多糖等⼤分⼦聚合物，使细菌病毒的代谢和繁殖过程遭到破坏。该中药部分对防蛀、预防治疗常见牙周疾病、消炎、无氟、促进脱矿的牙体硬组织再矿化、彻底消除口臭、更多修复力、调理口腔环境、改善口腔组织微循环有很好的作用。
方解：
三七：，具有止血、活血化瘀、消肿定痛、滋补强壮、抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗衰老、降血脂、降血压、提高机体免疫功能等作用。
元胡：有活血散瘀，理气止痛的作用，主治胃痛、痛经、跌打损伤等。
连翘：清热，解毒，散结，消肿。
散瘀草：消炎，凉血，接骨。用于支气管炎，扁桃腺炎，肺热咳血，疮，疖，乳腺炎，脱肛，痔疮，肿瘤，外伤出血，烧烫伤，骨折。
白花蛇草：清热解毒；利湿。主肺热喘咳；咽喉肿痛。
穿山龙：舒筋活血，止咳化痰，祛风止痛。
青风藤：祛风湿，通经络，利小便。用于风湿痹痛，关节肿胀，麻痹瘙痒。本发明制备方法如下：
（1）按组方称取各药材备用；
（2）将称取各药粉按固液比1:10加入体积分数为70％的乙醇；
（3）在85℃条件下，水浴回流提取3次，每次4小时，合并3次提取液，得到粗提液；
（4）将粗提液减压浓缩，回收乙醇，得到悬浊液，离心，过滤，即得提取液。
另外将该中药组合提取液加入牙膏常用配料及臭氧精油，即可成为中药超氧牙膏。
本中药组合液体制成中药超氧牙膏后，中药组合物与臭氧精油结合，更有效的对口腔细菌有极强杀灭作用。而且有极强的止疼、消炎、止血功能。本中药超氧牙膏对牙龈出血、口腔溃疡、各种牙科炎症效果都会很明显！同时能直接与细菌、病毒发⽣作用，破坏其RNA，DNA、蛋白质、脂质类和多糖等⼤分⼦聚合物，使细菌病毒的代谢和繁殖过程遭到破坏。具体实施方式：
按下列比例称取原料：三七1-3份、元胡1-3份、连翘5-7份、散瘀草10-15份、白花蛇草、穿山龙10-12份、青风藤7-11份。
本发明制备方法如下：
（1）按组方称取各药材备用；
（2）将称取各药粉按固液比1:10加入体积分数为70％的乙醇；
（3）在85℃条件下，水浴回流提取3次，每次4小时，合并3次提取液，得到粗提液；
（4）将粗提液减压浓缩，回收乙醇，得到悬浊液，离心，过滤，即得提取液。
另外将该中药组合提取液加入牙膏常用配料及臭氧精油，即可成为中药超氧牙膏。
为表明本发明的牙膏对牙龈出血、口腔溃疡、各种牙科炎症效果，本发明人对200例病例临床观察，其中男性150人，女性50人，年龄10岁--35岁，病程2--5年，其中牙龈出血75例，牙周炎50例，口腔溃疡35例，口臭40例。通过服用本发明，一般用药1--6个疗程，185人治愈，治愈率达92%，200人有效，有效率为100%。
典型临床病例
病例1、李某，男，15岁，北京市一中学生。出现牙周炎近半年，用过很多种牙膏及口服药物，不见好转，经使用含有本发明中药组合物的超氧牙膏一周后，痊愈。
病例2、王某，男，40岁，上海市人。发现牙龈出血近一年，每次吃饭，吃水果发现残留有血丝，让人非常苦恼。去过多家医院治疗无果，经使用含有本发明中药组合物的超氧牙膏三周后，症状消失。
病例3、王某，女，26岁，公司白领，患口臭多年，特别是早上起床后，口味大。自己觉得很难受，上班期间，影响了同事之间交往，很是苦恼。经使用多家牙膏不见好转，又去口腔科、中医科找过专科医生治疗，无效。使用含有本发明中药组合物的超氧牙膏3周后，症状消失。
